COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!! "Oh i just screwed one bolt under the sink and that unclogged the sink and the fixed the garbage disposal" (keep in mind the person did this under 5 mins) and the bill was 185......

They charge a $200 emergency fee because I called them on a Saturday, ok but then they charged me another $600 for 10 inches of 1.5" pvc and two rubber couplings. I agreed to pay because I needed my plumbing working so my children could use the bathroom. The tech knew that and they took advantage of my desperate situation. They won't be getting any repeat business from me with these tactics. Oh and an hour after the tech left, one of the couplings came off which put me back in the same bind I just paid 800 bucks to fix!

Emergency call to correct a do-it-yourself fix. Owner is professional, courteous and professional. Arrived promptly and corrected the issues. Would recommend.

This was by far the worst customer service I've ever received from ANY company I've ever dealt with. Not only were they incompetent in their ability to diagnose and fix the problem, but they couldn't keep their appointments. I specifically said appointments with an 's' because over a two week span I kept trying to get them to come back out to fix the problem but they either didn't return my calls or didn't show up. By the end of the second week and after about 10 phone calls I was understandably upset but instead of being remorseful Mile the owner actually had the audacity to attack me. And I mean a profanity laced tirade bragging about how profitable his businesses was...seriously. These folks don't have a shred of professionalism or know-how.
