We noticed our very old water heater was starting to leak out of the bottom and went to Home Depot. After finding out that I was paying alot for very little I decided to look for a local plumber instead. I called 4FastPlumber and they were able to beat the price at Home Depot and I got a better water heater with everything I needed for less. I was extrememly satisfied and would recommend Mike and 4FastPlumber. Great job!

They were a NO SHOW! Suppose to arrive between 7-8 am. After I left two messages he finally called and apologized about 8:15, said his wife was in the hospital and that his managers dropped the ball. Said he would call back in ten minutes with a solution. He texted that a sister company would call me to set up an appointment for later today. My time is valuable!!! Never offered a discount or nothing or a viable solution.

Mike's team is great. They came to the rescue when when we had a sewage backup. Little did we know that Fairfax Water crushed our sewage line but Mike was there to diagnose the problem and make the needed repairs. Mike came in the middle of the night and stayed until the work was done. Since then we have hired them do some other repairs and upgrades. Superb work. 10 stars out of 5.

I am a real estate agent and my husband is in town from Afghanistan for a week. I had an appointment window from 8-10 this morning. The plumber did not show up, and he called and said he wanted to change the time - then he said he would call me back - I waited 40 minutes and did not get a call back. Then I called him and he said he wanted to change the time to the afternoon - almost 7 hours from the time we had an appointment for.

I will not recommend this company to any of my clients for future jobs - EVER!!!

Horrible experience with this company. I needed an emergency plumber quickly, which they were able to provide, but the plumber was extremely rude, would barely answer any of my questions because he was “inundated” and would not even look into a question I had regarding my burst pipe. He charged me $600!! for the emergency service of replacing a burst pipe, and was at my home for no more than 30 minutes. I’ve never had this experience with any other plumbing company and will never use them again.

I cannot recommend 4FastPlumber LLC Contractors strongly enough - from the speedy response to our online enquiry to the way the work was carried out, we have felt in good hands at every step. Every member of the team we dealt with was professional and clearly happy in their work. We now have a central heating system which works and a shower which is working the best it has since we bought the house 4 years ago. Thanks to all of you.

I've been using 4Fast Plumbers for a number of years now. They are always professional and do very good work - even adding little touches that make the finished job just a little bit above and beyond. From fixing a leak to a major bathroom remodel to recommending professionals for other parts of the job, 4Fast Plumbers has done it all for me and they are my go to for getting things done well and right the first time!

Had my hot water heater "blow up" Sunday morning and create havoc in the household. Called up these guys, Mike in particular, and they were awesome. Easy conversation on the phone about what was going on, and was upfront with pricing/schedule. He fit me in as soon as possible, worked quickly and efficiently, provided excellent recommendations and everything works great. Mike himself was excellent. Very personable and honest, and does some quality work. Will definitely be calling again for my plumbing needs. Thanks Mike!

Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad experience with 4Fast. I spoke to Mike about inspecting my building for leaks and agreed with him on a time and day. On that day, mike calls me and says he is outside and I then informed all my neighbors. Turns out he was elsewhere and meant to call another client. He then tells me a different plumber is on the way to my building. However, that didn't happen. No one showed up at all.
I called Mike three times and sent him multiple texts but he completely ghosted me.
Even days later nothing from him.
This obviously was a huge inconvenience for myself who had to stay around and my neighbors who also made time for him.

All I would have hoped for is basic professionalism. I would have appreciated if he was truthful and told me they won't make it as opposed to ghosting me.

We got here for a full service on the computer repair, we end fixing the website and installing security cameras, the manager was very nice and looks very clean and organize on the service they provide, we end signing a contract to replace the water heater on 2 of our locations very happy with the service
