We we're first time customers to this place, we were very pleased with the professionalism , caring and helpful service from the Manager there today 5/6/24. Also his co worker that helped us out. He gave us options and detailed instructions. We Appreciate the experience!

Went here for the first time last week and the transaction was too easy! Order (2) 10’ long 6 inch schedule 40 pvc and it arrived 2 days later. They were the only local place that could get it. I’ll be back later for some Milwaukee Tools.

First off, none of the merchandise has prices listed. There were three total employees at the counter. Two of the employees were not actively working with customers (one guy and gal were on the computer). I waited in line for the working guy to finish helping these empty handed folks by answering their hypothetical questions about items. I'm standing there holding all this stuff. I'm spending over $70k on one new bathroom and $95k on another. After the lady finished looking at the computer with the guy, she looked at me and my wife and took off through double doors without saying a word. This place doesn't need customers? I'll just check with competitors!

Ruben was nice; however, he lack the will to help. I took my water heater there and turned it in. I told him that I had a "R" number from ga manufacturer. He said that he could only work with a contractor. I was able to get in contact with the manufacturer and he told me that I needed the sticker from the water heater to get my refund. I went back to the store and they gave me every part of the sticker except the party with the serial number. They said that they could not get it off. This sounds crooked to me. I may have to file a civil suit.

Had a great experience with CA Plumbing. Had multiple plumbers try and fail to fix a leak in my master bath. CA plumbing was able to immediately identify the leaky pipe, access it and replace it. He was professional, efficient and cleaned up when he was done working.

Chris is very professional, attentive and on time. He has replaced 3 of the toilets in my home and did an excellent job. I highly recommend CA Plumbing. Thank you.

Chris came out within hours of first contacting, he was quick and professional. I had a pipe leaking and Chris found the problem which became a bigger job than I originally thought but Chris took care of rhe problem which I had two other plumbers patch previously but it hadn’t held. He was quick and reasonably priced. He also replaced a toilet and it was the same experience. I’ll be calling Chris for my future plumbing needs.

Chris was amazing. I had an emergency call due to my shower not turning off. Another company was supposed to come and never showed up. It was very late at night and he came determined the root cause and installed the part the next day. I will definitely be a long time customer.

Chris came out maybe an hour or two after I detected a leak in my home. I thought the issue was pipes, but he discovered the problem was due to the water heater itself. He was able to diagnose this problem, pick up a replacement water heater, uninstall and dispose of the damaged unit, install the new one, and verify everything was working, all within the SAME day. I had been worried this process might take several days, so I was relieved and impressed.

He also improved my peace of mind by adding a water basin and a moisture detector so if this happens again years down the line, it'll be caught before it seeps through walls. Unfortunately this time my baseboards were damaged, but Chris recommended someone who also came out the same day to treat the water damage.

Everything was performed in a timely and professional manner. I was able to get several questions answered, and it was a great reassurance to be taken care of so thoroughly.

They replaced my water heater and responded immediately and got the job done quickly. Chris is the best, he also helped me get the new water heater covered by warranty. Super job CA and Chris!

Chris from CA PLUMBING is the best plumber I’ve worked with. They replaced my old cast iron sewage pipe in my basement with pvc and installed a backflow preventer. Also replaced my sump pump. Great work, friendly, and honest! I will never call any other plumber to work on my house.
