We live in a home in Alexandria that was built in 1963. As you can imagine, the home is developing issues because of father Time. Plumbing is such an issue. Chris quickly and effectively diagnosed a number of leaks in our home. One month, our water bill was over $600. Fairfax Water notified us that he had leaks...duh. Now, we have no leaks thanks for CA Plumbing. Chris was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I got his card and told him that I would definitely be using his services again at some point in the future...you should too.

The morning our water heater decided to quit I called Chris about replacing it. Although he was on his way to the airport to catch a plane he still responded for a personal trip. When I explained the issue he said he would arrange for someone else to take care of it. And he did. The water heater was replaced that same day. The work was done quickly and professionally. CA Plumbing & Drain LLC took responsibility for follow on issues if any arose, but none did. I will gladly use them again.

Chris is the best plumber I have ever used. He was on time, very pleasant and easy to communicate with, and most importantly, he was HONEST and fair with pricing. He is very knowledgable and gave me great advice on preventing any future issues. Now I know why all his reviews are 5 stars. Chris is the only plumber I will ever use.

So glad I chose CA Plumbing to install a new water line and exterior faucet at my home. Chris and his assistant were very efficient and their work was top notch. The pricing was very reasonable, too. He also took care of a couple of last minute plumbing concerns for me even though they were beyond the original scope of work. If you are looking for a great service, CA plumbing is the way to go! I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. I will recommend Chris because he was 10/10 with helping us in our emergency situation. Chris went above and beyond to fix our water. We have been without water for 2 days which was incredibly inconvenient for us as it would for anyone. We had the water technician from Fairfax water come out TWICE and stated that they MADE SURE that everything was on properly. After testing the water…. Still no water. So they said, “welp you’re going to have to call a plumber or notify your landlord”. So we did. The warranty company scheduled a “24/7” plumbing called A+ home remodeling and plumbing. My landlord called about a 100 times… no answer and left a voicemail. I called a handful times and left a voicemail… NO ANSWER!! So the warranty company got another pluming company with CA plumbing and scheduled us the SAME DAY, I called as soon as I heard the news and guess what??!! Chris answered promptly and helped us out. He wore blue shoe coverings so he wouldn’t track any dust or debris in the house, he looked at my water heater, water valve (to make sure that everything was on the way it should be, and checked our water heater. He found the main the source which was in fact our water meter, turns out that the water technician from Fairfax water was working with our neighbors water meter the whole time… He had the wrong water meter!!!! It was all a blessing in disguise though because after flushing 2 of our toilets, he made sure that ensured that it filled up and noticed that our meter was still running. Puzzled, he asked followup questions regarding our water bill. Turns out that we might be overpaying so he had me check for any leaky faucets ( which there was). Chris was thorough, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and he’s about to save me a lot of money. Thank you Chris!!!

I’m always skeptical when our home warranty company dispatches a tech because they’re not always up to par, but CA Plumbing broke that pattern. Chris is fantastic. He has a naturally kind demeanor, was very professional, easy to work with, and overall, did a great job. He also cleaned up after he was done. I will definitely call him for any uncovered plumbing issues.

CA Plumbing replaced my water heater in 2021. The installation was flawless, and the service was impeccable. Last week, when my elderly relative detected a small leak in her heater, I didn't hesitate to call CA. Via phone, we discussed the symptoms and negotiated the cost of a replacement, and within 30 hours, Auntie had a new unit, up and running. Important to note that Chris of CA quoted a complete project price that came in significantly lower than that of several commendable competitors, yet there was no compromise in the quality of the replacement equipment. I also wish to point out that early this year, Chris visited my home to consult on a project involving the troublesome removal of old bathroom hardware. He gave nearly a good hour of his time and advice, yet he didn't charge for the visit! Chris provides excellent service that all homeowners would be fortunate to receive, and I give CA Plumbing my highest recommendation.

When my hot water heater went out, CA was there to save the day! CA came out inspected the heater and showed me why I needed a new one. I called another plumber before CA who tried to sell me a new unit before any diagnostics. When questioned why i needed a new one, he didn't have an answer and I was told an inspection would be almost $285. I called CA, who pulled off the panel, inspected the heater and showed me the issue. They were honest, straight foward and provided the best quote. CA will he my first call for now on!

With a free estimate. The company was very competitive in pricing. There work was exceptional and was on-site the following day. I now found a company I put my trust in. Chris was there for the estimate and was extremely knowledgeable and completed the job in a very timely manner. And will use every time I have a need for a plumbing job.
