I've got 30 years in plumbing and I'm telling you, VAMAC is awesome! I've been to other locations but my usuals are Woodbridge VA and Manassas VA. They are super knowledgeable and helpful. Best of all the prices can't be beat!

Even though they didn't have the part that I needed, Aubrey guided me to finding the part on line. Will definitely go back next time I need parts.

Absolutely love this place! The Manager has been working at this location for 20+ years and I have been purchasing from him for as long! They have what you need in a pinch as well as anything your planning on installing later. From time to time they have counter days with food games and prizes. I am a small business owner and have dealt with this place since day one. The people are friendly. The price is always right. You don't have to go through different people to try to get different deals like other Supply houses. They are straight up cut and dry and can get you the supplies you need. I highly recommend this place over the other supply houses in the area

I stopped in after realizing this septic supply store was conveniently located next to an HVAC supplier I was already visiting. I was genuinely excited to find a septic distributor so close by, as I’m in the early stages of planning a new system and actively learning.

Unfortunately, my interaction with the counter employee, Zach, was disappointing. When I mentioned I was in the market for a septic system, I was abruptly told he “couldn’t sell it to me,” without any friendly explanation about licensing. I understand those requirements it was the delivery that caught me off guard.

When I asked about pricing and general recommendations for a small garage build (one bedroom, one bathroom), I wasn’t guided at all. Instead, I was asked what size I needed, and when I explained I wasn’t sure, I was told he couldn’t offer any recommendations due to liability and that only an engineer could. That was followed by a defensive explanation rather than basic, educational guidance.
I fully understand liability concerns, but there’s a big difference between engineering a system and providing general industry knowledge. As someone who ultimately will be paying for a septic system — whether directly or through a contractor I expected a more helpful and professional interaction. Disappointing experience, especially given the convenience of the location.

I was trying to get a part for my AC unit, first I didn’t have a account, After I brought the account, they didn’t sell it to me, that’s not fair, I really need that part, it’s getting very hot and I don’t have AC at home , I have two little girls and my wife, they are waiting for me .

Luke was very helpful with my plumbing situation and the parts needed. Definitely recommend this place for any plumbing needs

Worst place to shop supplies , white guy that was at the counter was arrogant.

I needed help with some fittings and guy told me " that's not my department, fitting are over there if you want to take a look yourself "

Seriously!!!! Is that's what they suppose to do , help a customer or try the help them in the best way possible.

I won't recommend this place to anyone. Don't even bother.
