I highly reccomend this company. Kevin is awesome. He came and serviced my sump pump. What a relief! He did an awesome job!

Called and left a detailed message per the voicemail guidance. They say they will call back within 15 min but never heard anything. Called again the next day and still no answer. It’s 4 days later and haven’t heard anything.

If I could give ten stars I would for the level of service I have received from Ferrell Plumbing. I have contacted the company on two different occasions, and I received top-notch service each time. The owner is knowledgeable in this field, willing to answer all questions, and is very professional. Ferrell Plumbing will be the only business I call for my plumbing needs. Thanks again!

Our outdoor water pipe burst. Kevin responded the same day. He was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to us and quickly fixed the problem. Very satisfied. Reasonable prices.
