Great communication. The Cleaners arrived right on time.Got right to work, knew what they were about and did a fantastic job.This same company had cleaned the rugs before I moved in to this house. I was very satisfied both times. My dog is 16 and prone to accidents, I will no doubt be calling them bacl in the future.

Carpet did a great job cleaning my stairs and upstairs carpets. I have used them before and quality. The work is consistent. They are efficient and reasonably priced, and the Staff is very considerate and careful. I am very pleased with the results.

I found Capital Carpet and Services through a Google search. I needed the carpet stretched and cleaned on a short timeline for a house I was putting on the market. Butch came out quickly and provided a reasonable estimate and a quick service appointment. The result far exceeded my expectations and I was / am very grateful for a job well done.

This company was fantastic! We had our carpets cleaned and floors buffed/shined prior to moving into a new home. The entire experience was great. I spoke with Anita on the phone, she was so efficient, professional, and detail oriented. The crew included Maurice & Donovan - both were friendly and did an excellent job on our floors. I was convinced the stains wouldn't come out of the carpets - but every stain came out! I'd absolutely recommend this company.

Our pup had a sick stomach over the weekend (ER type sick!) and Capital Carpets was able to schedule a cleaning before the week was out. The scheduled time was a bit rocky to start but Maurice more than made up for that with his service and good nature. I am very pleased with the way every thing came out fresh and clean. The company has the operational flow down to a science!! From the In-Home booking estimate provided by the owner to the scheduling and execution of exceptional carpet stretch and cleaning services. Kenrick was extremely professional and courteous, and on top of this great interaction the carpet services were of high skill level in a rough carpet of waves that he was able to repair / stretch. Looks and smells brand new!!!!! I absolutely recommend with the professionalism all around, quality of work to ease of payment. I will be reaching out again and refer !!

Thank you to the Capital Carpet and Service crew for their professional and speedy work at our Assisted living community English Meadows. Even with our residents around, these guys made sure everyone was safe and still worked fast and efficiently. Another moment of praise to these guys because while they were working, a food vendor came through and left tracks in the hallway with his cart and they jumped in immediately and went over and cleaned it all up. I can't think these guys enough for the work they did. I will definitely be calling them back when needed.
