Wonderful customer service!! We just had our air ducts cleaned by Brendan and Tim. They worked with my schedule when making appointment, and were in and out in about an hour. Extremely professional and friendly and I am super happy with the service. Would absolutely recommend for any service you need done that they offer!

Highly recommend using this company. Brendan was on time, professional, great pricing, and went the extra mile to remove the pet stains and odor from our carpet. The couch he cleaned looks like new and he was able to remove the stains from having kids and accidental spills that i thought might be there forever. I would encourage giving a call if you are ever looking for any of the services he provides.

Brenden cleaned, disinfected, and removed pet stains and odors from the carpet in my home. He did a fantastic job, the price was extremely reasonable and even called to ask if he could come earlier than our scheduled appointment. I highly recommend Rodney's to anyone needing carpets cleaned. I will never use another carpet cleaning company. Very professional!!!!!

Rodney Carpet Cleaning is by far THE BEST carpet cleaning service! We used his services to clean our carpets before having renters move in and he transformed our carpets! I wish I would’ve taken before and after pics to post because he did a magnificent job! Our carpets are very old and we didn’t have time to replace them due to short-notice PCS orders Overseas. Rodney’s goes above and beyond with customer service and results. He was very meticulous and thorough in cleaning. The pricing and results were waaaaaay better than other local and commercial businesses that I have used in the past. I wish I would’ve found him years ago because he gets the job done right!

I've been getting carpets cleaned for about 50 years and I've used most all of the big names and they are all inferior compared to Rodney's Carpet Cleaning. The cleaning was thorough and detailed, unlike anybody I have ever used before. I never post a review so clearly I wanted others to experience what I wish I would have known a long time ago. You will be totally satisfied with everything and that's a promise.

Very impressed with the job Brendan did for us!! He got out all the stains and the carpet looks great. He even managed to greatly improve an area that had been damaged by dog urine many years ago, which I never thought could happen. He was responsive to communications, on time and very thorough. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with multiple services from Rodney’s! Brendan did a thorough air duct cleaning of both upstairs and downstairs systems in our house and then we had him come back the next week to clean out our dryer vent—he even had to clean out a birds nest!! All with a smile on his face. If you want kind, speedy, thorough cleaning at an extremely reasonable price point, this company is for you! We hired Rodney's to clean the carpets and air ducts for our new home that definitely needed it! We were hopeful given the high ratings online and we were not disappointed.
They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and their customer service was excellent! They made a special trip to the store on Black Friday to buy spray paint and new screws to refresh our air vents, and did us a favor by picking up wood filler we needed for a project we were working on. We will definitely be coming back for similar services in the future - highly recommend!!

I hired this carpet cleaning company to address pet urine stains and odors in a couple of rooms. Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. While the carpets looked slightly cleaner at first glance, the urine marks were still visible, and the smell remained almost exactly the same.

For a service that claims to specialize in deep cleaning and odor removal, I expected much better results.

I do not recommend them if you’re dealing with pet-related carpet issues. It felt like a basic surface clean at best.
