I had such an amazing experience with this company! Even though they weren’t close to my area and couldn’t personally take the job, they didn’t just tell me “no” and leave it at that. Jay took the extra step to recommend someone else who could help me.

That meant so much. He easily could’ve ended the conversation there, but instead he made sure I still got the help I needed. That level of professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for both clients and potential clients speaks volumes about his character and his business.

It’s rare to find people who operate like that these days. Thank you again for going above and beyond it truly didn’t go unnoticed!

Joel was our technician, he was great at communicating what he was doing. We especially appreciated that he showed us how much lint he got got out of the carpet. He was fun to work with and we would use Capital again!

Joel Smith Jr. did an excellent job on our carpets. There were a few spots that I wasn't sure would come out but Joel worked his magic and made our carpet look brand new. The service was worth every cent spent. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!!

I was very happy with the entire experience working with Capital Carpet. The owner who came out to quote was very friendly and down to earth. The office ladies that answered my phone calls were sweet and kind. And finally, Joel, Ken & Khalid were very knowledgeable and cleaned our carpets quickly and efficiently!! Ken and his partner showed up on time and took in consideration that I was working from home and had a work call. They started upstairs so not to disturb me. Great service! Scheduled Capital on short notice to clean our den carpet, a few carpeted steps and some furniture. They were right on time for their appointment and did an excellent job. They used plastic strips under the furniture and took the recliner outside to clean to avoid damaging the hardwood floor. Price was very reasonable! Will call them back soon!

This review is not about the service. I was broken down on side of road with a flat on Friday. The young man pulled behind me and asked if he could help. He actually changed my tire for me. I didn’t get his name but we spoke briefly about him just getting off work. The shirt is how I know where! Thank you for employing nice people.

Performance was very professional. Individuals were respectful and very knowledgeable. Went right to work did not waste any time. I would call on them again and I will refer them to our friends and neighbors.

Joel and Joel Jr arrived 30 minutes late. Joel Sr. Was very polite and professional. (Jr. never spoke) They did the work very quickly, there was one area with a few stains that are still there which I didn’t see until they left.
Overall, we are satisfied.

This was my first experience with Capital Carpet and I was more than pleased! The appointment was made and I received an email confirmation. On the day of my appointment, Joel communicated a delay issue (bridge opening 😊) and a new arrival time. Upon arrival, he was very professional and courteous. We walked through my parent’s home together where I showed him the areas of carpet to be cleaned. Received outstanding service and great outcome at a reasonable price. I am a self admitted procrastinator. Thank goodness for Butch’s quick response to get my carpet cleaned and repaired in a timely manner. I needed my carpets cleaned and repaired within a few days and he was able to meet those needs. Ken who completed the work was insanely fast and the repairs he did you would never even know it was patched. I needed the patch from the closet seamed as well and Ken and Anita worked together to get this patch done the very next morning. The whole team works well together and so thankful for all their help.

I vacuumed the rug to get the white lint off, I was told that was from the van.
I was impressed with your staff (Matthew?), he was friendly , pleasant and professional. He made sure the chairs were properly placed before he left.

I cannot say enough about how great this company is… I had another company scheduled to come clean our carpets for our move-out inspection…(and that company never showed up) so I called and asked Capital Carpet if they could do it for us with such short notice.. he sent one of his guys over an hour later.. Kenric did an amazing job!! And the price was absolutely reasonable! Give them a call.. you won’t be disappointed ..
