Excellent service. Shower on second floor flooded house and caused severe damage to wood floors on second floor, ruined ceilings on first floor, and kitchen on first floor. Inside Drying and Restoration came promptly when discovered and extracted all water, removed all damaged sheet rock, laid drying mats on wood floors, removed and packed all items from kitchen cabinets in boxes (labeled them), removed cabinets and ran blowers in the house for days. Wood floors were saved! House and life was put back together.. highly recommend. Very contentious workers, wrote up excellent report for insurance purposes. Thanks to Inside Drying & Restoration for helping to deal with a stressful situation.

Ryan and his team performed all tasks required to repair an undetected water leak in our kitchen wall from the sink drain. In addition to actually taking on repair tasks, they arranged subs to carry out specialized cabinet and counter repairs, plumbing tasks, and interactions with our insurance agent. Thanks to an unbelievable performance and responsiveness, we now enjoy a beautiful repair job. This is a real "go-to" company, and we highly recommend them for restorations of this type!!

My Mom had cut her foot & didn't realize she tracked it through the house. A man from Inside Design came by, thoroughly cleaned the carpet, advised her on how to spot clean if needed in the future, was super sweet & professional! He did an excellent job!

We began with a hidden leak in the crawlspace that lead to subfloor, sheet rock & insulation replacement. Then came the new floor & counter tops as neither were salvageable.
Ryan answered a random phone call, came to our home & talked to the insurance company for me. Then we hired him! Start to finish, insurance claims to wall paint these are professionals. Kyle and his team took obvious pride in their work!

This company came highly recommended. They were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my carpet came out perfect. I got a few estimates from other companies and they were just ridiculous. Stanley steamers is one of the places I called for an estimate. they would not come out without a minimum of $300 just to start with and that was for one bedroom. I called Inside design and this would be my top choice. The technician Jim , who came did a fantastic job! the receptionist I spoke with, was very polite, very professional, and went over a lot of information with me, I would highly recommend this company and definitely plan to use them again.
