Great company, great customer service as always. Jobs always well done. May not be the least expensive, but they are willing to work with you. Besides I would rather pay a little extra to have great customer service. Highly recommend.

Amazing!! We are in love with the results. Got soft washing done to prep the house for a move, and it was 100% worth it—best price and service I have found on the peninsula.

Soft Works, a Christian based company, presented themselves from start to finish with kindness and professionalism. Tim Hardison, the owner and the company as a whole could not have been kinder in their treatment of me as a widow and handicapped person. They were respectful and more than fair. Chris, the scheduler, kept me updated regarding the products to be used and their application. Tye, the technician, called to advise of his arrival time. He was prompt, professional and respectful of both my person and property. The sidewalks and patio are as white as they were when we moved in 25 years ago. The aggregate driveway stones shine like new. The siding and windows are as clean as they were when the house was first built. I could not be more pleased. My property has been cleaned many times previously never to the effect it is today because of Soft Works Power Washing. If you treasure your home like I do call Soft Works in Yorktown today. You’ll be glad you did. I certainly am.

Soft Works is my goto company for powerwashing. They are truly focused on doing a great job and making sure we are happy with the job done. Luke, who came out to our home most recently, was so friendly and professional too. He also followed up before he left so we could look over the work to make sure we were satisfied. Disappointed with the result of the job. The house had algae/ mold on North facing siding. Windows were clean. Soft wash with I biodegradable detergent, pretreatment with a fungicide, plant washprotectanyand fertilizer applied. The only thing that happened was to wash house with bleach (detergent, not any soap based product). None of the other parts of the job happened that I'm aware of, I was home the entire time. Now for the ugly.... Windows ..
I had not expected to have to rewash and clean all of the windows on the house. Their use of black and using my house water causes hard water spitting over everything. I discusses this with company and owner and they returned to correct the weather spots by doing the same thing again! Nothing changed. Not a surprise.
The owner said he could send someone out to give me a quote for their "window service" to clean my windows! Really! The technician when last here trying to correct the situation disconnected my house hose and left but left the faucet drip streaming for 3 days until I returned home. No attention to detail.
Bottom line .. mold and algae gone, but created hours of extra work for me cleaning spotty windows that were not like that prior to their service.

We have been using this company for several years to do both gutter cleaning and cleaning the concrete patio and driveway…. We have never been disappointed! They are very careful with our property, always very professional and it always looks amazing when they are done! They explain what they are doing and are great at answering questions that we may have. They also check with us before leaving to make sure everything is as we expected. It's always a plus to receive great service from a local owned business. Soft Works washed our roofing and brick firewalls at Hampstead Heath Apts. They gave me the best quote and I was very pleased with their steady communication, showing up as scheduled and completing the project on time. The icing on the cake was the follow-up afterwards. I highly recommend their services, you won’t be disappointed .

What an improvement their service made to my home’s back patio, front walkway and driveway! They were able to give me a quick appointment and the technician was professional and personable. I will definitely use them again.

The Soft Wash team did a great job! Communicated when they were on their way. Walked the job with me to make sure I was satisfied and circled back to a place that had overspray and fixed it immediately. Helped me reinstall a giant “storm” picture window that was super heavy before they started. My house, garage, patio and roof are all clean and I’m so thankful.

Owner (Tim) was very professional and on time as promised for the walkthrough of the job. On execution day the Team was at the house on the exact scheduled time. They walked me through what they were gonna do and how long it would take. They completed the job quickly for. 3000sq foot house and roof cleaning. This hands down the best house wash job I’ve had done.

Recently hired for house and driveway wash. Two areas of the house were still dirty after cleaning and reported to technician while onsite who said he would take care of it. He never did. He was also not able to clean driveway and told me he was going to place a pretreatment down and to avoid driving over until he could return in the morning because it would be bad for my tires. When he did not show the next day I called. Chris informed me there was never a plan to return and when I shared what I was told about the overnight pretreatment, he said he would get back to me. He returned my call the next day and said, “I spoke with my technician and his story does not match your understanding.” I was shocked. I was not making it up. I told him my driveway was not clean and the house areas were not touched up as promised. I asked for the driveway to be removed from my bill. He said he preferred to send the same tech back out to take care of areas on the house and the driveway. Supervisor also said the house picture sent looked to be black algae spots that will not come clean. Tech returned a week later and still was not able to satisfactorily clean the driveway after about 30 min of working. Tech said he didn’t have the right equipment to do the job. He said the driveway would be removed from the bill. He left, house issues were never addressed. Ironically, I was able to wipe off the “black algae spots that could not be cleaned”. During this 2 week timeframe, neither the owner or the field supervisor ever came by to see the work in person or called for a follow up. The pictures are after the cleaning. Standing mud and broad strokes of cleaned areas left on driveway. These pictures were also sent day of service to supervisor. This experience was a hard $479 lesson.

Initially I don’t mind the price as long as the job gets done and I get my piece but in the end I paid a reasonable and low amount for an amazing job.

Last month, my washing machine began to hum really loud. It was like having an airplane in the house. I searched online and found Lint Fix Specialists. They came to my house in Yorktown with a big truck. They explained that the machine was straining because the air was obstructed. The dryer vent cleaning solved the issue. I rate them 5 stars for being smart and fast.

I had a great experience with this company today. They were very professional and did the dryer vent cleaning quickly. I like that they did not leave a mess on my floor or dust on my clothes. It is nice to have a company that cares about doing a good job for their customers.
