They were very friendly and accomodating, but there wasn't much of a difference after the cleaning. Maybe they do a better job with rugs and carpets that aren't white, but that's all we had worked so I suppose it's not a fair review.

Someone recommended this company. I was amazed. We moved in to our new house and carpets were old and need to be replaced but they made them look great and allow us to biy some time before new floors have to be done. Thank you.

Scheduled carpet cleaning. At the time they were supposed to come no one appeared. I called them, they told me they will be late. 2 hours later called them again, they told me they are on the way. Another half an hour later, they told me they canceled my appointment because they got a larger job from someone else. Not professional at all.

When I was looking for help after I had water damage from a leaking washing machine, I was told to contact 'Inside Drying.' I learned I was talking to the company VP, Jessie McDougal. I explained to her my dilemma and wasn't sure how to proceed. She walked me through the steps & her service members were at my home within 24 hours. They saved my floors. Can't recommend Inside Drying enough.
