Tommy knows how to do business the old fashioned way; he treated me with respect, gave me a quick diagnosis over the phone, which was 100% accurate when he arrived for the repair. Estimate given was exactly what I paid. He wasnt on his phone, standing around smoking and joking; he showed up, did his job, checked his work, and left. Our ac died at midnight on a hot night, called the the company I always use, could not get to me for 6 days. Called Tommy, he was at my house the same day. We are very pleased with our experience. I HIGHLY reccomend Quick Heating and Air for any HVAC needs.

Tommy is extremely efficient, respectful and personable. When I bought my new system, I appreciated his honesty with the best option for my house. He could have oversold the highest price solution but did not suggest I choose that. He has the best customer service of anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Tommy was a lifesaver. After calling and being turned down by 4 other AC companies after our AC stopped working in 90F weather, Tommy immediately put us on the schedule for the same day, and was able to come to our house in a matter of hours. Wow! Tommy was awesome! I will never use anyone else for heat and air/HVAC needs. I called him on the weekend, 90 degree heat and the AC went out. He was here within the hour, on a Sunday….and had it fixed….within 30 minutes. Very affordable, I thought I was about to have to spend an arm and a leg, but not at all. I will tell anyone that will listen, to call Quick/Tommy.

Amazing service. I called Tommy on a Sunday figuring I would leave a message. He answered (!) and said he would be there first thing the next morning. He diagnosed a transformer failure in my weird home geothermal pump/switch configuration and had a replacement 240v transformer in his van (of course he did). Was fixed in under an hour, and charge was very reasonable. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Tommy was referred to us by a friend, he was prompt, courteous and diagnosed our unit, which failed 3 times in a year, and is less than two years old, in a timely manner; which the original, local, HVAC company failed to correct. Tommy was amazing! He was very quick to respond (came within hours of me calling). He replaced the broken part the same day and my ac was back up and running in no time. My husband had A-1American come to replace our ac/heat pump unit worst mistake EVER! I wish I would have found Quick Heating and Air Conditioning from the beginning! Tommy is always a pleasure and every time i have called (so far four) he was here so quick and had my system up so quickly! Lol this last time he just came to my home, i had a knock on my door. It was my neighbor who's heat was also out. From my house to the next house Tommy went, with no hesitation! Most companies i have ever dealt with usually say oh you will have to call the office and schedule with them! TOMMY DIDN'T HESITATE TO RUN OVER AND ASSIST THIS NEIGHBOR! To me this speaks volumes of his character! He is top notch and i don't think there is any other company out there that could match this companies stature in quality, and friendliness. When he came out he figured out the problem right away, and had it fixed within the hour,

My air conditioner was not working and a friend of ours recommended Tommy Quick. We called him and he showed up about an hour later. He informed us that we would need to have the evaporator coil replaced. He said he would work up an estimate and call us later. When he called he informed us that the evaporator coil was still under warranty. He checked on the warranty without us asking. We paid for the labor and the refrigerant but not the evaporator coil. He saved us several thousand dollars. A day later the AC stopped working again and we called him back to see what was wrong. He explained that a capillary tube was leaking and that caused the refrigerant to leak out. He made the repair and told us that there was no charge for the repair because he said it could have possibly been done during the installation of the evaporator coil. Tommy Quick’s integrity and honesty is exceptional. I have already recommended him to some of the people I work with and will continue to recommend him. Quick Heating and Air will be my first call when I have any issues with my heating and air.
