These folks are excellent. I've been a customer for 7 years and have always been impressed, but this morning they amazed me. My A/C died last night (in the midst of 90 degree weather) and they were at my house working on it by 8:45 this morning. I was surprised at their exceptionally prompt service, but what impressed me the most was the fact that during our conversation the technician noted that they watch the weather and when it's going be oppressively hot, they build in schedule time to respond to customers in need. I think that kind of commitment to customers (rather than new jobs or higher priced work) is impressive and hard to find nowadays. I was prepared to be without A/C for days...instead it was less than 12 hours. They were the best deal when I bought my HVAC system, and their commitment to their product and me over the years has been fantastic. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I have used J&K for my HVAC needs for years, and they have always been fair. They always pay attention to detail, even in places where the customer shouldn't see. (I've checked)
They don't leave any messes, and have never argued with me when I'm unsatisfied.
Im so proud of my outdoor system, especially when I see my neighbors systems that are on uneven slabs with crooked pipes and wires. J&K left my system looking like a picture in a brochure.
I would recommend them to anyone.

I was impressed with the price and service about 6 years ago with a new system install. So I called the. Again last week for another new unit needed on my rental unit. No more than 1/4 mile from the office.

I called twice, once they answered and assured to me back in the morning. AND NOTHING. second time no answer.

It’s obvious they don’t want your or my business. Pick the next in the yellow pages. Ken doesn’t want your business anymore.

De. 24, 2022, Christmas Eve our heating system stopped working that evening. J&K Heating and Air Conditioning came to our rescue. Mind you, many homes were experiencing heating issues that day. Be that as it may, J&K Heating and Air Conditioning responded to our request for favor and followed up by checking on us thereafter.

Great and honest company! After hearing quotes from them and other ac companies I new right away that I wanted to use J&K. They are professional, knowledgeable and priced right. They installed a new system for me and I'll never use anyone else!

Called them as they were closing late on Friday after about 6 other company’s told me they were booked for weeks for a fairly emergent service call.

They came over first thing the next morning (on a Saturday) and fixed the problem fast. The tech was very helpful in teaching me a thing or two while he was here since I had just moved into the house and was learning how things were arranged.

Most importantly for me was the fact that the cost felt extremely fair. Especially being such a quick turn around and on a Saturday I was expecting to pay much more then I did but they didn’t price gouge me. That kind of honesty will have me coming back for sure.

I woke up on a Saturday morning to no heat. I called Kenny and within hours a technician came out to assess the problem. A part had to be ordered so there was no fixing it that day, however, first thing Monday morning I received a call from Kenny telling me they had a part for me and would be out to replace it that day. They promptly came and within an hour I had heat again. Their punctuality and professionalism was refreshing. Thank you, Kenny and your staff for a job. well done.

J&K Heating & Cooling. This company has very talented professionals. From the front office with ownership, Ken and Linda, they take care of their customers. Recently (July 18-21, 2022), had a major heat pump part fail. No AC and the heat wave hit. J&K found the part and within 1 day and it arrived 2 days later. Then their very experienced technician Tim Hoose, drove to the delivery truck, confirmed the part and yes, Linda had rearranged the schedule so that later that afternoon the system was up and running, OMG. Great company. Knowledgeable professional staff. Honest and reliable. Do youself a favor give them a call for any HVAC need.

J&K Heating & Cooling is a lifesaver! They responded to our failed AC unit during a heatwave and got it fixed immediately. Can't say enough about how amazing they are! They are professional, courteous, responsive, and high quality! They took the time to fix the system the right way and even explain the system for better performance in the future. J&K Heating & Cooling is definitely my #1 choice for heating and cooling repair!

J&K have been a blessing. When I have issues and have to bring other HVAC companies out due to scheduling or whatever it may be , I always seem to have to call J&K afterwards . When the initial company comes out and seems to think there isn’t an issue or they have resolved it , well.. that never happens in my experience , every time I call J&K and more specifically have their technician Tim come out , he really breaks out the books and investigates and works through the mechanics step by step to find where something went wrong . He always checks the following day to solidify his work and make sure all is working properly and has always moved things around to come by personally and check pressures and gauges just to make sure nothing had came lose overnight etc . All in all. Linda and Ken whom own J&K have done a great job at all my properties and if he has the opening , ask for the technician Tim .. been a pleasure .

Yesterday it was about 90 degrees outside and 85 inside. Our a/c had suddenly stopped working. I called the usual company we use and was told they couldn’t come out for 6 days! 🥵 So I called J&K and they were here within 2 hours! They were here for about 2 hours and when they left the problem was fixed and we were well on our way to a comfortable 73 degrees again! The lady who answered the phone when I first called was so nice! And all the men who showed up were nice, courteous and professional. They identified the issue and promptly fixed it. The bill was very reasonable too. We couldn’t have been more pleased! Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about how awesome these guys are! The owners Ken and Linda really care about their customers. We’ve used J&K several times thru the past 3-4years for all our maintenance and repairs to our commercial HVAC system. If you’re looking for a company that’s honest and doesn’t blow smoke or price gouge...call these guys! Tim is our favorite technician! The few times we’ve had emergency issues, Tim finds a way to get to us same day. He is an expert at all things HVAC, professional and takes extreme ownership of every job he’s done for us. Tim takes time to teach you good maintenance of your system so you don’t have to call him back haha. It’s nice to know that when we call J&K that the job will be done right the first time without worrying about a huge bill.

If you are looking for integrity, honesty, and competence for your heating and air-conditioning needs, then you should seriously consider J & K Heating & Cooling. J&K has installed and serviced our home units and our church units for years and they do excellent work. Customer service and satisfaction are still a priority for J&K...a rarity in our day!

J & K responded promptly to our request to fix our heating system and gave us an estimate of the cost of the repairs, which was much cheaper than their competition. And they were very kind and honest, which we greatly appreciated during this difficult time. We would definitely recommend this business!

J&K Heating and Cooling installed my new heat and air unit. They arrived on time just as scheduled and were very professional. They did a great job including cleaning up after themselves. We run are heat and air more than we did with our old unit and our bill is cheaper than it ever was. I would highly recommend J&K.

Based on earlier recommendations (below) from Ken and the staff at J&K, we contracted with them to install a humidifier for winters, a dehumidifier for summers, and an air cleaner. As she always is, Linda was courteous and prompt in scheduling the installation and subsequent follow-up visits to "tweak" the system. Jame, Tim and Devonta were professional and thorough at our home doing the work. We have been customers of J&K for seasonal maintenance for many years and are looking forward to continuing to do so.

J&K conducted an assessment of the status of our AC system, particularly with respect to dehumidification of our home, which had recently experienced excessive humidity and mold problems. James and Devonta were courteous, professional and provided a comprehensive written report.

Fast response, efficient service, knowledgeable technicians. James arrived in 30 minutes and had the furnace working in 10. He had the part on the truck and the expertise to replace it swiftly. We couldn’t be happier with the service and will call J&K again next time.

J&K are fantastic. Their customer support is unparalleled. Twice I've called in what I thought was an expensive emergency and they walked me through a fix on the phone. It is 13 degrees today. We woke up to no heat. I got a call on not just a Saturday, but Christmas Eve Saturday with a suggestion that ended up being the solution. I couldn't be happier. They've got my business for life.

Called about my AC not working after hours, spoke with Ken and he went out of his way to make sure we had our AC fixed the same day. Great customer service for heating and air, even late in the evening they are always quick to respond and ready to come fix any problem. 2:00 appointment was set to have serviceman clean a/c unit. Serviceman arrived a few minutes before 4:00 and refused to clean it, charged $100 I was out of town and my children called to tell me a/c was not cooling the house. I called Linda @ J&K Heating and told her that I wanted to set up a late appointment to have it cleaned. She said the last appointment is 2:00 since we like the guys back to the office by 4:00. I had someone sitting waiting at the house at 2:00 and serviceman arrived a few minutes before 4:00. He told my kids that he was not going to clean it since it needs Freon. My kids called me and I told him I wanted it cleaned. He refused and charged us $100 for the service call. I feel he was behind schedule and therefore didn't want to clean the unit. J&K refuses to refund me my money. The most Linda will offer is "I am sorry" and then follow up with an argument . We have used them in the past with a different serviceman and never had a problem with the cleaning. Poor customer service when you don't do the service and still stiff the customer out of the money and wont make good on it. Stay Clear!

J&K has kept me warm in winter and cool in summer for years! They even installed my new water heater up a narrow ladder into the attic! They are a professional staff who care for their customers. Thank you J&K!
