Allen, the technician, was calm, friendly, and extremely professional. What stood out most was how he took the time to educate me on the importance of maintaining my AC unit…not just a quick fix, but real insight.

I really appreciate when technicians take a thoughtful approach, it builds trust and helps me make confident decisions. Allen also recommended a service package from Smiley’s that makes perfect sense for long-term care and helps prevent serious issues like pan overflow and ceiling damage.

After calling this company because my heat stopped working, Aaron and James arrived in about 15 minutes and had my heat working about 5 minutes after that. They didn’t charge me any outrageous prices and did a thorough inspection of the entire system before departing. Will use this Company again - thanks gents!

What a great Company. My AC wasn’t working and they fit me in and Aaron the Tech came to my rental property. Although nothing serious was wrong the service charge was so reasonable. Customer Service was Excellent all the way around. Will definitely will use again. Thanks Again!

I found Tim and Ken of J&K to be responsive (and very prompt) to my requests for fixing my American Standard heat pump. The first incident occurred the day when I had taken my wife to the hospital. Tim stayed at my house for more than 3 hours trying to isolated the problem, testing every possible component of the heating/ cooling system. Although the intermittent problem wasn't totally solve, I was given a work around in the event I needed emergency heat in the house when my wife was released from the hospital.
The system problem occurred a second time later and was finally isolated requiring a few new parts , which were promptly ordered from the manufacturer by Tim. To keep the system working as it should, the broken parts were replaced prior to the upcoming weekend. This was all done while I was out grocery shopping.
This is just an example of a company providing top quality service to its customers. I highly recommend J&K for your heating/cooling needs.

They have replaced entire systems and as little as a thermostat and exceeded my high expectation everytime for about 20 years now. Last year they replaced my package unit with one they recommended and my electric bill dropped dramatically.

J +K Heating and cooling are very good in what they do. They saved my system during the hot weather and I will get my system replaced when the hot weather is over. Since my system is over 15 years old I plan on replacing it before the next time I need it. J+K put together a proposal for the new system for me. Thanks for a job well done.
