Called A/C MAsters to check if the heat pump blower motor was operating properly. Ms. Mason arrived on time and spent about an hour throughly checking the system. She explained there were no faults triggered and based on her testing the system was operating correctly.

they sent out a service person to repair some equipment. The owners brother is what I was told.. lol lol what a joke, he came out 4 different times and fixed nothing. no knowledge at all just talk, talk, talk, and more talk. I just wanted our units fixed.. And billed use for nothing. Please don't step foot on the property. Don;t call them...I called another company and we where up and running in 2 hours..

A/C Masters technician always do a excellent job. Allen took the time to explain everything he was doing and answer any questions I had. The office staff is always nice and professional.

The repair technicians were very knowledgeable and did a great job of repairing our HVAC system. Prior to the fix I received a quote and estimated timeline which helped me know what to expect with the repair service. We have used A/C Masters for years and have always had a great experience.

A/C masters helped us with our HVAC systems. They were able to troubleshoot the old system and also offered a great price on a new replacement system. Adriana is incredibly knowledgeable and great at troubleshooting the multiple system types that we have.

AC Masters works on all my rentals and always does a great job. They communicate well, fix the issue, and make payment super easy. My latest need was serviced with Adriana (sorry if I got her name wrong). She was detailed in her description of the issue and offered guidance for regular maintenance needs outside of repairs. I have used them for HVAC services, HVAC installation, and duct cleaning. They are my go to for anything HVAC related needs.

I am so happy that i called A/C Masters inc. A company like this one is hard to find! The technician was amazing she went above and beyond! My grandmother has an older carrier system, the air handler motor stopped working. I knew this was going to be a $$ fix. I was so nervous because of her financial situation plus it was getting very cold out. When I called A/C Masters inc. The technician called me back within a few hours. She was very professional, kind,compassionate,understanding and personable. She answered all my questions. She came out the next day and had the problem fixed in less than 3 hours! If you have an HVAC problem A/C Masters inc. is an amazing company!

Alan was awesome. It's not necessary for the home owner to be over the shoulder, I just wanted to see what the system looked like. As Alan went through the entire process of servicing my gas furnace, he explainined what he's doing and how things work. I got an education out of it to include learning a few good things every homeowner I think should know. Great experience.

My company hired A/C “masters” to come service our large industrial sized R22 unit when it cut out on us during the hottest week in July. The tech explained they needed to order parts for our unit, which is understandable due to the age of the unit and how difficult it can be to source parts for an R22 unit. After waiting for a few days and getting no communication, I reached out asking for an update and was told that the parts should be there by Friday and that they’d come out on that following Monday around 2pm. At 3pm on Monday when no one had shown up or attempted to contact us I called them again and was then told by the same tech that they’d be there that Tuesday by 11am. They did show up as promised the next day but the guys who came out made the mistake of actually replacing the broken fan for our NEIGHBORS UNIT first, so then they had to go get another condenser fan so that they could actually fix the unit we hired them to work on. They must’ve ordered spare parts for the older units because they were able to get the replacement capacitor, contractor, and fan that same day about an hour later. They then made sure the unit was functioning and left, and our a/c worked properly for about a week. It was brought to my attention that we had a small roof leak which I went up on the roof of our building to patch the following day after our a/c was fixed. I’ve attached the photo I took of the safe that our unit was left in after the repair. There are four wires that have been taped together with electrical tape hanging out of the top of our unit, and they also just decided not to put about twelve screws back into our panels and just left them on the edges of the unit and strewn around the rooftop around the unit. When my boss called them to get out there and check it out they gave my assistant manager some BS about that being a “switch” for switching the direction of the fan blades??? And that it was perfectly fine to leave it like that and refused to go up there to fix it. Now here we are exactly one week from the day that they were last here and my unit is now back to being non-operational again. When I called this evening at around 8pm the woman I spoke too who dispatches the techs (who was incredibly kind, and has been as helpful every time I’ve called, that is one positive I scan say.) she told me that she’s pass my number along to the on call tech and they’d give me a call back. I didn’t expect to get a call back, and low and behold, that call back never happened. I’m going to do my due diligence and call these guys again in the morning because this $1,600 job that we got billed for isn’t done yet. We just want our a/c unit fixed properly and I am afraid we might have made a huge mistake by asking this company to come do any kind of work for us.
It’s my suggestion that if you need your hvac system worked on, you call literally any other company other than this one. I still can’t believe that they fixed the wrong unit at first, and they weren’t even going to tell us that they made that mistake at first! I had to hear about it from the owner of the business next to ours in the same shopping center…. I don’t trust any repairs these guys say they’ve done, and if you have to hire them do yourself a huge favor and check behind their work!

Had issue with the defroster board on my upstairs unit. 2nd time in 45 days. Alan and Mannie came and had a look. New part was ordered. Alan brought me a portable heater so I could still use my upstairs bedroom. Process took 10 days from start to finish. System seems to be working well now.

Highly recommend AC Masters! Adriana is a well of knowledge and patiently answered the many questions we had about our HVAC system. We ended up replacing the unit, which was done the very next day. Everyone we have interacted with was very professional, scheduling was easy, and our new system is performing exceedingly well. Service / installation were performed in Yorktown.

We live in Yorktown. Our mini split condenser was making a weird noise so I called AC Masters because they do the annual maintenance for us. They were able to get someone out the same day. Adriana was on time, very easy to work with, a great communicator, and very respectful of our property. She was able to diagnose the problem with our mini split and offer us a few options while still at our house. She also went out of her way to get an electrician’s opinion on the wiring because our electrical panel is pretty much maxed out. Overall I am very happy with how AC Masters is looking after us and I will continue to work with them.

Nick (the manager) was prompt and professional. Another company told me our heat pump had to be replaced because the parts weren't available anymore. Nick's team had the part in stock, on a truck, and repaired the heat pump the same day. It works great now. Also replaced a dilapidated rain shield and did quality work. Best of all, Nick saved me thousands of dollars! I will be calling Smiley's first for all my HVAC needs from now on.

Divine is a very knowledgeable and pleasant man. He represents the company well and deserves praise. We talked through some duct replacement/upgrading to make the system more efficient and ended up scheduling a follow up with someone to perform the duct system design. So far, I couldn’t be happier with Devine and Smiley’s!

My A/C went out today. Of course we're in a heat wave. I called around and every heating & cooling business could not get to us until the end of the week. Smiley's said they could dispatch a tech today. Blake was at our house within 40 minutes. I gave him a rundown what was happening. It took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and quoted a very, very reasonable price to fix my unit. Blake completed the job quickly without a mess. It's 92 degrees outside and the heat index will go over a 100 today. Smiley's, you guys are awesome. I can not give enough praise for your quick friendly response and service. Thank you so very much. I will definably call on you guys again for any future heating and A/C needs.
