Alec was the technician that came to my home today to do yearly maintenance. He is always so nice and does a great job. He is such a pleasant person. Buds has been our go to place for all of our heating and air issues. All the ladies in the office are so pleasant on the phone and always get us scheduled quickly. Thank you Buds.

Bud’s is absolutely fantastic! We’ve used them for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work, and every experience has been top-notch. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They show up on time, explain everything clearly, and make sure the job is done right the first time. We’ve referred them to numerous colleagues and family members!

As soon as the HVAC install team arrived Brandon introduced himself and the rest of his team. He provided very clear information as to what is going to happen and what they are going to do - to include laying out protective sheets to the floor and carpet. The entire team was very meticulous and they were all very knowledgeable. They even played with my 2 dogs who have too much energy and were sometimes bothering them when they were working. Everything was tested before they left. Thank you very much for making my home warm and comfortable.

The team installing our new heat pump were great! Seavert installed our other system and we were glad to have him back. Zoie and Jackson helped him out. Both are very professional and polite. It was a cold day and they quietly worked on getting our system installed and working. We are very pleased.

Our compressor on our heat pump went out last Saturday. I was able to call Buds after seeing their truck pass by my house. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Austin and Shayne were able to replace the compressor and get us heat our heat back within just a few days. Great company, from talking to the people in the office, to the work that was performed in a timely manner. Austin and Shayne were very polite, and made sure everything was cleaned up. Thank you Buds Heating and Air for giving us great service! We will be using you again when needed!

I had a leak, water bill was very high, the plumber I had been using for years didn't respond to my calls or texts. Looking for a plumber I saw Bud's has 4.9 stars. After they left I can see why.

Thankfully I had an idea where the leak was, I was right. They did a great job and I feel the cost was reasonable. They also left my meter box in better shape, it was leaning to one side, you can see in the photo its straight. I took the e-mail they sent to me with photos to the county to apply for a credit. To add the men were polite.

This summer I will get on a HVAC plan, we well as my water heater.

Deals Heating and Cooling is great about responding to requests for service! They are always quick to come, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed fast! They have reasonable prices and up front about explaining what the problem is and what it will cost. I highly recommend them!

This place is AWESOME!!! Mr. Deals knowledge and experience saved us a ton of unnecessary cost that other places said we needed to repair or replace. Thank you Mr. Deal for being so Honest with us knowing that we were on a tight budget and working with us.

They don't have my fridge to work also charge me money also said confiscated , l call him the next day He won't come not to say that the warranty period for a month l doubt they'll fix?

The office manager made sure that a technician was at the house within 2 hours from the time that I called. Assess the problem and a new unit was put in the very next day

Jimmy's Heating & Air Conditioning did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and dryer duct!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They respected my home and belongings in it. Highly recommend if you need duct cleaning!

This company installed the HVAC units in a new construction neighborhood around 2013. I bought one of these homes and had to have them out to service the heat in... 2013. I have had to have the air conditioners repaired every single summer since racking up thousands of dollars. Here it is, July 2019, at 4 am and I can't sleep because it's 85 degrees inside once again. Several neighbors already had their units replaced, I guess I should be thankful we managed to bandage ours together for 6 years. I'm sure they made a few thousand off of us and it only cost them a one star review. I will be calling a competitor as soon as they open to finally replace this botched install.

Jimmy and his son are two of the finest HVAC workers I have every had the pleasure to know. They were recommended by a close friend and we have been exceptionally pleased with their work both times they have been out. The first time I met them was when my heater stopped working in the middle of the crazy cold spell we had a couple months ago. I used my home warranty to get an HVAC guy out, he was a complete moron who refused to even attempt to fix the issue, telling me the 8 year old Trane needed replaced for about 12000 Dollars but the home warranty would not pay it due to some technicality he found which I still dont understand or believe! I complained to my home warranty people and they told me to pay it myself and they considered the job closed based on the tech's report. I called Jimmy and his son and they came out and fixed the whole issue (it was just a frozen condensate line) and charged me way less than I expected to do the work! They were polite, knowledgeable, and professional at all times. I will NEVER use anyone else!!!
