Called Bud's this morning and they were here in less than 2 hours for a leak under our kitchen sink. Trevor and Tanner got here, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in under 45 minutes. They were knowledgeable, professional and just really good guys! Definitely would recommend!

I appreciate the friendly and fast service. Called at 8:30am and someone was at my place around 12:30pm (not a major problem so I was very pleased at the fast turnaround).

Called a number of plumbers to have a clog removed - Bud's had a plumber available first, so they got the job. Left work early to meet an inexperienced plumber getting trained via phone by "the Boss". Heard more about why they couldn't do something than what they could do. In reality, the need was a long snake fed from the roof, and they didn't want to go on the roof. Nor did they have the camera with them to find the cleanout...pretty basic tools and equipment for a pipe clog. Our bath is pretty small, and removal of the water closet was discussed, but I had already done it the day before with a 20' snake with no success. The plumber was not prepared to protect the space and again had to talk to "the Boss". In the end, what I got was additional raw sewage in my shower from running water to back it up and prove it was still clogged (it had leaked down some overnight), a muddy handprint on the shower wall, and holes dug up and left behind in the flower bed. When I asked the plumber to have "the Boss" call me directly, he offered plenty of reasons why this couldn't happen. This is NOT the company to call if you're expecting service with solutions. Call them if you have the solution they can service. See the pics, they say it all. I will have their competition solve these excuses tomorrow and suffer another 24 hours with no shower or toilet. Wasted 3 hours away from work for no benefit at all. At least they knew enough to waive the trip charge for a company that accomplished nothing and left behind plenty of mess to be cleaned up by me.

We always love the service we get from Bud's HVAC. The technicians are always thoughtful about our property. Alec is the best! Always courteous and professional. Last winter when we had to call the 24-hour number the tech on call helped us solve our problem over the phone. Highly recommend.

This team was clean, took pride in their work and did a phenomenal job all around. The work was above and beyond my expectations and I appreciate the approach Seavert and his team took to keep our home clean and not disturb our daily life.

We're very pleased with the excellent job that Hunter Herzberg accomplished for us. He and his assistant replaced our HVAC compressor (under warranty!) in a most professional manner. His work is a favorable reflection on Bud's.

With no heat on a very cold Saturday, Johnathan managed to get the HVAC working temporarily again. Part was ordered on Monday & he returned that Friday morning to fix the system! Office staff was great and Johnathan saved us from a very, very cold week. We have used Bud's for over 40 years...they are GREAT!

We have used Buds for many years for our HVAC needs. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and do good work. I appreciate the in-person summary that Shayne provided after our seasonal maintenance. Lets us know exactly what is and is not working properly.

I would RECOMMEND BUDS HEATING & COOLING. They put in a while new system for me and changed my gas lines. It was a really rough 2 weeks waiting on the schedule. They offered heaters and got us on 3 days b4 the original date. I think i met everyone of their employees. They are fabulous. We recommend them highly. A friend in Buds. They have always been there for service and information for years. HVAC went out on Saturday and new full unit in on Friday!! Professional, prepared, clean, answering every question I had and whole crew was great! Respected my propert and time. Very prompt and excellent service! Within 2 hours of making a call to Bud's, Trevor showed up to diagnose and repair my hot water heater leak on a Friday afternoon. Highly recommend! Will defintely use their services again if needed!

If they are running late I always get a call with an updated arrival time. I am provided an overview of what was done and they answer all my questions to help me understand next steps or how to ensure the equipment runs properly. Bud’s sales, Chris Johnson, showed up the day I called, presented several alternatives and explained everything fully! Our prior system had failed, and we were without heat! Buds arrived the following day and installed the new system! Evan, and his team of installers, were great … arrived on time kept me posted during the installation cleaned the area completely and set the system up perfectly. Highly recommend.

My experience with Bud's from the initial phone call to the complete install of the new HVAC unit was exceptional. Everyone was very professional but what's more is that they were friendly and personable. The work performed was flawless. Very neat and clean. They provided instructions for maintenance along with the follow-up plans. My husband and I have been using Bud's for all of our HVAC needs for nearly thirty years and we have always been completely satisfied.

100 percent respectful of your home inside and out! They did a great job putting in my tank less waterheater, new lines and my stove! It was alot of work but it was done right! We are extremely pleased with the service they provided.

I had a basket strainer replaced in the kitchen sink and a pop-up assembly and trap replaced in a bathroom sink. Jeff and Hector were very professional, called to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time, clearly knew what needed to be done and clearly communicated it. The work was done very well and in a timely manner. Communication with the office to setup the appointment was also very good.

We had Trevor from Bud's Heating & Cooling, Electric, Plumbing come out to our house for the yearly maintenance on our tankless hot water system. The office was very helpful in setting up appointment and explaining what would be done. Trevor called us as he left the office and was trackable the whole distance. He thoroughly explained how the tankless system operates and what his service was to include. All new to us, we were very happy with his explanations and knowledge and professionalism. The maintenance was done in a timely fashion and very satisfied with his service. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Technician Mo and Rick were knowledgeable, professional. Promptly diagnosed issue. Returned with part and replaced. Other Company looked, at system took a picture and left. Had no idea what the issue. Only wanted to replace entire water heater.
