We’ve used Bud’s on multiple occasions due to our house having old plumbing. The price has always been reasonable and the technicians have always worked respectfully and efficiently.

Hunter is wonderful! He worked carefully to restore the service on our gas pack unit and answered my questions (all of them!) with courtesy and candor.

I would not recommend to anyone!!! They were supposed to turn the water off for my neighbor. THEY TURNED OFF MINE. Supposedly the asked JCSA where the meter was. But before JCSA could respond they hung up because they thought they found the neighbors meter. They did not. They should have waited for JCSA to respond. POOR POOR POOR I give them 0 stars

Will was amazing. At reassuring us that our furnace was going to last a couple more years of service was performed correctly and also done through out the year.

I moved to the Poquoson area in June 2024. In September, the capacitor went bad in one of the units that was purchased from Bud’s on 7/29/20. They did not honor the warranty on the units because I was not the original purchaser. The technician replaced the capacitor and I bought a service agreement for $515.60 total. They came out in May and serviced my units. Stellar report! Fast forward to today, 9/11/25. Water is pouring from the attic into my upstairs where the AC is. I’ll just call Bud’s because I have a service agreement with them, right? Their reply is we can send someone out on Monday for $89 diagnostic fee. Oh no, I need someone today! Water is coming from the ceiling. They do not have a technician available today that can come out unless I want to pay their emergency fee. Now, keep in mind, my call was during business hours. They could not come out unless I agree to pay that additional fee. Irrationally, I thought being one of their service agreement customers would assure I got great service. Wrong!

Jeff is a fantastic worker, communicates well, is highly experienced and very nice to work with. Did a great job and had great advice and recommendations.

Installers were nice and very polite. They did a good job. Left things clean and tidy.

Trevor did a great job. On time , kept us informed, and did a very professional job. We look forward to having him back due to his kindness , skill , and expertise

I always use Bud's when I need a job down quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. I had a very difficult electrical problem that took a great bit of ingenuity to solve. The head technician, Shawn, was phenomenal in troubleshooting a solution and not giving up. He was highly knowledgeable and professional and explained the situation very well. The other team members Julian, Carlos, and Nick were outstanding, highly professional, and worked to ensure the job was done correctly. The price was extremely fair for the amount of trouble the technicians had to go through.

I have now used Bud's for both plumbing and electrical, and I highly recommend them for both.

The office staff, the comfort advisor Chris and the technicians Seavert and two others are all supremely competent, friendly representatives of Bud's. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Called Bud's because my normal plumber could not provide quicker service. Bud's did. technicians were professional, and courteous as well as very quick about completing the task.

AC fan motor went out yesterday.We called Buds, they came out same-day and fixed the issue. Austin was amazing to work with. They even went out of the way to get me a quote on duct work replacement.

Ryan and Evan just fixed our bathroom exhaust fan that another company left in very poor condition. The original company installed a new motor, but the original fan cover no longer fit properly and was now a danger to fall and had to be duct-taped in place. Since the original company would not honor their work, I found Bud's, and I am beyond happy. Ryan found a way to screw in the cover so that it now fits and is no longer a danger, and he only charged us the service fee! They were fast, efficient and oh so nice! I really appreciated their thoughtfulness, their kind and personable natures, and their efforts to fix someone else's poor workmanship. My family and I are so grateful to have a company we can finally trust.

We also just had plumbing repair work done by Lawrence and Camari. They too were fantastic. We had a number of little plumbing issues that needed fixing and they did fast, efficient, wonderful work. They helped us select a faucet that needed replacing and were so patient in answering our questions. But, beyond their outstanding work, what I appreciate most was their honesty. Lawrence evaluated our water heater and showed me why it is in such good condition and not in need of replacement. He showed me how to service it as well. That kind of integrity speaks volumes! Bud's and their employees just continue to impress and have earned loyal customers! In two days we have gotten all of our nagging home repair needs fixed and we are so grateful!

Bud's came through for us again. We had a water leak in our master bath. Bud's sent someone out the same day we contacted them and had someone out to fix the repair the following Monday, just a few days after we notified them. Branden and Coby were great, wore booties in the house to protect our flooring, were efficient and communicated with me about what they were doing and why. We could not have been more pleased with the response from Bud's.

Great experience with Jeff, our service technician. He not only fixed our plumbing problems quickly but he educated me on how to maintain equipment. His expertise really showed!

Very professional and friendly staff and technicians. My technician, Matt, did an excellent job of installing a bathroom ventilation fan in two different bathroom that did not ever have one. There was no existing wiring, switches or high voltage wires. He also installed an additional receptacle in one bathroom. He was very forthcoming in answering all the questions I had before, during and after the job. The cleanup was immaculate!!!!
