As a property manager, Smiley's has always been great to work with. I've had Divine as a tech a few times and he's always very knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain what's going on with the systems. Highly recommended!

Jeremy was our installer from Smiley's Heating and Cooling as we installed a new heating and cooling system. He was great to deal with, he was informative and friendly and I cannot overestimate how hard he worked installing our system. Jeremy worked very hard installing with very hot conditions to do so. Once installed he was very thorough in explaining how the system worked and how to operate it. I highly recommend Smiley's as a company and Jeremy as an installer.

Wes did our Quality Control inspection. He was very professional and personable. He represented Smiley's well and confirmed the system was working well and that Jeremy did a great job on the install. Overall very pleased with both Jeremy and Wes.

Dakota and his helper were very polite, courteous and professional. They addressed all my issues and thoroughly checked my 5 systems.

Great install today of a new ac/heating unit. The technicians went above and beyond to do a good job. I appreciated that TJ and his crew spotted issues, resolved them and were very conscientious. Each representative that I have had come from this business has treated my home with an attitude of how they would want themselves or one of their family members to be treated and I am grateful for this type of service in today's world.

Had two professional guys do my install and they did a great job, the system looks great and is working great so far, can't remember their names but they work well together.

Wow! Its Sunday. Smileys was the #5 company i called for emergency service and every other company had an attitude or did scare talk on how much they would charge to come out today. Smileys didn't, they sent sean out and he fixed our AC in less than 30 minutes. Only cost me $300 when I was ready to pay as much as it took to get my family comfortable. I cant thank this company enough for the customer service, honesty on the issue and the knowledge of Sean! Dont call no one else. Smileys has grown to a good size company and I see why! Thank you

Allen arrived during the appointed time and got right to work. He diagnosed and fixed my ac problem quickly; a blown fuse at the unit in the crawl space. He discussed with me some possible causes and took the time to talk to me about my five year old unit. As he finished up I inquired about preventative maintenance plans. He also took the time to discuss what the plans covered and the annual cost. Thank you Allen for a job well done! I thank God that he sent an honest knowledgeable technician 🙏🏾 Thanks Smiley's

Called at 8:30 am with 2 ac units down on 90 plus degrees day. Shaun was here by 1pm and promptly diagnosed and fixed my issue downstairs, and let me know my upstairs unit was dead. He was also very nice! The next day Seth came out and quoted me a good price for new system for upstairs and was very helpful. Jeremy and Preston came today and installed my new trane system. Everything went well and Smileys has a new customer in me.

Smiley’s Heating and Cooling service is top notch! An entire air conditioning system was installed. They arrived around 9:30 and was gone by 3:30. The installers (3) took care to cover my flooring up and downstairs also along the foyer. They thoroughly cleaned and you would never have know they had been here other than now I have a new air conditioning system including thermostat (Honeywell) and work done to the breaker box. The installers did run into a problem but after calling Trane to help troubleshoot everything is all good. Great warranty on the work and unit as well.

Everyone I dealt with at Smiley's was a pleasure to deal with. Our old AC unit quit working at the beginning of August. They were prompt to get to us to see what we needed and to get the work done. Although I don't have the lady's name who answered my calls, she was very pleasant and eager to get us the help we needed. With the hard work and efficiency of the following people our new unit is up and running just fine.

Okay no bullshit guys. If you’re in need of anything heating and cooling wise , these are the people to call. We got super fast service and the problem was fixed before I could blink. Not only that service was amazing, honest, and not bank breaking at all. Seriously guys this should be your only call. Not only that but the technician himself was amazing. Had a great experience. Divine was fast, knowledgeable, and professional. He figured out the problem with expertise, explained well and made sure to get our unit running. Price was extremely fair, not knowing what was wrong I was worried I was going to be told everything needs to be replaced, but Divine was honest about what was working and what wasn't, and what I could do to get it working even better. Couldn't ask for more. I will be calling Smiley's again next time I need service.

Smileys came to the rescue and specifically their technician Alexander M. My AC stopped working after just two months of being replaced through my home warranty and a company who wasn't Smileys. Two other firms told me it wasn't their policy to service units less than a year old that were installed by other companies. So while Smileys was #3 on my call list, they are #1 in my books. They gave me an appointment within 24 hours of contacting them, they were transparent throughout the entire process (who was coming, when they are coming, pricing options etc). The technician was so knowledgeable and patiently walked me through the issues and available solutions. I did not feel any pressure was applied to sway my decision. Issue has been resolved, I am a happy customer. I will definitely be using Smileys again and more importantly, I will be recommending them to others.

Changed to Smiley’s a year and a half ago and have been extremely happy with the service we get and the staff they send twice a year. Finally a real servicing of our HVAC, rather than an inspection and a list of things that need to be addressed at an additional cost. We renewed our service agreement!

I greatly recommend Smileys AC repair work. Their technician (Al) was the most knowledgeable repairman I have ever delt with. Al was able to diagnose the problem immediately and explained the parts and service. Thank you Al for your hard and hot labor in my attic.

Update: 2 months later and I have an unusable room, an A/C unit that can't function correctly after 4 tech visits, and no end in site with poor communication. Use them at your own risk.

Crew that installed the heat pump/air handler did a mediocre job. Frankie was friendly and didn't try to upsell or haggle with anything, their prices were where they need to be. A couple things with the install, the ducting wasn't completely sealed so that'll have to be addressed and there was some damage to the existing ducting. Randomly 2 days later there's water leaking from the ceiling where the air handler is located so we'll see where that goes.
