We called Nouman of Just Appliances last Saturday because the ice maker in our 10 yr. old GE refrigerator was barely making any ice cubes. Nouman was able to do some trouble shooting over the phone. He came out to our home that same day & confirmed that our ice maker was close to failing. Because
this was happening over a weekend, Nouman advised us that he would pick up a replacement ice maker first thing Monday morning. Nauman was professional, pleasant & punctual. His prices were refreshingly reasonable. After replacing our ice maker he pulled out our refrigerator, cleaned the coils & vacuumed behind & underneath our frig. and didn't charge for the clean up. Nouman was efficient and very knowledgeable and was delightful to work with. We would not hesitate to call on him in the future. We would highly recommend Just Appliances to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reasonably priced appliance repair-person.

Nouman was very helpful in diagnosing my appliance and giving options. He was able to make it out to my home same day and communication has been top notch. He was open and honest about costs and now I know which direction to go in. Would definitely recommend this company!

The service was fast and reliable. Could have got in same day with no extra charge but I didn’t want the late night visit so scheduled for next morning and he showed up in timeframe and had it fixed and out in a little over 30 minutes!

Trendan did an excellent job of evaluating our refrigerator for a leak. He persevered until he found the problem. He was very professional and we were pleased with the outcome. We will definitely use Just Appliances again.

Our Fridge was having a case of the Mondays and Harris was able to stop by, determine the issue, then resolve it all before lunchtime. He was very courteous to us and careful while working. While we don't hope to have any more appliances break we would be happy to contact Just Appliances should it happen.

I definitely called the right company today & got connected with the an AWESOME & KNOWLEDGEABLE Tech. Mohammad not only fixed my washers motor the same day, he also taught me how to do myself if I ran into the same issue down the line & how to maintain the appliance, so it stays in good health. He even went and drove back to his company which was an hour away to complete the job. I’m satisfied. My washer dryer combo works flawlessly now! Thanks !!

Harris was quick and responsive. Both Harris and Trendae - the technicians - were able to assess the problem in my double oven and let me know when they could come back to do the repair. Even with a challenging repair, they were able to get my oven back up again running. Both were polite and courteous- I would highly recommend this company!

Very satisfied with the work that they did fixing my dryer. Darn washer was unfixable but I appreciated how they talked to me and showed me what the problems were. Very friendly and easy to talk to without them.

Harris took my call and was out within an hour and had resolved the issue with my mother's dishwasher. Very happy with his communication and service! Highly recommend.

Crazy fast weekend response time for a broken gas oven. From phone call to arrival was under 30 minutes on a Sunday. Quickly identified problem and had the part with him to fix it. Installed, tested and out the door in under an hour. Cost was more than I expected but Samsung parts aren’t cheap. Would recommend to anyone.

We appreciated the quick service and communication! We called after work and they were here the same day to assess the issue with our fridge. Even with having to order a part, it only took a total of 2 days because they were ready to come as soon as they got it!

Harris and Nouman are phenomenal, kind and absolutely professional! They came and fixed my dryer machine right away on the same day! They are so knowledgeable and know how to work on all types of appliances, especially European. I had to have two or three people come take a look before both Harris and Nouman came and knew what was wrong right away. I am so grateful for them! Absolutely recommend :)
