Nouman is the man! I called on at 2pm on Saturday with a dryer that wasn't drying. He was at my house in less than 90 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem (the heating element). He had the part in his truck ready to go. He then performed a complete maintenance of our dryer, inspecting each part. All other parts were in good working order. He replaced the heating element. Then he explained along the way how to perform the repair in case I felt comfortable doing the services myself in the future. I can't thank him enough for his prompt and excellent service! If you have any appliances needs, he is your first call every time!!

Very quick, clear, concise, punctual, and had great communication skills, as well as a good sense of humor. Price was affordable and competitive. I will be calling them again if I need any work on any appliance in the future.

Harris was easy to work with, ordered the parts for our oven quickly, and had it fixed in a couple hours. Very friendly and professional. We will absolutely use Just Appliances next time we need to!

Absolutely great work from Kevin! He was able to arrive earlier than expected and be gone within 90 minutes. Our gas oven's broiler wasn't igniting. Nouman, the owner, who took my call and set up the appointment, was friendly and communicated quickly and efficiently. I called the guy for a dryer issue on a Samsung dryer for my rental property as I live in Tennessee and he was able to quickly diagnose the fault and provide pictures. I was able to give him the quick go ahead on the repairs and he completed it all within the day as well as a full service. All in all, less than $400 and about the half of cost of a brand new dryer (with shipping and install). Definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

I had such a genuinely great experience with Just Appliances. Our dishwasher was not working - what a terrible time of year to not have a dishwasher! Ugh!

Corey at GFR helped me track a potential problem, weeded out all the issues (over the phone/pics) and determined I actually didn't need any work done at all.
