Two technicians from this company visited us when we had a problem with the refrigerator. Initial assessment indicated a compressor had mulfunctioned and a part was ordered. When they came back to install the part the refrigerator had somehow started working normally. A quick check indicated the fridge was working as expected. The honest technicians did not charge any money. Though they walked with no cash they earned respect for their sincerity. I would call them again and again.

Local. Fast. Answers phone (or get's back in a timely manner). Reasonable prices. Friendly, honest. Knowledgeable.
Harris came to fix the leaking inlet valve on my dishwasher on the same day that I called. He needed parts so came back the next day . He needed another small part to complete the repair, called Nouman ( Nouman came out on my last call a year or so ago) and he brought the part pronto!
I can recommend these guys with confidence.

Norman did a tremendous job getting our parts and fixing our refrigerator in minimal amount of time.

Nouman and Haris were both very professional and knowledgeable on my issues. I did my best to explain my issues with my washer and dryer and they knew almost immediately what the problem and solution was. When they were fixing my appliances they took the time to show me what was wrong and their proposed fix. They fixed both the washer and dryer in about 25 minutes and were in an out. Very satisfied with my experience with them and will use them again if I have any other appliance-related issues

Nouman and Kamran acted quickly to diagnosis, purchase the specific part and reschedule for install. They took apart my Zline oven, installed a new fan, then fixed the ice maker. When our fridge went out they came same day, diagnosed and got the part ordered. Once the part came in, they notified us and we scheduled them to come just a day later. They fixed the fridge but unfortunately a week later the fridge quit again and they stated it would cost more to fix it then the fridge was worth (our fridge was easily 10+ years old). They suggested we get a new fridge and they helped us get our money back for the warranty. I appreciated the communication, the honesty and the hustle to get it done!

We originally began working with this company in June to repair our Electrolux refrigerator. The process involved multiple diagnostics, replacement of the refrigerant lines, and later adjustment of components to stabilize temperature swings. It was a long troubleshooting journey, and at several points the fridge was still not operating correctly, which led to many follow-up calls.

After our most recent visit, the technician came out promptly, fixed the trim alignment, adjusted the temperature sensor, and verified that everything was functioning properly. Since then, the refrigerator has been cooling consistently and maintaining the correct temperature. The resolution has held, and we appreciate that the team stayed with the problem until it was fully resolved.

Original Review:
We’ve been working with this company since June trying to resolve ongoing issues with our Electrolux refrigerator, and I’m writing this review in the hope of finally getting a working appliance.

In June, we scheduled the initial diagnostic visit and paid a $200 assessment fee. After multiple calls (our phone records show 11 calls that month), the technician determined the refrigerant lines needed to be replaced. We proceeded with that repair, which cost roughly $2,000. After the new lines were installed, the fridge started cooling again, but not correctly—it would swing from the 50s all the way down into the teens, freezing our food.

We contacted the company again in July, and in August they returned and replaced the main control board and sensor at a cost of about $400. Unfortunately, this did not address the problem. This stage alone took another four phone calls.

In October, the technician returned and adjusted the refrigerant levels, stating that Electrolux’s label had incorrect charge information. After that adjustment, the temperature regulation finally seemed closer to normal. We exchanged another four calls during this time.

On Thanksgiving, however, the refrigerator started leaking refrigerant again—we have video of coolant visibly escaping from the evaporator area. After approximately $2,500–$3,000 invested and around 20 calls over several months, our refrigerator is still not functioning properly. In addition, the trim around the fridge has been loose since the earlier work, and despite notifying the company, no one has returned to fix it.

What’s most disappointing is that we’ve reached out multiple times over the past few weeks and have not received a call back. We don’t want to leave a negative review; we simply want a working fridge and a resolution to a long-running issue. We are fully willing to update this review if we can work toward an amicable solution.

Charged me $99 for them to inspect and tell me what's wrong with it. Apparently just the clips that made it roll. Which makes sense it was hot but stopped rolling. Then came back the next day to repair it to tell me that apparently the motor is broken. How if its still hot just not rolling does that =motor? More Expensive than originally stated. Told me they didnt have the parts and that they were ordering them. Never called me back to tell me the parts arrived. My dryer to this day is still broken and sitting in my garage useless. Its been months. Oh they also wanted to charge $500 full to fix it. Thats the price of a new one.

​I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this business. We hired them for a repair, but the entire experience was unprofessional and deeply uncomfortable.
​The technician used constant "double talk" regarding the pricing and the actual issue with our appliance, making it impossible to get a straight answer. It felt like a deliberate attempt to confuse us into paying more.
​Worse than the shady business tactics was the lack of personal boundaries. Despite the owner being a married man himself, he had the nerve to hit on my wife in our own home. It was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I wouldn't trust these people with three pennies, let alone the keys to my house or my expensive appliances. Save yourself the headache and call someone reputable instead. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and disrespectful. Do not let these people into your home.
