Constraction reviews in Auburn, Washington

Builders Service Company was great to work with. Mason, the owner, was extremely interested in making sure the job was going well at every step. The contractors were the best, especially Sergio and his crew. They were very neat and did superb work. My house has never looked so good!

I’m very happy with the work! The team who came to do the siding was awesome, and it was great working with Mason and Mr. Kim. The siding looks fantastic, and I’m pleased to share that it held up perfectly to the 35mph winds we had last night. I highly recommend them!

Please utilize Builders Service. They are courteous, friendly and do wonderful work.

The work was fantastic! The crew was some of the nicest people we've ever
met, and Mason checked in with us throughout the process. We truly felt we were
treated professionally every step of the way. Our neighbors have commented on how
great the siding looks, and we really love how everything turned out. Highly recommend.

I recently hired Builders Service Company for a complete siding project to replace original material on my 1970’s-built home. Communication with the owner/project manager; Mason Ruppel was excellent from the first consultation to completion of the project. I was nervous about such a big project, but Mason took the time to explain the entire process and offered multiple financing options best suited to my situation. He frequently visited the work site to ensure all aspects of the job were on track with what was promised and bring any issues or concerns to my immediate attention.
The highly skilled installers were polite, respectful of my property, and took great pride in the quality of workmanship in all aspects of the project even in inclement weather conditions. They addressed and mitigated major wood rot and water damage issues upon discovery. The results are beautiful, and I’ve received numerous compliments from neighbors on nothing short of a complete makeover of my home. The high-quality composite siding materials used, and the workmanship warranty gives me peace of mind from now and well into my retirement years. If you want a 5-star, worry-free, high-quality siding job, I highly recommend Builders Service Company as your first and only choice!

Pavel did a home addition project for me - a substantial project which included many complicated tasks - from pouring concrete foundation to framing, roofing and some interior jobs. The work was done well and on schedule. Workmanship was great and passing city inspections was a breeze. Communication and discussing change orders was easy. Wholeheartedly recommend Pavel for new construction and remodeling projects.

Their service was poor and their team staff was lazy. They just waste my money and time. Stay away from them guys.

Five star service!
Will hire again!
Thank you guys!

Thanks, Pavel for your work! I'm very satisfied)
