Constraction reviews in Auburn, Washington

Our experience with Industrial&Civil Construction was very good. From start to finish, they were professionals.
Pavel responded very quickly to address any concerns I had, so I highly recommend his company.

Thank you Pavel. I am really like your work.

Pavel did a great job during our backyard remodeling. He and his team was able to completely change landscape using excavator and build a new modern backyard in 2 months timeframe.

Hired them few months ago for concrete polishing and deck repair. The team did a great job! This week I hired them back to level interior flooring. It was a complex and challenging job but they were able to root cause and fix it! I’m impressed by the quality of their job.

Pavel did a garage concrete floor resurfacing project for me. Old floor coating was peeling and cracking and he reconditioned it by removing the old coat, grinding down the concrete and then applying the new coat. The resulting layer seemed sturdy and even: no issues that I could see. The work was meticulous and professional, and only took a few days from start to finish for a two car garage. Recommended.

We have had the pleasure of working with Pavlo for the past five years, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Pavlo’s expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are unparalleled. He successfully remodeled our offices and warehouse, transforming them into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. From the initial planning stages to the final touches, he consistently exceeded our expectations. His professionalism and dedication ensured that every project was completed on time and within budget. Pavlo’s work ethic and craftsmanship have truly brought our vision to life. You can check out his masterwork at Conundroom Escape Rooms or Pacific Axes Axe Throwing in Redmond. We highly recommend Pavlo for any construction project – he is simply the best in the business.

Pavel did an awesome job on a deck project for us. He had to match an existing style we had at the house and did so perfectly. Did the job in a timely manner and checked in a lot about small choices along the way.

Pavlo did a great job on exterior house repair w excellent results. Hard worker, focused, professional and completed the job in the time frame promised! I will use Remodeling & Renovation for my next project.

Pavlo does good work and he's a good guy. He's honest, hardworking, thoughtful, and friendly. He did a great job drywalling our main floor. It looks great and we will definitely be working with him again!

I had a wonderful experience with Pavel. He was very prompt, professional, and fair and does excellent high-quality work. Ended up hiring for multiple projects. We will definitely use Pavel’s services again in the future.

Pavel was recommended by a friend, and replaced a falling down fence for us. It was the easiest, smoothest experience and he did great work we are very happy with. He paid a lot of attention to detail, understood why the original fence started to fail and adjusted the design to account for it, and suggested some aesthetic changes that turned out great. Highly recommend him!

Pavel did a great job building our fence two years ago and the deck last week. After a very thorough investigation into what materials I want to use for my deck I came exactly to the initial suggestion Pavel made, which was very reassuring.

His job is always spotless and of the quality that’s hard to come across. I strongly recommend Pavel.

Pavel is such a great person to work with. He was recommended to me by a co worker. She mentioned that he did her mom’s deck as well as other family members. She described him as a guy that just loves his craft and I can honestly say that is exactly the perception that I have. My old deck was a mess, the footings were shifting, posts were leaning and it was definitely becoming a safety hazard. I have a two year old who loves to play outside so that was a real problem. I reached out and he responded right away. He came out looked at the deck listened to what I wanted and quickly proposed some options. The estimate came close to others that I had contacted but he offered more. For the same price he offered a rain escape system (which I had no idea what that was). It basically drains all the water into spouts and keeps everything under the deck dry…which is great! I can store firewood, camping chairs etc under there without them getting drenched by all the rain. When he started construction I couldn’t believe the size of the footings, and the beams he used for framing. The deck is built like a tank. It made my old support posts look like tooth picks. Take a look at the photo of the original deck below and you’ll see what I mean. When I saw that, I knew I was going to have a truly quality built deck that won’t have the problems of the old one. When they moved onto finishing with composite deck and railing I was impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. I’m beyond happy and I would say the money I spent was worth it. When I need something else in the future or if I have friends looking for upgrades to their house, Pavel will be my #1 recommendation. Thank you Pavel for giving my 2 year old a safe and amazing place to play outside!

I can't say enough good things about Pavel and his team. We had a few projects up on purchasing our new home in the Puyallup area. New walkways, pavers, retaining walls and a new parking area for our mobility challenges parents that were moving up with us.

He was sympathetic and found time to get bulk completed in a timely manner. There was also interior plumbing and cabinet augmentation all pretty fluid. And he an team just rolled with the punches.

We are grateful and everything has been working, and made my elderly parents transition seamless. There are more projects we will have in the future and Pavel will be out first call.

Thanks KS Remodel and Renovation group and especially Pavel and his crew of versatile craftsmen.

Pavlo did an outstanding job with our home remodel. We initially considered three contractors, but after speaking with him, we knew we didn’t need to look any further. He was incredibly patient with my kids and always kept me updated on his schedule, whether he was running early or late. Pavlo consistently kept me in the loop and offered better recommendations, which I usually agreed with because of his expertise. I trusted his judgment, and I have no regrets. I highly recommend this company for their precise work and excellent customer service.
