Constraction reviews in Auburn, Washington

Dana reached out and it was all up hill from here. Innovative systems brought the knowledge and customer service today!!!!!
Nick came out and right away got to it!!! Taught me a few things about our own system which we needed badly. Thank you nick for everything. For real!! And Dana!!! I hope we have the pleasure of working more with your team!!!!

We’ve been very pleased working with Innovative System Tech and appreciate their professionalism and support.

I've worked with Innovative for various communities over the years, I will say that Nick has come in clutch for us many times! From reworking our whole fob system when it went down, to getting our new camera system up and running. This guy does it all. We appreciate that we can count on Innovative and always experience top notch service!

Dana and the team are super responsive and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a fire/security integrator that knows what they are doing. Best in town

The team at Innovative are responsive, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. They've matched our urgency in time of need and have taken time to pick up the phone and talk me through a scope of work. I am in property management and what made them stood apart from other vendors was their level of care and follow through. Specifically, working alongside Angela and Andrea. I have had a wonderful experience with them at one of my Seattle sites, that I had no doubt they would take the same care at a new community we acquired in Bellevue. I was able to work with Dana on signing a new contract and he equally was responsive and gave me follow ups. I would highly recommend Innovative.

Innovative System Tech. had done a wonderful job in replacing 17 electrical panels in our commercial building. They were able to finish the job on time, on schedule and passed inspection all within 10 days. They updated the progress almost daily with the property manager and the owner, I felt assured and easy of mind throughout the project. I highly recommended for their service.

Angela is so amazing and helpful ! I have known her for a number of years. Innovative team always goes the extra mile! They make me feel at ease.

Innovative has been so helpful and handles all things with complete professionalism. Huge thank you to Keegan, Brenon and Brian. All helped with our fire and Sprinkler inspections. Everything went so smoothly with their assistance. Highly recommend this company if your looking for there services. They entire team goes above and beyond.

I’m very grateful for the excellent work they did at my daycare center. They stepped in to complete a project that another company had left unfinished and successfully handled all the required inspections, allowing us to obtain the full occupancy permit for our building. The technician who came to perform the inspection and install some devices was wonderful.

Innovative Systems did an excellent job with our Brivo install at our Everett office. Dana and Nick completed everything in one day with a fast turnaround, and the system looks immaculate. They were thorough in testing and confirming everything worked properly before leaving, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Was ok seemed well kept we just went to pick something up we purchased, they were nice

James was a pleasure to work with. He completed the job on short notice and happily accommodated several changes. We plan to hire him to do several more projects.

James was quick to respond to my inquiry about removing fluorescent lights to open up the ceiling and install new lighting in my kitchen. He kept me informed of a minor delay in getting the light fixtures he thought would work best for my project. He was careful to keep the floor covered and the work area draped off from the rest of my kitchen to contain the dust from cutting holes and sanding areas he had patched in the ceiling. To complete the project he did a great job painting the area without drips or streaks. He took the time to clean up the work area before leaving. I'm extremely happy with the way the project turned out, and would not hesitate to have him do other work for me.

James & Genessa are the best! They are super knowledgeable ,helpful and very professional to work with. Their quality of work speaks for them. I would recommend this company to do all of your remodeling needs.
Thank you James and Genessa for always going above and beyond for your clients.

Wow, What a great experience having the opportunity to work with James. He was extremely responsive and efficient but more importantly, James took the time to listen to what we wanted to accomplish in our home. It was important for our family to find someone that was an independent business owner and was up for the challenge on a few of the creative things we have in mind.

Thanks, James! We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Friendly and prompt service, with excellent work completed quickly (even sooner than promised!). James was very responsive to my request and the finished work makes me wish I had taken care of these matters a long time ago. Definitely recommend his services. /

I absolutely love my remodel and the design made by Genessa and the follow through by James. Remodeling is such a stressful process and they did everything to keep me close to the original schedule and took the stress off my plate! I would recommend them to anyone going through a remodel.

James is the most competent, communicative, dedicated contractor I've ever had the pleasure of working with! He always listened to my needs and requests and then reiterated them back to me in writing, was incredibly responsive in all communications, respectful of current COVID-19 protocols, and took the time to ensure I was always happy with the work performed. He outdid himself with our pre-move in project, and we were thrilled with the results; working under a super tight deadline and within our very specific aesthetic requirements, he and his team really knocked it out of the park. I had total faith and trust in him and given he is so respectful and kind, it was completely painless to give him unfettered access to my home while I was 45 minutes away and unable to oversee progress. Don't hesitate, this guy is the real deal and the quality of work is top notch. We are already talking about our next project together!

Great company! James is always on top of things and easy to communicate with. His subcontractors are very professional and always friendly and prompt. He really cares about giving you what you want and expect. We’ve had some lousy experiences with contractors in the past, wouldn’t think of using anyone else but James Massey Services for future projects!

James and his crew went above and beyond what was asked of them to do. They were incredibly mindful of our house and treated it as if it were their own. We were incredibly impressed with the high quality of work that James and his crew does. They take no short cuts! Whenever we had a question or concern, James always responded in a prompt and timely manner. He was very patient and accommodating if there was a setback in scheduling. My wife and I give him our highest recommendation and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

James is like a brother who takes of everything! We had a run of bad luck with a pipe leak in our garage that shared a wall with our hall closet. Drywall and closet floor needed to be replaced. Previous water damage cleaners found hidden area behind drywall, and James helped us imagine a finished cubby space in addition to the drywall repair. He installed composite flooring, trim, painted and textured, and even installed a new light fixture and switch in the closet. He also created a composite flooring cover for our crawl space door.

From the beginning James was very conscientious about what we wanted, what we wanted to spend, and importantly that husband and wife were on the same page! He is very personable, patient, and knowledgeable, and we look forward to using his expertise in the future.
