Constraction reviews in Auburn, Washington

Great company to work with! Clear estimates, quality work, very responsive and handled issues quickly for our tub/shower remodel. Everyone who came by to work at our home was friendly and professional. I would absolutely trust them for any sort of project you would need a contractor for.

Fernando and his crew are truly awesome very professional and does everything in a timely manner. Very helpful is Fernando and his crew are truly awesome very professional and does everything in a timely manner. Very helpful is great at suggesting solutions to your problems. Quick follow through and great at following up on things truly made our kitchen one of a kind. Does things the right way the first time

Fernando and the entire team were professional, courteous and delivered on all accounts. They put up with my many questions and ALWAYS made me feel that my job mattered to them and that they had my best outcome as their #1 priority. I was nervous at the beginning but by always being available in getting back to me, it put my mind at rest. Highly recommend True Quality.
PROJECT #2- had True Quality back to taking out 61 year old boxed ceiling lights and update to LED. They worked their magic once again and took a mess and turned it into wonderful. They always do a fabulous job. You can't go wrong with using True Quality for your next project.

I purchased a 22x10 foot patio cover that I needed help installing over my backyard patio. I reached out to multiple contractors around the Auburn area and True Quality Construction was the quickest to respond and most affordable by a long shot. Other contractors were trying to charge me 2-3x what True Quality quoted me. Fernando, the owner, was very responsive and easy to talk with. Other contractors I spoke with were trying to up-charge me or take advantage of their services.
Once my patio cover came in, I was able to schedule an appointment and have them come out quickly. The project took 2-3 guys to complete in 2 days. Other contractors quoted me saying the job would take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks. Ridiculous.
I appreciated the honesty and efficiency True Quality Construction provided. They did an awesome job assembling and installing my patio cover. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for my future home projects!

We had Fernando come in to finish our basement remodel from open stud to trim work. He also replaced our old windows with new modern windows and re-trimmed the exterior of the windows. He also re-trimmed around all of our exhausts and our electrical disconnect to make it a much cleaner look.

We had this work done during COVID restrictions and his crews were always masked up and followed the restrictions the entire time they were in the home.

We did this project in 2 separate stages(Sheetrock at one time and then all of the finish work done about two months later). During this whole process Fernando was very easy to communicate with and work with to get things settled before work even started. After the sheetrock was in we must have had him redo the quote for all the finish work 4-5 times so we could minimize any changes once work had started. We still had a couple smaller things that we added to the project after the start that he was very accommodating to adjust into his schedule. They were also very attentive to small details and some of the quirks our older 1963 home had.

We did get multiple quotes for our project, and while True Quality's quote was fair, was not the lowest quote we got. They were the easiest to get ahold of and his customer service could not have been any better. If I had a question on a quote he gave me, I was either able to talk to him right away when I called/emailed him or within the same day. Other contractors sometimes took DAYS to get back to us. I think customer service is something people forget about when they are dealing with construction, but it is something that stands out and is something I'm more than happy to pay a little more for.

We are very happy with all the work they did for us and will be requesting their services for other projects in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with True Quality Construction LLC on my deck renovation project. The renovation included skirting the entire deck, adding stair risers, and refreshing the upper deck and railings with paint. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted for the skirting, so I provided the owner Fernando with a picture of something I found on-line. Thumbs up to getting an exact replica of what I provided to him.

In addition, Fernando showed up frequently to check progress and assist as needed. While my project wasn’t a really “large” project, I really appreciated the check-in. It values your dollars being spent. The crew was respectful and left my space tidy at the end of each workday - not all businesses do this.

I also appreciated the level of communication received from Daiana throughout the process. I tend to ask a lot of questions when spending hard-earned money and she was always very gracious, quick to respond and thorough with her answers.

My deck looks great! Thank you, Fernando, Daiana and the rest of the crew who helped on my project!

If you are looking to support a quality, family-owned business, consider contacting True Quality Construction, LLC. I would definitely consider working with this company in the future!

This is a bit overdue and I rarely write reviews, but they are more than deserving of all of them. Fernando, Alfredo, and crew did an amazing job with my kitchen remodel, including installing new flooring throughout the house, floorboards, paint, etc.. My kitchen was left half done with dangerous electrical hanging everywhere by the original contractors when they took off with my money and ghosted me. Let's just say Fernando and crew saved the day and not only fixed the damage left by the original contractors but made my kitchen more beautiful than we originally envisioned. They were extremely professional, communicative, and most of all trustworthy. They really care and stand by their work, making sure to do the right long term solutions, instead of just temporary band-aids. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable, especially compared to several bids/estimates I received. I'm already planning on going back to them for the next project(s). My dogs even loved them right away (and vice versa), which is rare thing and saved me from the burden of locking or kenneling my dogs away every day.

The True Quality team was great from start to finish! They inherited a horrible job from my previous contractor, and took our project to the next level and beyond! Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. And of course- we would love to work with them in the future

Fernando and the team at True Quality Construction did an absolutely fantastic job with our recent project. We asked them to convert our two car garage into a finished living space, bring a bathroom up to code, install an electric vehicle charger, among other things.

They went above and beyond when we ran into trouble deciding on the exterior walls. Fernando suggested a cedar accent wall (pictured) which was a great idea Additionally, they helped connect us with an architect to finalize a few details for permitting.

True Quality was easy to work with, their quality exceeded expectations and the price was fair. We’ll be going back to True Quality when we have future projects.

True Quality Construction did a wonderful job on our bathroom, completely renovated and a custom shower added. Great quality work, trustworthy, and excellent customer service the whole way, even when supply challenges came up. We definitely recommend them and will be using them again for future projects.

They were terrific to work with from start to finish with a quick response to my request for a quote and very professional, experienced and skilled the whole way through. We had our entire upstairs demolished and re-installed including two bathrooms, new carpet, molding and paint throughout. They made value added suggestions along the way and we are very pleased with the results. At the end of the job, the company owner even personally helped me move some heavy furniture items back upstairs. We would contract with them again without hesitation.

We hired True Quality to fix our self-built pergola that sort of covered our spa. But rain and Sequoia needles made it awful to be in the spa. Dave and Fernando came out to do the job bid and had the quote back to me in a day... They are quick to get it going with no ridiculous waiting for an estimate. They scheduled to start just two days after we confirmed the quote. I know that won't happen with every job. But an opening in the schedule came up and Dave was on it! Fernando and his team put polycarbonate panels in as a roof and even reset the pergola to have a slight pitch so that the water runs off to the grass below. The way they integrated the roof into the existing pergola frame is super clean looking and it saved us a ton of cost in extra cedar and hardware (and labor) since they didn't have to add on a pitched roof frame to the existing pergola. Fernando is an excellent engineer as that was his idea! Less than two days total work time and it was done. We will absolutely be hiring them again soon to do a major backyard deck project. I highly recommend these guys as they are very friendly, reliable, and have exceptionally skilled men with stellar integrity on their team.

From the very initial estimate I was impressed by the professionalism/communication from the company. Once we got started I was very happy with how things progressed and the quality of the work that was being done. The cost of the project seemed very reasonable and fair compared to other estimates.

Then when I experienced pregnancy complications during the project and ended up having to be hospitalized and give birth a month and a half early the team came through for us. They showed concern and understanding to our situation and worked extra hard to get the project finished quickly so we could bring our premature newborn daughter home to a complete project. We will be forever grateful for that!

If I had future projects or was recommending a contractor, True Quality Construction would be without a doubt who I would recommend for quality work, professionalism and a genuinely kind team of people.

We hired Fernando and team to remodel our primary bathroom and they exceeded our expectations! Their quality of work and attention to detail was phenomenal! They pretty much gutted the bathroom, and installed new tile floor, tile shower and shower pan, rerouted plumbing and vents, moved electrical for a new pocket door, installed recessed medicine cabinet/mirror, installed new sink vanity and fixtures, paint, baseboard, and trim. Everything is perfect and we are loving the larger shower.

We will definitely be contacting them again for future projects.

While we didn't want to have this experience, the True Quality team was AMAZING to work with! Everyone on their team was professional, helpful, and the work was amazing. Our bathroom looks so good, even beyond the initial project needs. They were easy to talk ideas with, were quick to get us scheduled, and made my family feel very comfortable. Thank you! Next time we need help you will be the first call!

My wife and I are so happy with our renovated bathroom. Fernando, Dave and the team were extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process. We plan to use them for future projects and are already referring them to our friends and colleagues.

I can’t say enough good things about Fernando, Dave, and the great team. From the initial visit to the final day of the remodel, True Quality lived up to their name. Fernando as the lead was absolutely super! Each member of the team was friendly and efficient, and quickly garnered my trust in their abilities to do their jobs expertly. Very client-centric, they made sure that I was informed of next steps along the way and that I was pleased with the progress on my kitchen and bathroom makeovers. If I could award them 10 stars I would! They transformed my home into exactly what I hoped it could be, and their meticulous attention to even the smallest of details has made me very very happy 😊 True Quality Construction sets the standard to which all construction companies should aspire.

TQC did us a solid! After a water leak damaged floors, walls, and even a kitchen cabinet we hired Fernando and team to do the restoration work and they came through in spades. The whole team from initial bid to final touch ups were incredible. They had to demo out wood and tile floors, repair drywall, reset cabinets, put down new LVP floors, work with countertop folks for new quartz. Being a remodel brought a few surprise challenges but they managed it all. While I'm so glad to have my house back, I almost miss having this pleasant group around every day. Thanks for an awesome experience.

We had our guest bathroom remodeled/updated. Fernando and his team at True Quality did an excellent job. The bathroom turned out great. We are very happy with the finished result.

He installed a nice garage kitchen.

They did good job for my bath renovation
