Constraction reviews in Auburn, Washington

Working with Fernando was one of the BEST working relationships I've experienced with a contractor/laborer EVER and I can’t stress that enough. While I haven’t had much experience with major remodel or home improvement those I have had have not always been ideal. His attention to detail was much appreciated and his communication is by far one of the most valuable things he offers, he led our bathroom upgrade project with honesty, integrity and I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I cannot say enough great things about Fernando and his crew. They were always on time, so friendly, and cleaned up after themselves everytime they left. They were so respectful of us by wearing masks (as our remodel was during a pandemic). Fernando was so easy to work with, patient with all my MANY ideas, and so dependable. His attention to detail was possibly my favorite part of working with him. He could have made life easier on himself a couple of times by leaving something I didn't notice....but he fixed it because of his pride in his work and paying attention to the small things that will make the finished project perfect. We cannot believe we live in such a nice house ..thank you!!!

I had this incredible team upgrade/remodel my kitchen. It turned out even better than I thought. The entire team was professional, paid close attention to detail, and were always in communication with me. I highly recommend this company for any of your home improvement needs.

Fernando, Alfredo and their crew truly make your dreams come true. They have remodeled many rooms in my home, including my bathroom and my garage. They have great communication, from beginning to end. Through out the whole process they let us know exactly what they were doing and that really made all of us happy. They have great work ethic and are really the kindest people you will meet. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family!

Fernando and his crew were great to work with! Fernando was very professional and courteous. He completed two projects for us; a bathroom and laundryroom remodel and the other, flood damage repair. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend his business!

They park their company truck crooked and block other people from being able to get in their car. One star rating for not being able to park straight. How can you be trusted to build things straight if you can’t park straight?

We used True Quality Construction to add a loft and bedroom to our current home. We were blown away by TCC’s professionalism and their speed in getting the project done. They were very quick to respond to any communication and did an amazing job with fixing any issues that came up along the way. We would highly recommend this company to anyone and we look forward to using them again in the future.

I don't know what more can you ask for.

Our house were damaged by a fallen tree during a windstorm in winter. We reached out to 10-15 contractors. True Quality not just the first one responded back to us, they are the only one that is responsiveness. Nowadays during COVID and high demand in construction work, when contractors know the project is related to insurance company, many are either being lack of responsive or doesn't even care because they know insurance company is hard to deal with.

Fernando and their team hear our frustration. They, especially Fernando, are extremely patient and provide professional suggestion. They help us in putting a valid quote that can send to insurance company (typically insurance company requires very tedious quotes, and most contractors are reluctant to write a quote like this or charged high price for just writing an estimate). Not only that, Fernando prioritized our job because of the urgency and to ease our pain (thank you!) Fernando really care about customer's satisfaction and he puts quality of the work in front of everything.

And of course, the work is professional and detail oriented. During the project, we find some tedious things that related to the major tree damage, but Fernando helped us sorted that out. We got our home back, finally.

I don't typically write a long review. But I think Fernando and his company is the type of contractor company that you want to shout out and let other knows so they don't miss it. Easy to work with, professionalism, high quality, and many of the shining keywords not just empty slogans but reflected during our experience with with True Quality this time, in a solid way. They deserved their high reputation. We will definitely keep in touch for our next project.

We recently moved to North Tacoma from Seattle. We had downsized our living space and our new home needed some upgrades. We tried a few different companies, as the projects were many, but the company that stood out was True Quality Construction. Their work was the highest quality, they were very professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up after their work. Unlike other companies, they returned emails and phone calls. We highly recommend True Quality Construction!

Our office likes to support local businesses and found True Quality Construction. Contacted the team, they were extremely busy but made a special trip to survey what we needed inquired about.
Had great quote pricing and the schedule to install was ideal with weather forecasts. Install team was professional and active problem solvers.
Will do more business with True Quality Construction.

Fernando and his crew are great! He came and fixed our bathroom after another company messed up. They work hard and get the job done right. We had a leak a month after the remodel and Fernando was at our house the next day to troubleshoot and fix the issue. I highly recommend this company for any home jobs that you need completed.

I can not say enough good things about Fernando and his team! He's an absolute true professional. From beginning to end, he did nothing but provide excellent communication and responsiveness. We never had to doubt whether he'd show up or be on time. Fernando and his team did a beautiful-quality job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. From demo to reconstruction, he was there every step of the way. Fernando set the bar HIGH!!! He'll definitely be our go to for future projects!

TQC has done 3 projects for us now and all have turned out awesome. The quality of the work is top notch and they are very careful to clean up after themselves and ask questions whenever a decision comes up- like replacing unexpected rotted subfloor or opting for them to do paint touchups. We will be using them again!

I’ll start by saying True Quality Construction lives up to their name & provided top quality work on our home from start to finish. My husband and I had the pleasure of having True Quality Construction, llc complete major renovations on our home, which included adding two bedrooms, new floors, new master bathroom, & some basement renovations. Initially, we started with another contractor, which was a total nightmare. True Quality came in and was able to fix all the mistakes & negligence made by the previous contractor & complete our home remodel even better than we had envisioned. Everyone was professional, efficient, and treated our home as if it were theirs. Their communication was great as well. They explained everything to us throughout the process & answered our questions in a timely manner. I would definitely use True Quality Construction for all of our future projects and would refer them to anyone! You won’t be disappointed:)

Dave was awesome to work with. His crew arrived on time and did a great job on our new kitchen floor. They gave us the idea to buy some materials on our own for a discount price that saved us money. They had to do some structural work in between our kitchen upstairs and the downstairs bathroom ceiling. All came out beautiful!! Thanks True Quality for your attention to detail. Deby and Dan

I had them bid on a couple of jobs, and their prices were pretty high. I hired them to build a roof over my deck, and they did a very good job. It looks good (though not great). They did not finish the wood that they put in to support the roof, so it does not match the wood that is currently there, so I will need to stain the wood myself. However, I'm so glad to have a dry deck where I can go out even if it is raining.

Update: They did send someone out right away to stain the new wood, and did their best. The new wood supports for the plastic roofing would not take the stain, so that was not their fault, but they were able to stain the new piece of supporting beam. I do appreciate their customer support and fast response.

Fernando and his team have been by far the most professional and understanding people I have worked with. They patiently explained everything to me while doing the kitchen remodeling and were perfectly on time to the appointment. The price very affordable with quality work by the end. For further work renovations I need I will definitely be coming back to this company especially Fernando and his team. I was very satisfied with the work ethic and end results.

We had a flood in our second floor bathroom a few months ago and needed a company to help restore our bathroom and master bedroom. After getting several bids, we ended with True Quality because they were easy to work with and very understanding of the already stressful situation. Fernando was awesome with communication and was ready to jump in and talk to our insurance when it was needed. His team was friendly and professional and awesome to work with. We would definitely work with them again in the future, hopefully less stressful circumstances.

Fernando and crew were great to work with! After we got 3 bids, True Quality was the only one who actually seemed interested in doing our unique garage project. It only took them a couple of days to finish. It was exactly what we wanted. In fact, Fernando wasn’t completely happy with the final result and came back to perfect it even further, without my even asking him to! Amazing! I will use them again and recommend them to to anyone!

Look no further! True Quality Construction is a family owned business who takes great pride in their work. Fernando, t!he owner, is a true professional. He listens and is very knowledgeable in all he does. His crew remodeled our kitchen, from the studs, in a way we thought was not possible! For example, I tasked them, with a simple drawing, to transform a second-hand dresser into a kitchen island with castors. It became the focal point of our kitchen. The people within their company and their subcontractors are equally knowledgeable, very professional and explain everything in a most courteous fashion. They remain on the job until all their work is completed and done well. All this for a reasonable price.

True Quality Construction did an awesome job on our house. Painted our house and shed, along with re-roofing the shed. They use top quality products which in my opinion shows what kind of company they are. Fernando and his crew were awesome to deal with, always keeping us updated on the progress. I like things done right and True Quality Construction went above and beyond my expectations. I have more projects at my house to do and I will definitely be calling them for bids. I would highly recommend this company.
