Constraction reviews in Auburn, Washington

We hired Humberto & crew to help us with two privacy fences and a back deck project. The pricing was accessible, and the guys got to work immediately. They often spent all day working on our project. When they were finished we were ecstatic — our deck sketch was exactly what we were hoping for. We will definitely reach out to Mora's if we have any future fence or deck needs.

Humberto was very responsive in getting me a competitive quote, and his team of 3 was on time and worked hard on getting over 140ft of cedar wood privacy fence done in 2 days. The fence was a higher quality than the bigger name company that built the other side of our fence. E.g. Mora's fence use threaded nails rather than flat nail where needed. Thorough cleanup and high integrity.

Humberto and his crew are awesome. They are kind, hard-working, and perform quality work. They built our deck for us, installed some fencing, created a large swinging gate, put up a privacy lattice, and now we're rehired them to build us a pergola! Highly recommend this company.

Humberto and his team are amazing! They built a custom pergola for us based on some images I’d found and some basic drawings I did, and it turned out beautifully (pics to come soon!). I searched high and low for the right contractor to help with our pergola and patio extension and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Humberto and his crew were kind, efficient, and talented! I would definitely work with them again.

Humberto and his team did a really great job for us this past summer. Our yard was very overgrown and they took it all in stride and built a great cedar picket fence. He also did a great job on our deck (another not so easy project). He is trustworthy, reliable, and really reasonably priced. Would definitely do business with him again.

Humberto and his crew are excellent. They are honest, responsive, accountable and take pride in their work. And their pricing is very reasonable. They did a large fencing project for our craftsman house near Green Lake - and we are 110% satisfied. Very highly recommended!

Humberto and his crew show up, work hard, make a beautiful fence and gates. It is amazing to watch how smoothly, quickly, precisely, and exactingly they all work together. Humberto goes beyond all other companies that make fences. He has the eye of an artist to think about making a fence that looks better and works better than you imagined. The front yard fences he built for me many years ago look perfect and people always ask about who made these amazing fences. Some are horizontal cedar, others are framed hog panels to support roses and marionberries. They also built a grape arbor/ support strong enough the massive weight of the fruit. The new fence he built on the back of my property also has people commenting on how amazing it is. Humberto can build anything you can imagine and may be able to walk on water.

Very happy with the new fence! This was a joint venture between a few neighbors, which Humberto quite gracefully handled despite contact bouncing between a couple of us. Communication was great during project planning and preparation and Humberto kept us informed when there was a minor supply issue delaying the project by a day. The fence installation is excellent, at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Mora's Fence!

Humberto worked with us to create a fence that met our specific security need with a very fast turn around time. The work was fast and professional, and the finished product is probably the sturdiest darn fence you'll ever see.
Loved the team so much that when a windstorm knocked down a different section of fence we didn't even consider calling around. Speed and quality were just as excellent the second time and we wouldn't use anyone else!

We recently hired Mora’s Fencing and Landscaping, and were absolutely thrilled with the results! Humberto and his team built a beautiful retaining wall around our septic drain field that had just been put in. We also hired them to build a retaining wall by our driveway that had been eroding, to prevent any further damage. A beautiful new fence was the finishing touch on the retaining wall. Humberto and his team did professional level work, completed the jobs efficiently and in a timely manner, were respectful of our property, as well as our neighbor’s property.
They absolutely exceeded our expectations!
So much so, that we hired them to come out and lay new sod on top of our drain field. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of hardscaping, or landscaping work. They are definitely now our ‘go to’ team for any future work we may need done. Do yourself a favor, and be sure to include them when requesting bids.
I almost never write reviews, even if I’m happy with the work that was done. The fact that I wrote this review should speak volumes, of how pleased my wife and I are with all the work we had done! :)

Great people work here very fast and efficient work

I highly recommend this company for your any remodeling projects. Just like the name, their quality was true quality. Because it was our first home remodeling, we had to change our plan many times, but they completed everything as we requested without any issue. It was my best experience out of all of my experience with general contractors

Fernando and his crew were great! They made a stressful situation less stressful, they worked with us on how we wanted everything done in our home. They did great quality work in a reasonable time frame.

Fernando and his crew re-modeled my kitchen and bathroom the service and customer service was exactly what I expected. Everything came out spectacular and they did a great job. I highly recommend true quality construction if you are looking for good quality remodeling!

We started watching WAY to much HGTV during Covid 2020 and ended up deciding that we wanted to open up our kitchen and living room, along with updating our 1987 bathroom. After a few bids came in (or didn’t due to poor communication), we finally had Fernando come over and take a look at the house. So glad we did! We got a detailed bid within a week and he broke down the project between bathroom and kitchen.

After many email exchanges, we decided on a scope for the project and things went pretty fast! A few hiccups that weren’t his fault (needed to upgrade our electrical box to add necessary circuits for city code compliance and we had a 3 week delay due to damage cabinets which was my fault going with a “internet deal”, rather than a local supplier. Additionally, Fernando and his crew “adapted” other issues with the cabinets saving us additional time for production and shipping.

Communication is key and Fernado is excellent compared to other contractors we have dealt with in the past. We felt like he had a good handle of the overall project throughout the process and are very pleased with the final results!

I will attach more pics after we start bringing in furniture and unboxing from our “bedroom apartment” during the construction phase.

I highly recommend True Quality Construction for your remodeling needs!!

Fernando and his crew really hooked me up. They walked me through the process from A-Z and over delivered with their service. Were also some of the most affordable contractors in town with quality work. Will definitely recommend and refer to friends and family. Thanks again true quality construction

This was our second time working with Fernando and his team for a major remodel. This time we hired them to do a complete attic remodel and turn it into a living space. They did an outstanding job and the result exceeded our expectations. They were also flexible and reasonable through the process as we changed our minds a few times as the project evolved. They showed up on time everyday, were professional, and did really good work at reasonable price. If something did not meet our expectations, they went back and adjusted it or fixed it. We will definitely do business with them again. Thanks to their entire team.

Fernando and his crew remodeled our bathroom in our last house. The shower tile and remodel of bathroom was terrific. Good attention to details and very eager to bend over backwards to make sure our wishes were met. Very comfortable and easy to work with him and the crew. Have hired them again to do some remodeling in our new home.

Alberto, Fernando and their crew were fantastic to work with. We had two bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) that suffered from a water leak inside the wall. The scope of work included demolition, plumbing, tile installation, electrical, sheetrock, painting, finish work, as well as flooring. From the initial review to quote the job to the sign off and completion, we never had any problems. Even dealing with sickness and really really bad weather, they were courteous, efficient, and did excellent work. It had to pass their own close inspection and approval before they would declare it complete. They kept the jobsite (our house) as clean as they could during the entire project. By the time they were done, they seemed more like family than a construction firm. We will definitely have them back to do more projects in the future.

After hours of researching my local businesses, I chose TQC. The whole team has been amazing to work with. They completed a lot of work, in a small amount of time. I recommend choosing TQC.

I highly recommend Total Quality Construction. Fernando and his crew completed a restoration of my finished basement that was damaged due to flooding. They are professional, attentive to detail, courteous, cleanup after themselves every day, are respectful of both the household and customer, and excellent in communications throughout the entire process. I will call them first on my next construction project for sure. Thanks Fernando!
