Constraction reviews in Auburn, Washington

Very happy with my new roof, the crew did an amazing job and were very professional. QA inspector Danny was also awesome and the attention to detail was great. Would gladly recommend HPH to everyone.

This crew was on time, quick to finish, worked long hours, and didn't forget the little details. They even went beyond basic install by using techniques that will redirect rainwater. Roof looks so good.

Fast and Great service! Finished my very large roof in one day. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get roof repair or replacement :)

From Start to Finish: Courtesy, Thoroughness, Professionalism; from first solicitation by the sales representative to the last clean-up by the workers who performed the job....that sums up our experience and satisfaction with the roof replacement performed on our home by everyone involved by HPH.

After the initial contact with sales , the explanation for a new was thorough and understandable. The sales pitch was good so we accepted. The whole project was very professional and very clean. I would recommend to friends and neighbors.

My wife and I are very happy with our new roof. HPH was very helpful in answering any questions we had and communicated with us on what was going on. The roof crew they had were amazing.

Great experience! Danny came by after everything was completed and inspected the entire roof and showed me everything via pictures! Brandi was also great coordinating everything and keeping me informed. The crew worked fast and got everything done in 1 Day! Way to go guys! I definitely recommend them and would do business with them in the future!

Very professional and meticulous! Very, very pleased with the work and wonderful crew! Recommend to anyone who has any type of roof needs!

There was a lot of issues with communications and the work took longer than expect, with the company having to come back to fix problems after the initial installation.

I’m very happy with my roof. HPH was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. And they got my roof done in one day. The picture with the white car is the before (ugly brown roof) and the next 2 are my new roof. 🙂

They were so professional, and took a lot of time to explain all the details and possibilities to us. Their work was top notch and were in and out in 3 days, even with barking dogs in the back yard. Don't look any further for honest pricing and superb work.

Very happy with HPH throughout the entire process of replacing our roof. From their Sales Rep, Andrew, to the installers, to the inspector who came after, I was very impressed with the work and professionalism shown. Thank you HPH.

We had a great experience with HPH. There was a small mix up at one point with the cost of extra plywood but they honored the contract. We had new roof + gutters and they were thorough before, during and after both projects.

High Performance Homes, made the process of replacing my old roof easy. The crew that came out was able to get everything done faster than what HPH estimated. I was also impressed with the materials used and I am confident my new roof will stand the test of time.

HPH was professional with their sales and install team. The sales rep made sure to answer all the questions I had and explain the process.

The siding install was quick and they left my property clean.

I would recommend them to people looking for remodel work.

Perfect service from our sales rep Richard to our project manager Ginger. Installation took place on time and was completed in one day. Danny our roofing inspector was very thorough and very informative. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Jody did a wonderful job explaining everything completed on our roof, Nathan did a very informative job explaining the products to us and the crew came in and completed our roof in one day and 30 minutes. Amazing work and beautiful work. Would highly recommend this company. They also cleaned up afterwards and got rid of a wasp hive while they were at it.

HPH gave us several options when they came to take a look at our roof. They went into the attic and gave a true estimate of how much plywood/materials would be needed. They worked with us on timing, price, and presented their value. We chose HPH because of the material and warranty they use. Installation was quick, easy, and mess-free. Inspection after installation was painless. Very satisfied with their service and quick and efficient process. Highly recommend! Photos are before, during, and after!

HPH team delivered the materials exactly when they indicated. Their installation team turned up exactly when they were supposed to. They worked diligently to complete the installation so that it was completed before forecasted rains came. They were all polite and intruded minimally on our day to day life. Most importantly they did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was completed. I would recommend this team to anyone getting a roof replacement job done.

Our experience with HPH was wonderful! The Rep that came to our house for the estimate was so thorough!! The crew arrived on time as scheduled, they photo documented the areas that needed new plywood sheeting so we could see the damage. The work took 3 days, they cleaned up after each day and were completely accommodating to our needs. The gentleman that came to do the final inspection was excellent. He showed us many pictures of the roof, explaining how and why the work was done as shown. He also told us to prime the eaves that had exposed plywood. We couldn't have asked for a better job and service!
