They utilize an intuitive web portal for clients to use in order to schedule work orders and they have an app for their technicians to accurately share notes, data, photos, and scope for each individual work order. This allows their teams to quickly and seamlessly communicate and have easily accessible information on each individual work order to ensure that the job is done quickly, correctly, and competently.

The quality of this company's work speaks for itself and the company is regarded as the gold standard amongst my peers in the Seattle property management market. Poblano is at the higher end of the price range, however their expediency, quality, and support justify the higher expenses.

I highly recommend Poblano Cleaning and Restoration Services. I've had them for 3 different jobs that involved: full kitchen remodel, full bathroom remodel, and installing new carpets. In May of 2024 we had a small and relatively confined housefire in our family home. Though I am grateful it wasn’t worse, there was smoke damage and repairs were necessary as a result. My insurer provided their recommendations for licensed and qualified individuals/companies to reach out to. I made contact with three for bids before deciding to move forward with Poblano Cleaning and Restoration. My first call was answered by Oscar Castillo. Though I did my due diligence and looked into other contractors, I think I always knew that Poblano was going to be the one. Oscar was so down-to-earth over the telephone. He was helpful and patient when I was forthright about my intention to reach out to other contractors before making a decision. He never applied pressure or changed tone in any of our interactions. So I live in the neighborhood of this business this business has outgrown its space it consistently takes over the road with all of its large trucks along with the nearby alleys that they do not occupy they park there trucks in the middle of the road making it hard for commuters to get around them during heavy traffic times in the morning also the use the alley so much that the make huge potholes over and over ,I would say they need to move to a space that supports there huge fleet of trucks ,selfish of this business to hog the roads and alleys around there business .they dont own the neighborhood its so rude and inconsiderate!!!! The picture I uploaded is in the alley that is across the street they shouldn't park there ever!! with there doors open so No one can get by!! Smh

Poblano Cleaning & Restoration did a great job remodeling my shower after an unfortunate leak. Their bid was right in line with insurance estimates and they knew how to work with my insurance company. Once the project started, they showed up on time every day and did exceptional work. You won't regret getting a bid from them for your next project. They can do it all!

Trim is two different colors, paint not clean and neat, cracked wall, excess paint on floor and cabinets. Trim looks reused and parts don't sit even on the floor. This was for water damage and restoration for a high rise building unit in Seattle. Start to finish took 24 days (water damage removal, drywall repair, paint & trim).

We worked with this contractor after experiencing significant water damage, and they handled the entire restoration and remodel from start to finish. The scope included a full kitchen rebuild, new flooring throughout the home, and complete wall prep and painting. From day one, they were organized, responsive, and clearly very experienced in this type of work.

The managers and owners stayed in constant contact, proactively kept us informed, and always followed through on what they promised. We never had to chase updates or wonder what was happening next—everything was clearly explained and well coordinated.
