Had a mishap with the washing machine and needed clean up and restoration services. Found Servpro from my carrier. The crew of Hugo, Mariel and Carlos did a great job. Hugo was always on time told me what to expect and was professional and courteous. They even finished the job ahead of schedule. Would recommend

Imagine going downstairs to get something to eat and you step in standing water - this happened to us!! The Servpro team had AMAZING customer service and they addressed our issues immediately, and in a way that minimized interruptions in our household, which was important to us with 2 kids and 2 dogs running around. We can't thank them enough; we thought we were going to have to remodel part of our home but they were able to get us squared away in just 3 days with very minimal costs. THANK YOU!

Never had an emergency pack and eve Tualatin unpack before. Team treated our property with respected care. This was a well organized team led by Patricia. Team members included Luanne(detail oriented) and Eduardo and Darren who both did all the heavy work carefully moving through are condominium complex.

Robert, Keith, Richard, Nemi, and Brittany, came to our house the same day as our flooding. They worked fast and were polite and professional. They gave me updates throughout their cleanup. I highly recommend this company and especially this team from Puyallup!

We could not have asked for a more detail oriented, conscientious and professional team to deal with our clean up from a broken water pipe. The pack out crew, headed by Patricia, that helped us remove all of our belongings, both salvageable and non salvageable, were efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly, personable. We were put at ease with their care for our belongings and they provided a much appreciated distraction to our daunting situation with their light-hearted conversations. The water mirigation was completed quickly and very efficiently with daily progress inspections. Communication from everyone was clear and consistent and never left us wondering what was next.

Someone decided to relieve themselves in our elevator and Ninoska and Allen saved the day! They did an amazing job disinfecting and scrubbing all the cracks and crevices. Not to mention, whatever cleanser they used at the end smelled SO good, I didn't want to leave! They were very professional and very quick. Thanks again!!

Had a pipe burst in my downstairs and noticed it around 8pm. I called my insurance, who told me Servpro would call me. Jeremy with Servpro called me within 10 minutes, and had Eli, Richard, and Robert dispatched out to the house within 20 minutes of our phone call.

Eli was a lifesaver, immediately identifying the source of the leak and taking all necessary action to stop the water flow. Richard and Robert worked with him at my house well past midnight. Having work the next morning, I was able to go to sleep with them working downstairs knowing they had it under control.

They then sent a team of people out every day to monitor the situation. Carlos, Jorge, and Hugo were the maintenance team assigned to me, and they were great at keeping me informed as to the progress of the remediation. They had everything dried out and treated within a week, and kept the rest of my house impeccably clean.

If you have a flood. Call Servpro. They are 100% worth it, and I’d bet your insurance works with them too.

Crew was very professional and helpful. I had to call the after hours line because some of the supplies maintaining the containment of my kitchen had fallen down. Servpro sent Ninoska and Darren to my house promptly and they were able to fix the situation.

Today we had a team pack back of 8 storage units of furniture and boxes. The whole team of Joanne, Patricia, Eduardo, Arturo and Josh worked carefully and efficiently taking and placing our belongings in each room.
Joanne and Patricia really went the extra mile in making it easy to open and stack boxes. They were superb!
In the original pack out right after the fire, Sandra and Ninoska and their teams and Alex were wonderful. Not only did they pack, label and stack all belongings with great care, they also cleaned and scrubbed every surface of the studs and ceiling joists throughout the house.
All these people were easy to get along with, had a great sense of humor and worked well with each other.

I would never work with these people again. Servpro was awful I had a flood at my house. The came and tore out half of the tile flooring that did not need to be replaced . I replaced it because they tore it up partially. Yes the only pulled up some of the tile. I was forced to have to remove the rest. Then they came to pack out my stuff and take it to storage . And well the took a handful of boxes to storage and left 80% of the boxes writing not transferable on the boxes. They took two dressers and one end table to storage left my living room full of my bed and the non transferable boxes a lot of boxes. So the dust covered everything when the floor that did not need replacing got replaced. Then they charged me $ 2600.00 to pack up and store the little bit of stuff they did take. Now the project is over and they want to charge me another 1000.00 to bring my two end tables and two dressers back. After they partially removed the tile flooring I never heard from them again. I would have thought they would send me a bid to replace it with new. I called and asked a half dozen times and never got back to me with a bid to replace. These people were a total rip off. I would never call them for anything again

Your people are awesome. Abe and his crew, Manuel, David and Cody were wonderful in every respect. A water pipe leak wiped out half of my house flooring but they were quick to bring in their equipment, fans and dehumidifiers to dry out everything. They were professional, answered my questions, assured me of good results, thorough in examining the wet areas and making sure they found all the water damages places. They were careful and conscientious, friendly and made me confident that they would do their best work. All gold stars!! Best workers ever.
