Outstanding Experience!! We had water accumulation in the crawl space under our house due to a broken drain. They were very responsive. Arrived the next day ready to fix the problem and completed it fast. Mike and Jose the technicians that worked on the problem were so personable and professional. Thank you for a great job!!

Premier was wonderful, Eddie and Santa were wonderful. Everybody communicated very well, especially appreciated the way they communicated with my adjuster and sent all the pictures this went so smoothly. It was a major job. It started on February the first couple days of February and where is still today is the 13th. Yeah, today's the 13th. And this is the last day they're taking the heater out. They had to take out 10 inches of water out of my crawl space and Sewer. It wasn't water with sewage. And also they had to take up the floor. They tested for bacteria or microbes and had to take up the floor in my bathroom and pull up the toilet and immediately they they were very clean they filled out the bathroom put a dehumidifier in their heater and gave me directions as to how to you know what I mean and tenant and they doubt especially with a difficult client which was me and it was very demanding and forgetting things because I was almost hysterical because it was such a big job. Anyway, I think them so much and any could very well be a supervisor iPhone. He was here most of the time. I mean, he was the one that actually was on site Santos was Santa was right behind him and very responsive to every phone call. I've never had better service from any contractor. That's for sure. I had a water leak in our townhouse, and I had Premier address it. The technicians are all nice, but the administration of the company was very slow to respond. It ended up costing $700 more than the upper limit of the estimate without any advance notice, and their excuse was, “You didn't ask for a more precise estimate.” I'm totally fine to pay the fee as long as it was communicated well; it's not a good way to run a company.

These people are the best of the best. I was in a complete panic and could hardly form a complete sentence. From the receptionist who answered my call and got me an almost immediate appointment, to the office manager who gave me good advice and helped me calm down, to Joshua who got here 30 minutes after I called (wow!!!) - each person I had contact with was stellar. Joshua had all kinds of high-tech equipment and was unbelievably thorough knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He really knows his stuff and is kind and patient also. Still waiting on their quote but I am so thankful for this company and cannot recommend them highly enough

The wind storm in the middle of December damaged an HVAC vent on our roof and caused quite the leak into a closet that I didn't discover until several days later. Premier Water Removal was recommended by our insurance and they were able to report to our home the same night we found the issue. Alejandro and Oscar showed up at the scheduled window of time and accessed the damage, set up fans/dehumidifiers, and answered all of our panicked questions and concerns with professionalism and care. In the days following, Premiers staff checked on the status of the moisture levels and then removed the damage. We also worked with Shaka to get an estimate for repairs. Overall, everyone, including the office staff Krystal and Cassidy, were fantastic, calm, and provided answers and information in a timely manner. Thanks for everything!

We should have done our research. Premier was referred to us from a plumber, and that plumber was assigned to us from our home warranty company. We just went with it since we were anxious to have our toilet seal leak and subsequent mold problem resolved.

All of the staff that were at our home were courteous, friendly, and professional. We had no issues with the folks that came to our house. On the first visit, the two gentleman that did a walkthrough and estimate presented information and led us to believe the work would be at least $1,500. So we went with an insurance claim to cover the costs since our deductible is less than that.

The whole process seemed to drag on. After a week of dehumidifiers running they were not convinced the moisture was gone from under the tile in the bathroom, thus requiring removal of our vanity, toilet, and demolition of bathroom tiles. This is the most frustrating part. The demo was not done properly. They hacked up the back of our vanity instead of turning off the water, removing the plumbing fittings, and sliding the vanity away from the wall. There were also multiple tiles broken - more than what seemed reasonable. We had to scramble to find tiles that matched. Had we not found some, we would have been faced with retiling the whole floor. Then, guess what? The subfloor was miraculously dry after they removed the tile. No need to have any more dehumidification.

Premier only does demolition and water/mold removal. We then had to hire a restoration company. Premier suggested one company. It took them over a week to come and do a walkthrough. Then, they ghosted us. We've now moved on to their second recommendation. This whole thing started on October 15th and we still don't have our bathrooms put back together.

Oh... the real 'kicker' is Premier billed our insurance company $15,000. Yep. Added a zero to their initial 'estimate.' So, they took every advantage of the fact we had this as part of an insurance claim. They also sent a survey of satisfaction to us before we saw the bill - and before we noticed the hack job of our vanity - and had that included with the bill to insurance. In the end, this has all left us feeling like we will not be calling Premier again.

Premier Water Removal worked on drying my bathroom. Due to some miscommunication, I was not happy with their work. They took serious consideration for customers and they did a lot to make up to make me satisfied with the outcome. They are still a good service company to work with.

Very impressive work, great customer service, wonderful people to work with. I could not be happier with my experience. The ground floor of my house flooded during a rainstorm and Premier was out the next day, Christmas Eve, to do an inspection. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of my home and time. Premier saved my home. Highly recommended.

I got Premier phone number by Tony who works at Plumber Federal Way company. I called Premier, within a day they came out to check the sewage leaked condition in the crawl space. Premier team coordinated with Tony and worked around his schedule. I am glad to call Premier, they did a great job cleaning and made it so easy for the plumber to able to carry on with work. Very very happy with Premier Water Removal! Everyone I spoke to was professional and competent. Santos came out for our eval and was great, TJ was a excellent project manager, and then the teams of Tyler and Mike and Elijah and Kevin? Shoot I forgot my 4th guy - but he was with Tyler and was terrific too! We had a sewage backup and within a day it was clean and sanitized and taken care of. It looks completely clean and I'm so happy with the results. I'd call them anytime and highly recommend them for your water emergencies!!

We had the worst experience with Premier Water Removal that I can imagine. They evaluated our water damage and we did not engage them for the remediation. They sent a bill for their time and inflated the time spent in our home from 30 minutes to 2.25 hours. I called their office and emailed and nobody responded to discuss the invoice. I filed and insurance claim and the amount of the bill was adjusted from approximately $550 to $1,400. My advice, beware and don’t sign any paperwork without the advice of an attorney.

Premier was very quick coming to my home when my toilet started leaking due to a broken wax ring, they showed up the evening I first called and got started the very next day. Overall I am satisfied with what they did, they dried out the water in about 4 days. But I did have some frustrations, the folks on the phone (dispatch?) often contradicted what the people in my house (the actual workers) were telling me, and there was a lot of miscommunication, it was very confusing. Adding to the confusion, they took down my email address incorrectly so I never received an estimate until well after the fact which was very frustrating because I called and asked for it several times. I also wish they had been more forthcoming about how exactly the process worked from beginning to end as I was without a toilet for several weeks. They led me to believe that they would restore the bathroom to how it looked prior to the water damage AND (this is really important!!!) I was under the impression that the verbal estimate they gave me would include the rebuild, when in truth all I was paying for was for them to demolish the floor and dry it out. They left a huge unfinished, water damaged floor with holes and rusty nails sticking out of it and I have a 4 year old in my home, it was very dangerous. When I asked if they were going to fix the floor they just gave me a phone number to the contractor that they work with and I had to arrange the rebuild. If they had told us that up front we could have started contacting contractors sooner but we lost almost 2 precious weeks (weeks without any working toilet in our house!) before getting the floor fixed and the toilet reinstalled (a 2-day project). Part of that had to do with the Thanksgiving holiday but also because (again with the miscommunication), the contractor didn't understand that it was the only toilet in the house and basically ignored my phone calls for a whole week.
Giving 3 stars because ultimately Premier did do what I needed them to do in a somewhat timely manner. I just wish they had been better at communicating. They are also very pricey, their bill was larger than the contractor's bill! Only writing this review because they promised to take off 5% of the bill and dang do I need every bit of a discount I can get!

Premier Water Removal was terrific! We had a broken sewer that leaked into our basement. They came out the next day and finished the work within 2 days. Both the frontline and the office staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended.

I am recommending Premier Emergency Water Removal for water and mold remediation services because, after considering all of the circumstances, Premier completed the work we agreed to in a professional and fair manner, as well as at a fair price. Premier identified the source of the water, provided demolition services (including removing the tile, toilet, and vanity from two bathrooms), and coordinated with my plumber. The one place where I think Premier could improve is the communication among different technicians who came to our house during the remediation process, so that each technician who comes in knows exactly what the previous technician learned and identified as next steps. If I were to do this again, I would work very hard to have the same “Technician Master” come to my house for every important step in the process. I especially appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful Justin, one of the Technician Masters, was during the project. He went above and beyond in terms of finishing what he started each day, was thoughtful about how to move forward, and is an amazing communicator. Moreover, I appreciated how Krystal, the office manager, listened to my concerns and worked with me to make sure they were addressed in a fair and professional manner. Finally, I think that, collaboratively, Justin, Krystal and others made an appropriate decision about where the company’s role should end and a contractor’s role should begin.

Do not make the mistake by calling anyone other then the team at Premier Emergency Water Removal! Waking up to your basement flooded is a nightmare, some how their team was able to make this stressful situation not so stressful. Aaron and Santos treated my home like their own, answered all my questions and completed our project with no issues and FAST! I have referred them to another friend who had the same experience as I did. Thank you so much Premier!

I have two story home, upstairs toilet supply line failed ,affected hardwood flooring in the hall way and affected my kitchen ceiling below. They used special EQ to save the flooring upstairs. Explained the process to my understanding. A very respectful and nice team of people. I would recommend them to everyone

I used Premier for a burst pipe in a second floor pipe days before we were supposed to close on the sale of the house. They immediately responded and resolved everything very quickly and most importantly to the satisfaction of the buyer. I highly recommend Tony and the team to anyone.

Alejandro and Oscar showed up, assessed the situation and immediately dug in to repair our massive leak. The leak occurred from a slipped drainage line from our laundry room on the 2nd floor into our entire living space downstairs. Premier was recommended to us by a very reputable plumber. We discovered a leak in our master bedroom closet and when we called Premier, they promptly responded. Considering it was the week before Christmas, They worked diligently to dry out the affected area so that we could get new plumbing installed before Christmas. We especially appreciate the efforts of Will and Tyler who came to the house every day to check on the status of the drying out efforts, assisted by Alejandro. We also sincerely appreciate the assistance of the office personnel - Tami, Tondi and Shaka. We would highly recommend this company.

We were referred to Premier after calling in a plumber to address a leak from our upstairs bathroom that damaged our ceiling drywall. Elijah, Roger, Lino, Tyler, Alejandro were the field techs that worked with us over that last several weeks. They were all professional, friendly and knowledgeable and gave us clear details on the process and what to expect. Premier worked with our schedules and their staff arrived on time each day. Premier office staff (Tondi & Chrystal) scheduled the work and coordinated with our insurance company with professionalism and efficiency. Shaka arrived today to scope the bid. She was awesome, knew her "stuff" and clearly explained what to expect for next steps. Over the last several weeks we have had a lot of contact with Premier personnel and overall we are happy them and their customer service. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs water remediation service.
