Constraction reviews in Auburn, Washington

HPH did such a great job on my roof. From start to finish on this job all staff were professional, thorough, and spent time ensuring I was completely informed and satisfied with the process. Roofing crew was fast and effective and professional. HPH communicated throughout the process and finalized with a close out inspection to ensure the roof was installed properly. I am very happy I contracted with HPH and highly recommend them to other home owners.

Great experience from start to finish. They did an excellent job explaining and documenting the issues prior to doing the work. They were quick and fast doing the job. The inspector after did a great job documenting what had been completed and that the job was done correctly.

My wife and I are very happy with our experience with High Performance Homes (HPH) Siding service. We had Hardie Siding and Trim installed and the soffits and eaves painted to match. The entire process was excellent from the initial meeting with the sales representative to select the products and colors we wanted to completion of the project. Communication with HPH was excellent during the entire process. HPH kept with their proposed work schedule. The work crew were professional and courteous, and did excellent work. The exterior of our home looks beautiful. I highly recommend doing business with HPH.

High Performance Homes was fantastic, they were knowledgeable, had excellent financing options, and had a quick turnaround for install.
My wife and I had just moved into our fist house and were nervous after the home inspector said the roof needed replaced immediately. High Performance Homes came out and after taking a look around our home they walked us through the best options and timelines for getting a new roof. The entire process was very reassuring and we felt well taken care of, especially when they said they could be back in just two weeks to perform the work. During installation the workers were very respectful and did a great job cleaning everything up before they left, it only took two days and we had a brand new roof that looks amazing. They even found a second layer of roofing shingles that nobody had known about and immediately let us know about it and if it would affect their work (picture included). We can't thank High Performance Homes enough for helping make this process as painless as possible.

This is a fantastic company! They recently painted our house in North Seattle, and they were trustworthy and reliable. After doing extensive preparation work including meticulous masking, they expertly spraypainted our trim and gutters, making these look as if they were new, in spite of the fact that our house is almost 100 years old. Variform Painting also added a few extra esthetic touches that were not even included in the bid. We are so glad we hired them to paint our house!

Sam and his team did a fantastic job with our drywall repair, wallpaper removal, wall texturing, and painting. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, quick, and most importantly, did a beautiful job. Highly recommend.

Sam and his team were a pleasure to work with. They worked within a quick timeline while dealing with weather and neighboring concerns. He was always super responsive when dealing with PNW weather and did a great job on our shed. He even said he'd come back in the summer for touch ups due to said weather's effect!

Variform was the most responsive, easy to work with, and professional commercial painting company I have worked with locally in Seattle. I used Variform to repaint my company offices in early June 2020, and their work was outstanding. Sam Cano (Owner/President) was able to accommodate an extremely short notice request- literally fitting the work in between two larger jobs- which required them working on the weekend/evenings to accomplish the task in my desired time frame. I unhesitatingly recommend them and will be using Variform in the future. Thank you again Sam.

These guys are great! They worked quickly and meticulously. Sam and Miguel were a pleasure to work with. Best of all, they gave us good advice on ways we could save and where we shouldn't cheap out. We are selling a home we've lived in for twenty years. The repainting Variform did will undoubtedly increase what we get for our place well beyond their cost.

Sam and his crew are exactly who you want to paint your house. They are just as careful as you would be, with the benefit that, you know, they're professionals. I really appreciate the careful prep they did, and how communicative Sam was about their schedule and process. I highly recommend!

We were previously working with a general contractor on reconstruction after black mold mitigation, and the crew we hired took a really long time to do a very bad job. We ended up hiring several new contractors to fix the shoddy work and added damage.

We contacted Variform about redoing the awful paint job — they provided a very competitive estimate and, despite the busy time of year (lots of people getting exterior painting done in the dry summer months), they said they could squeeze our little job in on the weekend.

During our initial walkthrough, we could tell Sam really knew his stuff, and throughout the process he communicated well, did everything he said he'd do, and was always on time. One other guy from Sam's crew took on most of the job, but Sam stopped in regularly to check in on things. The work they did was excellent, and they had great attention to detail — they offered to fix things we hadn't even noticed or thought to ask about!
One of the biggest tasks was repainting our kitchen ceiling, which had terrible texturing. Sam and his guy were dissatisfied with their first attempt at improving it, and offered to paint it again at no extra charge (although we appreciated their skill and professionalism so much, we paid them extra anyway). The end result was a vast improvement. And the cherry on top —by the end of the job, our home was left cleaner than when they started!

After the nightmare experience leading up to our contacting Variform, it was such a huge relief to work with people who really know what they're doing and clearly care about the quality of their work. We've already recommended Variform to one of our friends, and we would definitely call them again for any future painting work.

I had a great experience working with Variform Painting to get my house exterior repainted. Sam was extremely responsive and communicative. He and his crew were always on time and worked quickly but immaculately to prime, prep and paint the house. The crew respected the property and took care not to damage the surrounding landscape and cleaned up after they left. Would definitely work with them again for future jobs.

Sam and his team did an amazing job painting our house! The prep work was very detailed. Very professional and excellent communication! I highly recommend Variform Painting and will use them again for future painting projects!

Sam and his crew at Variform did an outstanding exterior paint job at our home. They invested the time and effort to do the detailed prep work that resulted in a high-quality paint job. They took care of our home and landscaping, ensuring that all of the spaces were cared for while they were painting. Sam did an outstanding job communicating status throughout the project, including to our neighbors who were also impacted by the project. We would be delighted to hire Variform again for future projects and would highly recommend Sam and his company to anyone else in the market for a meticulous paint job.

Good Service

overrall good services

These guys did an awesome job on my fence projects. The bid was competitive and they didn’t cut any corners. Turned out exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend them for any fencing project.

Timely, communicative, great work

Quality work! Thank you!

Had Jose come out and replace the backyard fence for us. Quality work, on time, reasonable price. Thanks for the hard work. Will calling him again for all future fencing needs.

We had a great experience with Mora's fencing. They did a really beautiful job and they clearly care about doing the job right. Our job included adding height to an existing fence (and building a smaller stretch of new fence) and putting lattice up at the top part of the fence. When the original lattice they found was too thin to screw in properly, they went to find better lattice so the finished product would be extra sturdy. We would definitely recommend their services.
