MAD Energy was extremely professional. They took the time to conduct a pre visit before generating an estimate. They were very friendly and available during the planning. They arrived on time, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The Mad Energy install team were great. They were here for two and a half days. Lenne, Kaigan, and Nick were excited about the install and informative throughout the process. They were focused on safety also. The result was a great install and the system looks great. We're looking forward to getting energy from the sun! Just had my solar panels and Tesla Powerwall installed, and I have to give a big shoutout to Lenne, Kiegan, and Nick. These guys were awesome! They showed up right on time, super professional but also really easy to talk to.

They explained everything in a way that actually made sense, kept me in the loop the whole time, and were more than happy to answer all my random questions. On top of that, they worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and made the whole process way easier than I expected.

Eric and his crew did a great job in discussing with us the benefits of Solar and then installing a custom designed system for our home. They were very clean in their work and even though the system took multiple days to fully install we were never impacted by the work. They were extremely communitive and gave us plenty of notice whenever they needed to turn off the power to make the connections. The owner and Master Electrician of MAD Energy NW, Mike Dalton, is now our go to guy for all things electrical and also for general contracting. He came to our newly purchased but dated home and helped us design a lighting set up that worked well for us and updated our 1970’s condo electrical to current standards. His work is beautiful and he is both professional and efficient. He was willing to work with me to get every part of the job right the first time and walked me through each step of the process, answering any questions I had along the way. Great crew. Installed both an EV charger and a generator hookup. They are one of the contractors recommended by Puget Sound Energy. I can see why.

We wanted to have solar installation to take advantage of the last year of the 30% tax credit and I setup an appt with MAD Energy around July. The initial meeting went well and we decided to go with them. They said that we will get the install before the end of the year. So the salesman told us to apply for credit at their CU Bank and we did. We got the loan approved after two weeks. Now, setting up the installation date became a problem. They kept me waiting for an update two weeks at a time that goes on and on with excuses with their crew's scheduling, vacations, holidays and even talking with their owner while assuring me that we are already on the list to get installed before the end of this year. When we sensed that we are just getting led on, after those every two weeks of waiting became months, we decided to look for another company that is more true to their words. We just thank God that we did find one after scrambling to find one. Now, we are getting solar this mid November.

Mike and team did an amazing job from start to finish. Quick and easy estimate and the work was done as planned. Friendly group of folks to work with. I highly recommend using Mad Energy for any electrical work.

MAD Energy did a great job getting my huge ground mount installed. They were one of the few companies who even offered to do a ground mount (most only do roofs). I thought the price was fair. The team was efficient.
