I had my windshield cracked by one of their employees and they refuse to contact me concerning the repair bill. I have pictures to back up my story. Please do not support a business like this.

Evan came out to assess my landscaping needs and never followed up with providing an estimate as promised. Even despite multiple attempts to reach him via email, phone calls and text, he never bothered to respond. I even called the office directly to see if he was still employed and shared that I had not received a response. The gal who answered never once apologized or empathized for the delayed response and instead just said, “He’s getting caught up.” This company is incredibly unprofessional and isn’t deserving of my business or yours. Go seek landscaping services elsewhere.

Secure your loads, so shit isn’t flying off your trucks going across the Narrows Bridge - about 15-20 minutes ago. No one needs to be dodging, orange cones and yellow hard hats! Take an extra 5 minutes and secure your load so you’re NOT putting everyone else in danger at 200 feet above water! Or at 70 miles an hour anywhere. Please secure your loads for everyone’s safety!

I discovered this brand while on a tour. A guest from the UK wore one of their bike jerseys, and I liked it. When I returned to the US I ordered one for myself, and it was NOT an inexpensive item. Right out of the bag I noticed that the seams are puckered. Now, after about 10 wears, I have 4 "picks" or "runs" in the fabric. I am not unusually hard on my clothes--this item picks during normal activities such as reaching in and out of pockets. The fabric is so "sticky" that the smallest touch from anything nappy damages it irreparably. Big disappointment.

They did a very poor job installing our yard. About 90% died even though we used fertilizer and consistently watered it. When I tried to reach out to them (3 times) about it and what I could do, they never returned my calls or emails, but oddly enough when I called them about installing new sod I heard back within 2 hours. Very sad company. On top of that I just had a different company come out and pull up and add new sod and they found a wheel barrow full of large rocks and asphalt directly underneath and mixed in with the soil. Beware and do your research before agreeing to anything....

We're in a community where Ground Effects handled the development landscaping. We needed some extra work done at our expense and they took the project on. FANTASTIC design and results. The bidding was quick and fair. The on-site team was great. And design and build exceeded our expectations. On time. On budget. Great work!

Ground Effects was used by our builder, so two years later we decided to give them a call for some new landscaping needs. We fully expected the quote to be outside our budget, but to our surprise it was very competitive and affordable. They were extremely easy to work with - from quote to the actual work, customer service was top-notch. Jordan was lovely- professional, very thorough, responsive and kind. We will absolutely use them for all of our landscaping needs (already planning another project) and highly recommend them.
