Love this landscaping supply store. So grateful they are nearby and have all the big or small project supplies I have needed over the years like bark, lava rock, gravel, top soil, even Palm trees. Very good customer service and very reasonable price for products!

got 13 yards of drain rock and a bobcat to move it with. These guys bent over backwards to help us complete on time and were extremely reasonable. This review is a little post dated since I had no way to post anything when we first did the job last October. Always will call them first.

The guy with the tattoos need to look into getting some anger management help.!!! ( I believe he is the owner).
Where to begin, I had order 40 yards for my new property, there is an older lady that delivers the rock wich she is very nice. After the 40 yards, I start going down to the actual place to get small loads of gravel to patch some low points in my property.

The first time I was there, I was welcome by this guy, with a tear dropped face tattoo. He was extremely rude, no help, no communication, nothing, just a dry what you need.? To no make this any longer, went there a few time, the guy has very poor attitude, he started yelling at me for being in the place I wasn't supposed to be, I responded to him, I am sorry I dont know your sistem tell me where do I need to be so you can serve the people that was before me, this guy jumped out of the tractor to try fight me, got in my face, I was shock, I have a video from my rear dash cam, after showing the video to my wife, she is talking to a lawyer to see if this can go to legal matters. Don't buy from this people. I rather take my money somewhere else.

They certainly get all 5 stars. Outstanding products at a fair price with exceptional service is what we always get from them.

I've ordered from K & A two times in the past year. It was a superb experience both times. From the people that answer the phones, to the dispatch team, to the delivery drivers, everyone is polite and competent. I highly recommend giving K & A a call if you are in need of landscaping materials!

I actually take the time to pour it out to people who aren't going to buy from this store.
the way they treat a new client is terrible.
You feel insecure because the person over there in the office starts yelling at you.
And I was just trying to buy product, but felt uncomfortable.
As a new customer I had a bad experience and I do not recommend the insecurity that you leave and because of the person that is in the office.

and it was a man who attended me that day I went to buy, the truth is that his skills do not work for new customers....

I used these guys for sand and gravel last year for a paving project and again today for "dark fine bark" they have the best customer service! I ordered 2 yards and then realized I need much more for the back yard because it looks great. They brought more out same day. Great service and great price.

The lady's were very helpful and the experience was perfect. This was a friendly place to do business with. I had seen other reviews complaining about rude staff members but that was not the deal. I will be going here again to support local business.

These guys are awesome. Great prices and great service. My husband and I had a gravel driveway project. We had to make several trips due to having a small payload with truck & trailer. We were in & out with each trip. The yard set is really nice too; easy in & out. Thanks guys!

We have ordered from K&A 4 times in the last year and will continue to do so. The two ladies that I usually talk with have always been great. I want to give a special shout-out to Tracy who has delivered our last two deliveries and is just awesome! We have a 10 foot gate on an incline and Tracy backs the truck perfectly to drop the load exactly where we want it. Tracy also took the time to hear me out with a question and look at what I was talking about. I know people are busy these days and I appreciated that extra touch of customer service!

I will continue to recommend K&A to family, friends and on the community page.

Purchased a variety of gravel, and river rock from them since 2017. Always courteous, and prompt. Office staff on the phone and the delivery driver both verified product before purchase and delivery. No doubt we will continue to purchase from this business in the future. Another great Auburn business!

Do not buy 1 1/2 yards here. They will scoop in a 1 yard bucket and call the other half the additional 1/2 yard from rounding it on top

It was definitely not a yard and a 1/2 for what I received. If you were a good supplier, maybe give a little more? I’ve been doing landscaping for 20 years and this place is by far the stingiest

Prompt delivery with great customer service! I forget her name, but she was great! Delivered 6 yards of material for an amazing price. Solid recommend for anyone else! I will be ordering a load of mulch from you all shortly K & A!!

I ordered 8 yards of the salt and pepper gravel. I found K & A pleasant to work with and very fair priced. They delivered right on time and dumped it exactly where I needed. This was my first time using K & A and I will be back.

Pull in the yard! Pay make a u turn no one screaming at you or making you feel like crap! They load you up with care by slowly filling the trailer and not dumping all at ones !

Great prices, and even better customer service! I’ve done about 10 loads in the last week and each time they were friendly and fast. I also got great help from Spencer driving the tractor, even pulling out large rocks from fill dirt, and adjusting my tarp in the pickup to make sure unloading would be easy. Spencer also went above and beyond by filling up a load for me when I arrived after closing because of a delay. No one should expect such great service, they have certainly earned 5 stars from me!

Service was excellent, as always. Everyone here was so welcoming.
