I had planned on getting our tank pumped later this month(we’re at the outer limit of time for it), unfortunately it decided to back up late Saturday of a 3 day weekend. This was the 4th company I called & I immediately spoke with a person, she texted me the info they needed, after that she texted me a very complete quote - & surprise of surprises there was no “emergency fee” tacked on!
The driver called me when he was w/in 20 minutes of my house to let me know he was in the way. There were two drivers, one in a regular van that looked over the site so that the pump truck would be ready to go when he got there (just a couple minutes later). Both gentleman were friendly, informative & helpful with some things we could do to help the system.
The price was exactly what I was quoted, checks only though!
I very highly recommend this company. They were friendly, helpful (also asked us if we’d like a reminder call in 3 years!) & the price was exactly what I was quoted - unusual in this day.

AAA septic and plumbing is absolutely fantastic. I’d never use anyone else. We bought this house several years ago. We were under the impression the septic didn’t need pumped, well one day we learned the hard way that it was in fact full when our washer emptied into our kitchen. They came that evening at 9pm to pump it for us. They were kind, responsive and informative. Highly recommend

I would not recommend this company. We had to deal with them since April 2024 to get a routine county inspection/pump done. I’ve had to keep in touch with the county due to the lack of communication & professionalism so we didn’t get fined, they are aware of his lack of service. I believe this company gave us the run around in order to nickel and dime us, we have several text message over the months of lack of communication, at times stating they were coming only to not show up or come extremely late: this is very frustrating when families work & have small children. And pointing fingers at others as to why the job isn’t getting done.
This is the second review because when I left my first review due to the lack of service, we received a phone call from Jazz upset. I offered to take it down in order to get the job done however it still took several weeks to get this all completed.
This is not a company I would use again or recommend working with. Very disappointing.

I am beyond disappointed with the service i received from AAA septic. They initially came out to inspect my septic system but never returned to complete the work. Despite serval follow up calls, i never received a quote for the necessary repairs. On top of that, i was charged $800 for them to come out, and again i never received my quote! This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. If you're looking for something reliable, look elsewhere.

Great response time , good work and fast job. These folks have a good price and will tell you up front what will need to be done once they get to your site. The price was fair and they were done fast. We had our tank pumped out and new filter installed, we should have been more on the ball about pumping tank and let it go for 15 years so tank was very very full but no problem they fixed us up and all is good now. Call these people first for your next septic service.

I am happy with the service provided. Everyone is nice. They were prompt and fast working. They fixed my backed up septic tank. Take it from me. Have your tank pumped every three years, I waited too long. I would suggest using this company.

UPDATE: While the folks at AAA are very easy to work with, I have recently discovered that they are not on the King County Health Departments list of approved vendors for some of the work they were going to do for me. If you are selling a home, it is important to make sure you check out the lists of approved vendors on the County's website before hiring someone. The pumping that AAA did was good. The inspection they completed was questionable and I had to pay for a new one from a different vendor. Had I stayed with them for my repairs, it would not have been valid in the eyes of the County. I had to redo some of the work they did for me because of that. I am glad I found a new company to replace my tank.

Original post: Very easy to work with! We had them pump our septic and complete a “sale” inspection. The crew was efficient and did all work that was agreed upon. They delivered the documentation for the inspection in a timely manner. They left no mess and were about $100 less for the pumping than other vendors in the area. I will use them again.

Jazz and his team are awesome. I had a lift station pump burn out and multiple competitors quoted me prices that were much more expensive and I would have had to wait at least a week or more for installation of the new pump. Jazz came onsite to provide a free quote. Once there, he said he had the perfect pump for my application in his shop and had me up and running 3 hours later. This work was done in February 2024 and my lift station has had no problems over the last 6 months. I have also hired them to do quarterly maintainence of my lift station and they charge a very reasonable rate.

They showed up within 30 minutes of me calling on a weekend due to my bathroom being flooded, so that was nice. However $560 later the whole reason we called was not resolved. Apparently we got our septic tank emptied which if it was needed, then thats great...but who knows??? They wanted to charge extra to drain the stand up shower(reason we called) which we could not afford. Other than that, the workers were were super fast and friendly. Maybe only took them 10 minutes tops from start to finish.

I have used this company for 5 years now for plumbing issues and septic tank pumping. Have dealt with Jazz, TJ and Robi. Great people to work with and have always gone above and beyond to do the job correctly. Robi was even here on Christmas Eve fixing a burst pipe and didn’t gouge me because of the holiday. Kudos my man! Prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable!

Oh my! AAA Septic was absolutely amazing! We had a pipe that was disconnected and it was causing our septic system to not drain properly. They reconnected and were done with pumping our septic in less tan an hour. They were professional and very kind. Highly recommended!

The person that took my call was polite and helpede work around my schedule. Chris was on time and a answered all my questions in detail. He was respectful of my property and to me. I highly recommend this company for your septic needs.

Used this company to look at our septic drain field. They came out, pumped my tank full of water after another company had pumped it and then they left....big hole in the yard, etc. They left it that way, which they caused the septic to back up into the house causing waste water to come in the house. They refused to take responsibility and refused to fill the hole back in..... myself and my family had to do it before the house could sell.
Terrible terrible service. Forgot to mention their missed appointments, rescheduled, etc. I'd look elsewhere.
