I purchased and installed a Rheem water. It did not work. Rheem dispatched Fast Water Heater to troubleshoot. Adam/Rizq was very helpful and professional. He arranged for a new replacement part to be sent and then returned a couple days later to install the part. It was also bad. Adam gave me good advice as to how to proceed. The whole process of dealing with Fast Water Heater appreciable.

I was pleased with the technician, Chris Lowrie. He did a nice job and explained all sorts of matters regarding my new water heater. The only paperwork was my payment in full by personal check. I signed all sorts of documents electronically that seemed more appropriate were I applying for a loan. I would have liked to receive an Owners Manual, and still want one.

Breanne and Canyon were both friendly, prompt and speedy with their service. We had a few things done at our home, including toilet installation and they were great to work with. It was also very quick to schedule service after getting the estimate done. Their prices were fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone that needs plumbing services to Fast Plumbing.

Terrific customer service, Charlotte (the discount Queen) saved us money! The installation appointment went very smooth and the Technician was professional, courteous and displayed great care for our home.

Fast Water Heater Company is the one to call if you have a hot water tank issue. This company scheduled me in FAST. I highly recommend you call these guys to fix your hot water tank or other services they offer. Jay Burton came on time and it took him 5 minutes to fix the issue. Jay Burton went beyond what was requested to ensure I have a quality unit and provided honest recommendations on what to replace.

I had a great experience with “Fast Home Services” this was my first time using them and I’m sure it won’t be my last, Brendan arrived today on time and well equipped for removing my old water heater and putting in a new one, he was very knowledgeable about the installation process and answered all my questions regarding this service, the price was reasonable the job is complete and looks beautiful! Tommy (Call Rep/sales man) set the town for our experience. Tommy was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I had to give a him a few calls to make sure I understood everything and each time he was just as delightful as the last. He even remembered my situation after not speaking to him for a couple days (I hope that doesn’t mean I was an annoying client) lol 😅.

Next we have the tech Chris older gentleman Full of knowledge and great conversation. He made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions and gave us knowledge nuggets we didn’t know we needed it. He had his work cut out for him but he was dedicated to getting it all done and putting our mind at ease. He also let us know the service expansion Fast Water Heater would begin to offer, so we plan to utilize them for all of our services moving forward.

On top of all the above, these guys were the cheapest. 10/10 experience!

I contacted FWHC to have someone check on my issue. They came out within 24 hours even for a n9n emergency. Gave me three options from repair to replacement. Explained every aspect of the equipment. Were respectful at my home. Would definitely recommend them.

The installation Technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Did a great job on installation.
If there is one negative it’s the cost. The difference between the initial bid and the final cost was almost $1000. There was an item that the installer replaced which the sales guy said they don’t like to do (vent stack). Also the charge for the permit was almost 3 times what it actually costs. $445 vs $165.

Our Technician was so helpful in replacing our Water Heater Tank. Everything was explained thoroughly. The work looked great, and was done in a timely manner. Price was very reasonable as well.

I had a very disappointing experience with Fast Water Heater Company. The technician, Richard Egge, came on December 22, 2025 to repair my water heater and charged me $380.71 for a diagnostic and replacement of a water sensor.

Less than three weeks later, the exact same problem returned (flashing lights and alarm). When I contacted the company, they refused to provide a no-charge re-inspection unless I paid another service fee, claiming it was a “different part,” without even checking the unit.

As a result, I was forced to replace the entire water heater. This service was ineffective, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company.

We had a great experience getting our water heater replaced by Chris! They were very communicative from start to finish. Got us in within a few days at our desired time. Sent us texts to confirm and called when on their way to our home. They then sent a picture of our technician so we knew who would be arriving to do the work! Five stars all around! Thanks guys for making this quick and easy process! Highly recommend!

Charles did a wonderful job. Very quick and very professional. I highly recommend him. As a bonus, he's also our US Army Veteran so we can't thank him enough.

Used the Plumbing Giant for commercial plumbing service in Auburn. They were here the same day to fix the clogged sink drain and replace the garbage disposal.

When I called to make an apointment, I was hung up on as soon as I informed them the place is a rental.

I was very impressed with their work and their customer service. I originally called them to snake a drain line but I've had them back for more work since.

I waited 6 hours only to be told it would cost almost $1000 to repair a drip in the faucet , I bought a $12 wrench and gave it a tiny turn at the suggestion of another plumber repaired it myself. Shame on you!
Needless to say that plumber will get my 5 stars.

BEWARE I had this business stop by my parents place in Auburn for a quote to add a exhaust vent to the septic line for their house that was recently added to the Auburn sewer line. They quoted an elderly couple $22,000 to replace all the plumbing and fixtures in the entire house because of code! Another plumer quoted them $2000 to add some p-traps to solve the smell problem.

Auburn Plumbing has been nothing but a carefree, easygoing experience. The owner is very easy to deal with and their plumbers are top notch. Great prices as well. This is our go-to company.
