Really bad customer service and on top of that they refused to help me ,they Asian lady there was very Racism

Customer service is good but the amount of time it takes to pull very small orders is unbelievably slow.

Called both Keller and Pacific about shower trim sets, only choose to come here because they closed a bit later and we were running short on time. The supply store keeper Randy was incredibly rude and condescending.

Bobbie assisted me in finding everything I needed for a bathroom remodel. She sure knows her business, is personal, professional and oh-so efficient. Everyone at Keller is just super.

They need to do a better job at knowing what’s in stock and what’s not especially when you have people driving 38 miles plus to come get material because they’re told that the inventory has it . And when you get there they don’t. other than that great company.......

Great service. After dealing with the large chain stores it was so refreshing having actual customer service. They earned a lifelong customer with great service,great products, and competitive prices.

This place is dishonest and will con you out of your money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Charge me $922.51 for a Liberty pump that was supposed to be under warranty. Said that they will return my money as soon as Liberty pump check it out. Almost a month later they returned $468.96. So I call them and ask why the manager stated that is all Liberty pump have returned to him. So I call Liberty Pump and a technician stated they have returned all the money held by them to Keller Supply. Over all I will never do business with them again.

P.s Al the customer service I deal with is unprofessional and uneducated. He can even do basic math.

I am a home owner starting a remodel. Our
builder uses another shop, but I requested this store. These folks are endlessly patient and knowledgeable with my questions and so helpful in getting just the right fixtures. They're great to work with and the showroom is inspiring and beautifully laid out. I find I just want to keep going back! Thanks Keller folks!

Wouldn't help me choose a sink for my kitchen unless my contractor was in their system. They're a wholesaler so I understand a bit but they also represent the brands as well. I'll go to Ferguson design instead

Horrible customer service. This place is trying to be too exclusive and high class. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. No one asked me if they could help and they ignored me entirely while I was in the store.

Go to pick up at a different distributor and low & behold Keller truck is blocking all receiving docks as well as the Will-Call door. Great way to let people know that you have drivers that operate with zero respect for others in the business.
