We had an emergency "No Water" issue at a rental property today - called Valley Pump and Alex was on site in under an hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and set us up with a new submersible pump and tanks. They are honest & fair, and we would definitely recommend Valley Pump to anyone for their Well Water & Pump needs.
Thanks Valley! -
In a potential home purchase process we had concerns come up about the well and associated equipment. As a first-time private-well homeowner I greatly appreciated how effective and generous they were in educating me about the risks and possible solutions. They were able to provide really valuable information on the nature of well performance in that area of our geography over the phone. They're obviously experts in their field. I'll definitely be using them again for anything that does come up.

These guys know pumps and wells. We have used several times; the first time they came out the same day we called to replace our old pump and they installed a water filter. Just recently we called them out, because well lines had leaks, now 25 years old, had been installed improperly by previous owner. Again Valley Pump showed up the same day. Alex and his guys had to dig deep, to find the line and repair the leaks. He always has a smile and goes the extra mile. I am so thankful we found them.

My well stopped working, so I called and spoke with Martin. He was able to walk me through a few things and set expectations as to what might be needed and the cost. Ultimately Martin was able to help me identify the issue, had the correct parts in stock, and got me up and running same day. He was thorough and clear. Very much appreciated working with Martin and Valley Pump.

Our well was failing. The pump would cycle on and off. The system would not hold pressure. The symptoms were of a failed or failing pump and or motor and perhaps a check valve. Josh and Brian, on their way back to the shop after a long day, detoured to our place to troubleshoot the system. The next day they finished their scheduled job early. They coordinated with the shop and parts and supplies were ready for them to pick up for out repairs. They headed to our place and in the pouring rain, tested the pump and motor, replaced a check valve and replaced the old failed well pipe and returned our system to service. Outstanding customer service. Thank you!

I've used Valley Pump twice now and they've been responsive and professional both times. In fact when an issue comes up with water or plumbing my first thought is to give them a call to see if it's a service they provide. I absolutely trust these guys to do it right and to be transparent about the entire job. They're the best I know if in the area.

First time we have used this company and the last. The lady who answered the phone line was snappy, aggressive, defensive and rude. Asked one question and I was made to feel like I was asking for the keys to the business. I recommend getting a more cheerful morning person to answer the customer line calls, because your today person did not provide a 5 star greeting.

When we were out of town, our house sitter called to tell us the well had broken. We called several companies who told us it would be several weeks before they could come out. Valley responded immediately and came out that day. They discovered that the gate valve was faulty, replaced it and took care of everything. We were so relieved to be able resolve the problem from afar, quickly and professionally.

An outstanding company with professional and knowledgeable techs. A simple well pump replacement job turned very difficult, but my two techs worked the problem and saved the day. It turned out the level of corrosion on the top of the well PVC tube was so bad they couldn't thread it to pull the old system out. With some long arms and smart thinking, they were able to rig a system to pull it out. Professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them.

Our tank needed replaced in our pump house. It was an emergency. One of the pipes was leaking. They said they would come the next day but made room for us that day. Over the phone they said they couldn't stay past 5 or ot would be over time. They left at 440 and told us it will be over time because of drive time. They charged us over 400 in drive time over time. WTH! You can't seem to trust any businesses nowadays. We will never use this company again. Just a bunch of lies and they can't even call us back.

I appreciate there honesty and integrity
I had them come out and descale and bail my 30+ year old Well. The original quote was for $2076 ($700 less than the other guys). They arrived on time, performed the work as they had described, and in the end ended up charging me less than the original quote.
The reason why was because they didn't have to descale as much as they had originally thought. They had enough integrity to readjust the price. I commend both the well drillers(who did the work) to the fine folks working the front desk for their honesty.
Also, my well is working better than it has in a long time.
Thank you Valley Pump Inc for your fantastic service and competitive price. I would gladly do business with them again! -
Valley Pump installed a water softening and filtration system at my house in Enumclaw. They did an awesome job and the water problem I was having is solved! The whole team at valley pump was great, the customer service was awesome and everyone was very communicative and friendly. I will be recommending Valley pump to anyone I know that needs help with water or a well. Thank You for the great service.

I was initially concerned about their response time and customer care. Calls started at 8:30 and couldn't pin down a time frame of when they would actually arrive. After several calls to get a better understanding of where we were with dispatch, the team showed up at 1:45 and took care of us rather quickly and restored our water. We didn't get invoiced at the time of service, so that is still a gray area and a bit concerning. I do appreciate the information they gave us and how quickly they found an answer. Thanks Valley Pump. Now I just have to worry about this mystery Bill.

Valley Pump was recommended by a friend a few years ago. I reached out in the beginning of this week to their dispatcher Dave, who walked me through the symptoms my well was performing. The owner Joe Alcorn, was out yesterday to replace my tank. As I have only had a well for 3 years, he educated me on everything I needed to know to understand my system and performed a clean install of a new tank. I would recommend Valley Pump to anyone in need of service or installation of new material!

I have been trying to find a good place to take my water testing for my daycare and I have had issues at every place not being open or rude. I found this place on line and gave them a call the office lady was extremely nice and I headed over there . This place is easy to find very clean and professional. Both ladies in the office were very friendly and kind, and also very patient. I hadn't had my coffee today I had forgotten a lot of stuff but they really worked with me and they help me with my forms which was very helpful since I've struggled with that in the past. I will continue to use this place for my water testing needs as well as any other service they provide. If you're looking for somewhere that still has compassion, professionalism, and a job well done, These guys are the one. Highly recommend 👌

Be warned. We hired Valley Pump for a Saturday well repair (7/31/21) and they billed us for a 4 HOUR service call when the actual repair to replace the control box only took 1 hour. The technician wouldn't give us an invoice for the work he did at the time of service and didn’t once mention that we were going to be billed for an additional THREE HOURS of off site time. Although we agreed to pay a minimum $420 Saturday service fee, we would have never hired Valley Pump if we knew they would inflate that price to an $840/4hr service call when the technician easily replaced the part in an hour and our well location is a commute of less than 15 miles from Valley’s shop.
Update: Previously Valley Pump’s website falsely indicated they were BBB accredited, but that lapsed accreditation has now been taken down. Despite their response saying a discounted rate was offered, this is another falsehood. No discount has been applied by Valley Pump in regard to our well repair. -
My capacitor box and pressure tank failed leaving 4 of my rental units without water. I called Valley in the morning and they had the electrical box fixed and a new pressure tank installed within hours. Valley provided me with outstanding service at a reasonable price. Will not hesitate to call them for future well service.

Big shoutout to Nick at Valley Pump! We could not be more grateful! In the midst of freezing temperatures and lot of demand on them, they were out to our property within an hour of calling. They helped to troubleshoot our broken pipe issue and even provided us with a referral for another company who would likely be able to do the job quicker and cheaper. They were incredibly knowledgable and professional!

This is a solid stable business, they've worked on multiple wells of ours including lots of troubleshooting on work that has nothing to do with them.
I recently had an issue with a pump in one of my well shacks... I called them and they were able to pull up very detailed records about my system.
It impressed me that when they originally visited this pump in question that they took the time to notate down all of the components within my system.
That type of record keeping shows a level of detail and the willingness to spend money on the back end... to help in the future.
This made a big difference when I called them because they were able determine the most likely cause to by process of elimination.
They also called my business when they needed work done to their headquarters that I perform. Basically they're making sure to support local companies and to do business with people who do business with them. -
We have used valley pump for two separate incidents about one year apart. Both times we called it was an emergency and they responded almost immediately. They sent out knowledgeable professionals gave us a reasonable bid and didn't charge for work that they did not have to do.
We have had a hard time getting people out to work on our well, some didnt even call back! We're so happy! Our well is performing better than it has in the 13 years we have lived here. Thank you -
We contacted Valley to come out to do some maintenance as well as teach us about our well. We were quoted around $450 for the service. They came out drained the tanks, checked the pressure, replaced a control box and billed us for $1636.34. After calling and discussing this, Joe (owner) stated he can reduce it by $100. Not great at all. Still very unhappy with the price difference. Hard lessoned learned! Make sure you get clear quotes of service charge, rates for each worker, how long the work will take and detailed printed quote before hiring.
