Rain Pros has performed three jobs at our house, all of them relating to drainage issues. The work was outstanding, they were very easy to work with, they kept to the agreed-upon schedule, and the price was very reasonable.

Aaron was great to work with, he really had great ideas in coming up with final solution. Crew was on time, worked hard. Lucio as job foreman was outstanding. His attention to detail and doing job right was awesome. Great follow up at end of job, was a couple of minor areas that needing some tweeking, they came out promptly and took care of it, customer satisfaction is obviously important to them. Would recommend RainPros for drainage work and in building retaining walls.

Valley Pump came out and installed a pump system during new home construction. Their system has functioned perfectly for nearly 22 years. When the system had a minor malfunction, they were able to diagnose it on site and fix the problem. Friendly and still in business, the perfect combination.

Had my well flow rate tested in Auburn and we really enjoyed the service. Everyone we encountered on the staff was very friendly and helpful from the folks on the phone to the tech and everyone that helped us get our test results for our realtor during the holidays.

Didn't discuss service call fee, performed unauthorized work that took 30 minutes (put 2 bags of our salt in our brine tank and hit the Regenerate button) and didn't fix the problem with the water softener and invoiced us $380. My favorite quote from Joe "Geez after everything we did for you" Stay away from this company and it's shady business practices..

they came out when my pump wasn't working after a power outage. Told me they needed to replace pump and control for 10k. I called another company who fixed the control box in 20 minutes for $180.

Very honest company who I found great to work with when my jet pump needed repair. Everyone from the front office through to Dave were very responsive and great to deal with. I would use them for any service needs they cover.

Had them come check a well pump that was no longer running. Was told. that the electrical wire was bad underground and that our pump was bad. Gave a quote of 16,000 to fix. Had a different company come out and had the pump working in less than a half hour. Don't waste your time or money with this "business"

Beware of the $225+ tax estimate fee!! They came out to look at a well on our property. They measured the depth of the well, said they would contact us with an estimate and charged us $225 + tax. On the receipt it stated "service call". My husband was surprised but paid it automatically. When he received the call about the estimate he asked about it. We were told they would adjust the fee...$51.13?!?! How they came up with that price, I will never know. The email I wrote the company about it was answered with voicemail from Joe asking me to call him, which I did, twice and NEVER heard back. The only thing "serviced" was us. We still have not received an estimate. No matter, we will not be using this company anyway.
