I really like this store. The employees are helpful and able to help me find what I need. They are usually really well stocked especially for being a smaller location, which obviously they're not going to have everything. Their prices are also very reasonable, much better than other plumbing suppliers from comparison. When I compared pacific with another plumbing supplier they were 29 percent cheaper on ABS fittings, which is pretty significant.

Q is very nice, funny and easy to work with to get what I need when I come in, I don't have issues whenever I need to get something from this Pacific!

The employees are very nice at this site, but my god who is running inventory. I can’t fathom how a plumbing supply company doesn’t supply a basic commercial flush valve diaphragm for a Sloan closet. The single largest commercial toilet maker in the country. No 1.6 flush valves in stock. Only supply 1.28 zurn equivalent.

I was told that it would work all the same. After install the toilet continuously runs, I put in a Sloan diaphragm and works perfectly. I knew better than to use anything other than Sloan.
Please carry the parts that we need not cheap blue stuff that doesn’t work. Doubled the time spent on a job that would have been quick and simple. Not happy with pacific here. I’ll look elsewhere next time.

Amazing commercial plumbing business built on a foundation of ownership integrity.

If you are looking for a plumbing company with integrity that stands behind their work this in not the company for you. The new owner just bought the company a few years ago and is doing everything possible to run the business into the ground. I had multiple interactions with the new owner who, from the get go, did everything he could to duck responsibility for his shoddy work. The work they did was less than 2 miles from their shop, the replacement part was less than $10.00 and the entire fix took less than 15 minutes. But rather than make things right and fix their shoddy work that was supposed to be covered by a 6 year warranty they completely ghosted and ceased contact. If you want a competent company with the skills and backbone to stand behind their work call 2 Sons. You've been warned!

I am not at all confused as to what company I am reviewing. You replaced a residential water heater for the owner of Performance Auto Werks, Terry Wolfe, less than 2 years ago. Performance auto Werks used to be located right next door to your business. I have the receipts and bill of lading for the job. I showed them to you via text and then never heard a word back from you. And YET AGAIN your trying to dodge responsibility for your poor craftsmanship.

We hired Julian and team to clear out blockage in our clean out. They showed great communication and professionalism. They didn’t just tackle the problem but also provided a clear explanation of the work they were going to do. Very reasonable pricing. They do all sorts of plumbing work and are very knowledgeable, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

I had a mainline back up and they came out and cleared it with ease, highly recommend!

My house is old, built in the 1920s, and still has the original plumbing. When we had a stubborn clog in the bathroom sink drain, another plumbing company tried to sell me a really expensive complete repipe of the whole house. Julian gave me a much less expensive estimate for a worst case scenario job, then showed up the next day and fixed the problem for way less than his original estimate! He was willing to negotiate fairly on the fee, and saved me thousands of dollars. His fix made sure that the remaining old pipes were still functional in a lasting way. He replaced the problem areas, showed me the sections that had to be removed, and explained why. Throughout, he was an excellent communicator. I highly recommend him. Support his family business!

Brett was excellent. We had a clog in our main line(cast iron) snaked it out....done. showed up on the early side of the appointment same day in the morning. Not sure price wise but it was during a holiday week, which is when things usually happen. I'm pretty happy.

Giovanni was awesome. Got here on time. Completed the job professionally. Was in and out in no time. I’m super satisfied and will definitely ask. Ask him to return next year for an annual service.
