Brett was friendly and professional. He performed a Hydro-Jett service to clear a main line clog. Brett was knowledgeable and genuine, he clearly cares about his profession and the work he performed . I’d recommend him and roto rooter if you find yourself in an unexpected backup like we did. We called at 11pm, they answered right away, had all our info from some service in years prior, and had Brett come out the next morning. And all on a holiday week days before Xmas.

Scott was fantastic. He was friendly, communicative, and up front. He fixed our clog and taught us a lot about plumbing maintenance for future care. I would definitely hire Roto Rooter again!

Wow! Our hot water tank needed a repair (corroded pipe fitting on the top of the tank, dripping water) and promptly got 2 techs here first thing in the morning. Their work was flawless, cleanup was perfect, and at a price thousands less than replacing the entire unit. We couldn't be happier! Chris and William rock!!!! Ask for them by name, and always use Roto Rooter, our dependable go-to for years!!

My technician called ahead of time with an ETA that was within the 2 hour window. He arrived right on time. I showed him my problem and he carefully explained the cost estimate. He went right to work on the problem and thankfully the problem was not the worst case scenario. He showed me the issue which was some clogging due to very old pipes. He cleared what clogging he could, which has restored my hot water pressure to a level I can tolerate. It was near non-existent. It took him less than an hour to fix, including paperwork. I am very happy with this service.

Today Plumber Joe Rios came to my rescue. In one week’s time I have through Roto-Rooter, had a new water heater put in, and slow drain repaired. After that, I went a day later to shower no water/pressure.

Mr. Joe helped me so much, he started with his assessment from small to large than to just start charging me. The common sense way.

Long story short, he took the time to also make future recommendations so I can plan ahead.

A very professional and personable plumber.

As a teacher, I give him an A++++ grade.

I had a backed up main line and initially gave my regular plumbing company a call who I have a service contract with. Somehow they couldn’t come out for 2 days! I decided to look around and ran into Roto-Rooter.

From the beginning, folks one the call were courteous, sympathetic and got me scheduled for a visit within 2 hours. They also let me know that there’s no charge for inspection and the technician would provide an estimate and it’s up to me to make a call - all for no charge. Other companies were going to charge $200 just to show up.

Gio arrived on time, asked the right questions and recommended a path forward. He let me know what the cost will be up front and once he got started he explained the details throughout the process. He had the right tools for the job on hand and was highly professional. Couldn’t have been happier with the service!

Could not have asked for a better service. We had an urgent difficult plumbing issue involving a thermal expansion tank and Chris and Willie came out to help us. They arrived on time, did a thorough investigation as to what was causing the issue, and explained every step along the way to getting it fixed. Not only that, but they went above and beyond to adjust the pipes under the kitchen sink to improve its functional efficiency. To top it all off, we were also given a huge discount. Will always recommend using Roto-Rooter for all plumbing issues!

I had a pipe cracked at one end, as it was not installed with gravel underneath to support it. I needed a spot fix, or a new piece of pipe spliced on the old one. My husband dug all the dirt up prior to them arriving, so pipe was exposed and prepped for them to work. We also bought the gravel we needed. The kid came and said it would take 2 hours. Quoted me $6000!!!!! Are you insane?? I said no way! That would be $3000 per hour. My sisters boyfriend came over, cut pipe, added a new 3ft piece on, poured 2 bags of gravel and done! 30 minutes, $50!! This was 6 inch PVC PIPE. This price quote was beyond outrageous. The installation was done incorrectly to begin with and now it looks great!! Beware!!!

Josh was great! He came on Christmas morning! We were hosting 15 family members and a shower wouldn't turn off. We had to cut water to the whole house on Christmas morning (not ideal). We were worried we wouldn't be able to get someone out on the holiday but Josh arrived the within only a couple of hours. He happened to have the one part we needed (which was lucky since hardware stores were closed) and fixed the problem. He was kind and professional and working hard on a Christmas day. Thank you! Saved Christmas for us!

Awesome!!!!! Husband tried to fix a leak under the kitchen sink - cldn’t quite get it back together. Called RR - they were there within 2 hrs and got it fixed right up! So grateful for their quick response time and their skill at getting everything put back correctly , as a previous handyman repair was apparently not quite up to snuff. RR fixed it all - and for a reasonable price.

Our plumbing at our rental backed up and they came out super quickly! The plumber was very friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward with our options. We appreciated his insight and quick service. We will gladly use them again!
