Service was professional, courteous and the gentleman took time to explain the problem and what it would cost to repair. This was for my 93 year old mother's home, once they arrived, work was expedited in a timely manner. The plumber was knowledgeable and very skilled. They also took great care to clean the work area once completed. I would highly recommend and will be requesting this person and his co-worker on any future plumbing jobs. Thank you for a job well done!

My mom had an emergency sewer back up this weekend. Giovanni came over and helped me get everything working again. He was fast, nice and very knowledgeable. His crew was also awesome. Adam came and installed a clean out outside same day so Giovanni could finish. Greta teamwork. Fast and good work!

My 2 star is for the gentlemen that came out! I’d give a 1 start for the price but those men were just doing their job what they were trained & paid to do. We called roto rooter for a drain clog, they came & said we were on septic & that was not true.

Plumber did a snake through I toilet drain because couldn’t find the access point, (we are new home owners so we didn’t exactly know where it was) eventually called the camera guy to join to figure out where this clog was. They said they pushed it out to the street (which then would’ve turned into a city job) quoted us a 8k job but brought it down to 5k. We DID NOT have that, also said snaking is not enough need to do a hydro Jett, which requires a 3rd guy.

Told them we couldn’t do it, paid 300$ for the work they did do which was not much but now we knew what the problem was.

Called a friend who knew a guy at Vortex. This guy came out the same day we called him. Not only was he affordable, he found the main access point, snaked drain, used a camera & hydro jetted our pipes within less then an hour. He did a 3 man supposed job on his own.

Again no hate on the men that came out but Roto-rooter you need to do better. I get we are all tying to make a living, but to exploit people for not knowing much about what we’re doing & up charging us is just CRAZY!!! If 1 guy can come with ALL the equipment why do you need 3 men to do 1 Job? Anyways, when the pricing is more than you can afford, don’t let their “knowledge” of the situation scare you into saying yes. Ask VORTEX for a 2nd opinion, or better yet just go with Vortex.

Also my husband moved the toilet on his own because apparently it’s 300$ for the labor it takes for a 30-60 sec job.

Gio arrived promptly. He explained costs of both types of drain clearing methods and their capabilities. I felt that I was able to make an informed decision on which method to use. During the ooeration I asked him many questions about the drain and he explained them well. He used the camera to locate grass roots at several places and then thoroughly cleaned the areas. I will definitely have Gio clean my drain next time.

I recently had a fantastic experience with John from Roto-Rooter and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. John arrived promptly, was very friendly, and clearly knowledgeable in his field. From the start, he communicated everything thoroughly and made sure I understood the issue and the steps he would take to resolve it.

Our basement drain was clogged, and while the job took a couple of hours, John never gave up. He was determined to find the best solution and even took the time to go outside and assess the layout of our sewer system. He walked me through the entire process, explaining every step along the way.

Thankfully, John offered a second opinion and was able to clear the blockage using a much less invasive and more affordable snaking procedure. When l called I was able to get help right away and the scheduler kept me informed of the arrival time. The people who did the work were willing to listen and as the work changed they kept me informed. They were efficient, skilled and courteous. They cleaned as they worked and the final cost was fair. I will call again when I need other plumbing work done. Thank you for all the help.

On a Saturday at our luxury Airbnb rental that was fully occupied, we had an emergency because of a blocked sewer line causing any water or waste drain from the house to back up at a drain right outside the basement door (I will spare you the nasty details).

My wife called Roto-Rooter, and Giovanni showed up in under an hour. He used a high tech water, Roto jet, guided by a camera, to locate and clear the problem which turned out to be roots growing into the sewer line. The equipment was powerful enough to cut through the roots And solve the problem.

Giovanni was fantastic. He took his time and didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder at the display screen to see what was going on inside the line. He was very thorough and friendly and explained everything that was happening. He also helped with the cleanup.

We are very pleased with every aspect of the call, the response of Hoeneß and the work that wrote a router did. We will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have an emergency situation.

The man who answered the phone was kind and funny. He got me an appointment with a technician in an hour. Gio was early and communicated effectively about his arrival. He looked for an external access point to clear the pipe to save me money. There was none so he cleared the line by taking off the toilet. I was very impressed with our recent experience, we needed a scope and inspection done before listing our house and with in 24 hours we had a technician out handling it. Giovanni was great! The service guy was very nice but didn’t have the parts needed left twice to get parts and my toilet still isn’t fixed because he couldn’t fix the tank - I still paid 600. But my problem still exists. 5 stars for the service tech but 0 for fixing … not sure what I paid for really

Four months ago, I had a bathtub downspout repaired by Roto Rooter, but I hadn't used it since. Now I discovered another issue. Since it was a tricky situation with the 3-month warranty having just expired, I explained everything in detail to the local manager. They only charged me for the parts and completed the repair perfectly. I want to thank Frank, the local manager, and Ray, the plumber, for their kind service, which lived up to Roto-Rooter's reputation. When it comes to plumbing issues, Roto-Rooter is the way to go!

Troy was great! He came within the hour mentioned over the phone and was ready to take on the issue (water leaking from the water tank); he was able to replace the water tank and assessed overall damage. He was professional in explaining thoroughly the damage and offered solutions, as he gave me the price range and was able to stick to it, with no hidden fees.
