My wife and I had an unexpected leak and we contacted various plumbing companies near our home and northwest plumbing was one of the first to reach out. Joe came out the next day, he was punctual, full of knowledge and overall just a really nice guy. I highly recommend using northwest plumbing. My wife and I will definitely be using this company for any future plumbing jobs and we will definitely ask for Joe.

Dave is a saint! My water temp started to fluctuate on its own. I didn’t realize I should be having my tankless water heater serviced every two years and by this point it is 6-7 years old 🫣 He came out SAME DAY and honestly and efficiently addressed the problem as well as the original lead pipes that were installed illegally (by someone else) 6 years ago. Thanks Dave!!

The owner Dave responded on a Saturday. He arrived promptly and was very professional, giving me thoughtful and detailed answers to my many questions. He showed me what he was seeing on his camera, and explained the issue and potential solutions.

When Dave and his crew returned later in the week to complete the repair, they had a complete plan for a fairly complicated job. The price was exactly as estimated, even though they encountered some unforseen conditions which required extra work.

I was completely happy with the speed and efficiency which PNP helped me with a nasty leak with my 2011 hot water heater. Joe took his time to educate me thoroughly about my options. He fixed the leak carefully and I am now considering a gas tankless as the best for long term savings. Thanks to Joe and the team!

Pacific NW plumbing exceeded all my expectations. After getting stuck on our icy hill they continued to conduct the free estimate! Dave took his time with us, was super though and really took his time to understand our broiler system. He continued to exceed expectations by continually answering our calls and questions. Dave and/or Joe have done 3 different unrelated jobs for me at this point. And I will continue to use them anytime I need a plumber in the future. Plumbing isn't cheap - but I do feel like their pricing is fair - especially when you add in the fact that they are very prompt in returning calls, always on time to the job, and complete the job 100% including clean-up. In addition, they always spend the time to make sure I understand what was done and how to maintain it in the future. I highly recommend Pacific Northwest Plumbing for any plumbing needs you have.

I had an emergency at 6am and I called and spoke to Dave. He came over within 15 minutes and shut the main water valve off and replaced a pipe. It turned out I woke him up. The water line to my fridge was installed wrong but he squeezed me into his busy schedule and came out a couple of days later. He fixed it the correct way as previous person installed it all wrong. I a truly grateful to have found Dave in the midst of an emergency. He is a true professional and informative. A nice man whom I highly recommend and will call again in the future.

Your company was recommended by my neighbor who had used your services about 2 years ago. I was pleased to see Joe arrive earlier than I expected. He did a wonderful job of explaining several options. I've never experienced frozen pipes before since I'm from CA. I will ask for Joe to help me again with any additional work that may need to be done.

I had Dave from Pacific Nothwest Plumbing come out and inspect my Navien tankless water heater (twh). Dave advised that I would need to replace some parts on my twh. This was a much better option than full replacement that was proposed by the plumbing outfit that had recently serviced my twh.

Dave and the Pac NW Plumbing team were prompt, professional and very courteous while working on my twh. After the repairs were completed, a secondary issue was found in the gas line leading to the twh. Dave was able to resolve this issue as well. I now have a water heater and gas line that are working like new again and it cost me far less than what was suggested by the other guys. Moving forward, if I find myself needing the service of a plumber, my first call will be to Dave and the team at Pacific NW Plumbing.

Amazing service called pretty late in the evening for a leak detection and they were able to help right away they got to my house in less than 15 min. Before them I had called 2 other companies that were not much help but thanks to David we were finally able to find the leak and quick! Very knowledgeable and great service would definitely recommend! He was also very accommodating to my busy schedule and kept really good communication.

Pacific Northwest Plumbing is the best! The communicate very well what the problem is, what the repair will be and how much it will cost. I appreciate such honesty in a plumber. They response quickly and do an excellent job! Highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

I recently had an emergency with my boiler. After talking to the manufacturer, I got phone numbers of authorized service providers in my area, and I was very fortunate that Dave's company was at the top of my list. He answered the phone, let me know about his availability and arrived a few hours later. He was efficient in his diagnosis of my problem and let me know what needed to be fixed (I had an electrical issue rather than a plumbing issue). His price was more than reasonable given how far he had to drive to help me.
Best of all he continued to support me answering questions after he left. I commend him on his professionalism and his commitment to serving his customers. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling him back.

Dave came out to an emergency situation where we needed our water shut off from the street due to a hard to move valve. He was fast and efficient and knew exactly what to do. Great work! I will be recommending his services to others!

I had the pleasure of working with Joe. He did an excellent job when I needed help removing and re-installing my water heater after a flood. Also replaced a couple angle stops for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely keep using them for any of my plumbing needs

If you want an experienced, high quality, fair, honest and ethical plumber then I highly recommend that you call Dave. He ran into a hiccup when attempting to repair my water heater that required hours of work. When that didn't work we went with a full replacement and Dave did not add any "extra charges" for the repair work that he had previously done to my final cost. Really, use this guy, you won't be disappointed..

I was very impressed with Dave and Jaren as they came to my house and carefully determined exactly what needed to be done to replace my pipes. They answered all of my questions, and gave very helpful suggestions and insights. They were extremely professional, and friendly and knowledgeable.

Dave and Jaren returned my call on a Sunday evening after a main valve failure. They ran me through a potential quote and possible additional costs and were out promptly the next morning. They even helped check & finish (i.e. improve) the original plumbing repair I was doing when we discovered the main valve issue! Really pleased and will definitely use them again for other services.

Dave replaced my front waterline, added a faucet, and a sprinkler box. He described everything very clearly, was a great communicator, and was right on time first thing everyday. He did a great job and I highly recommend Pacific NW Plumbing.
