Don't fall for their trap of weekend same day services!
I was in immediate need of a plumber over the weekend and when I called them they promised to send someone over within 3 hours. I waited and the whole day passed and then they called me that they will schedule for someone for the first visit next morning.
Next morning I myself called the dispatch team and confirmed that I need the service and send someone over and they told me am all set.

10 mins later I started receiving messages that they need to make a contact before coming to my home. They didn't call, just texted me and expected me to call back without a direct number.

When I called back, I was told that they couldn't make contact with me and so they sent the team for the next service and they can now come next day!

Horrible management, I don't even understand what contact they needed to make before coming when I already spoke with their dispatch team just 10 mins ago!

Roto Rooter’s Mustafa came out within 45 min of calling in a sink drain clog. Problem and Clog was cleared quickly and service was great. Clean workmanship and thorough evaluation that sewer was clear.

Jerromy was really great! We had a clogged kitchen sink on a Sunday night. The whole process was quick, the call center helped get a human to us. Jerromy explained everything along the way and offered tips/plans for us to avoid this again and helpedus finda coupon. The service was really great but I will say, the prices have def increased. 5 stars for the humans, I'd rate it lower based on price.

Service guys were cool, but after I called to confirm they had something I drove out there only to find that they in fact did not have it. Probably some shipping snafu somewhere. Good selection of fixtures and tools though.

Called in to ask if they carried bulkhead fittings. Guy on the phone didn't know what it was and so I explained to him that I wanted to use it for when I punch a hole in a barrel to connect pvc piping. He preceded to make a mockery of my explanation while typing and then put me on hold. Another guy got on the line and asked what size I needed. Asked him what sizes he had. Didn't answer my question, in fact, stuttered around confused about what he did have. Never got my answer and felt like I was interrupting their day. I would never patron Ferguson for anything even if they had what I needed. Where has service these days gone?!

I liked it better when it was Familian NW. When it was Familian there was a more complete line of plumbing stock. People didn't treat me very welcome or friendly at this Ferguson! Warehouse manager at the time Tim was his name seem cold and angry. Seem like I was being chased out the door at the Auburn Ferguson. Sorry, I'll stick with Keller and Consolidated Supply friendlier staff and more product on hand.
