Justin and David to the rescue. They successfully capped the lines needed to replace eventually from an old shower valve that was leaking.

A water line leak was discovered from the meter to our house.
Dave assessed/explained what needed to be done INCLUDING all costs and time involved.
He and his crew showed up each day ON TIME to work on/repair the line replacement.
I wish Google had 10 stars to give Dave and his crew for their hard work and thorough clean up.

Joe was very nice and easy to work with. Got the job done fast and everything works beautifully now. He even looked at a couple of other things at no charge to make sure they were okay too. Would definitely recommend for your plumbing needs.

Had them come out when my pipes froze, initially said it would be about $250-300. That did not include the fee of them coming to my house, which was $200 alone.. they are located 15 minutes away. The bill came out to over $800. On top of this, they replaced my hose joint with a 2 way, disconnecting the hose. They said they would come back out in the spring and put the 3 way back on for free. It is now June, and with several reminders to them, have not gotten my hose hooked back up.

I would stay away from this company, as stated, I was misquoted for the work, and lied to. The guys who came out were nice, but that’s the only good thing I can say about this experience.

Very professional, followed through with what was promised. Exlpained my issue, showed pictures of the problem and what is a priority right now. The techs were very professional, used protective covers on their shoes and patient. Will be planning a major project soon.

Joseph is a very nice gentleman. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with his visit to take a look at our tankless water heater.

Both Dave & Joseph were professional knowledgeable and helpful. They told me what I needed to know and suggested options without hysterics or being pushy. Very happy with the service and installation. Joseph came alone for the installation of the new water heater and when I asked if he would need help lifting it, he said no politely and proceeded to lift it without any strain and set it on the pedestal (impressed me). I will use them again when I have a plumbing concern.

Dave and his crew helped with a Navien boiler failure. I did appreciate them with a timely repair and fair price. They got it up and running the next day with an overnight circuit board.

They are very professional and polite. I called at 2pm on a Sunday and they were at my house within an hour. The main drain was clogged and back up into my basement. Needless to say I was very relieved when the showed up to snake it and showed me all the issues on their camera. Thank you!

I called at 5:00 Friday evening, and Joe came out early Saturday morning. He replaced our shower valve, on short order, with quality work so that we could get our water back on. We were saved!

Hired them thru Home Depot’s ProReferral service. They contacted me promptly and provided a reasonable quote. One thing that stood out was their knowledge. David knew right away what part was needed just by the pictures I provided. Joseph came out the next morning and completed the cartridge replacement like he’s done this numerous times before. He identified the problem with the previous cartridge (which was previously installed by a handyman). Joseph even helped to pinpoint the cause of another issue I was having with the shower stall, and offered some tips. Thank you Pacific NW Plumbing! No more wasting water due to leaky shower head!

The handle in our main shower broke and water kept dripping nonstop. wyatt at Cooper & Sons Plumbing answered my call and showed up that same day. he figured out what was wrong right away and explained everything clearly, especially since it was a tough fix. he and his coworker fixed the problem fast and without any trouble. both were friendly and professional, and even gave us useful tips for another plumbing problem we had. overall, we had a great experience and would definitely use them again.

i phoned up around 9 in the morning and within a couple of hours, someone was at my door. He was professional and quickly identified the source of the leak. He promptly took care of the problem and left the hole uncovered to air out. Robert returned the following morning to ensure everything was stable and to cover everything back up. He also did a fantastic job cleaning up the dirt that had spread around the area. we really appreciate when we can rely on our own customers when we're in need, and these guys never fail to exceed our expectations. Contacted CNS Plumbing to get a quote for a water heater replacement. They answered and I told them what I wanted and was told I was being transfered to someone who could help me. I figured it was someone in the office to set up an appointment. Instead I was transferred to Southwest Plumbing. What the heck!?! I had Southwest out to my house once before and those guys are the absolute worst. They wanted to charge me several thousand dollars for something that I ultimately paid $500 to have fixed.

Calvin demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and a positive demeanor. He accurately diagnosed the issue with our plumbing and was transparent about the fact that no intervention was necessary. I appreciated his integrity, as he did not attempt to exploit the situation for profit. I will definitely be using this plumbing service again, largely due to Calvin's excellent service.
