Would choose zero stars if that were an option. Ordered some fittings and was charged what seemed to be an overly high price. After calling a couple other suppliers, yes I was charged an overly high price. Called the store and explained the situation, contact info was taken and was told someone would call back. Had not received a call back for more than 24 hours. Called the store again and was told the price on the items was less than 50% of what I had been charged. However, was told "the price we charged you is already said and done."
Will not shop here again.

Friendly and extremely helpful. I came in on 11/20/2020 with barely any knowledge of what I needed or how I was going to complete my project. I left a happy man with everything I needed and more. I even feel a bit smarter afterwards. He even helped carry supplies to my car. I will definitely be back and will be referring them to everyone I know.

Needed a thankless water heater. Giys were friendly and professional and helped out with everything. Had a problem with my credit card and they were helpful about it. Layne was great nd answered all questions. I recommend them highly

I was highly recommend to go to this store. They let me know that this store has a big variety of parts. That if they didn't have the part in stock one of their employees can help me order them. However, what I got was a completely different experience. The employee was not willing to help me order a part. Instead he said I had to call, send a picture with the item number and that that was the only way I can get the part that needed. The employee not only didn't help me but 2 people after me as well. The other customer told the employee he couldn't believe that this company doesnt order the parts for his customers when they have all the information. The employee responded "we don't order parts here we have to keep helping customers ". My question is how the hell do you need to keep helping customers when you couldn't help the 3 people that were there! Just horrible employee service. I'm disappointed I had to give them 1 star when they deserve 0 stars.

I order quite a bit of my customers sinks from this location and service is always great and prices are lower than the competition. Tim is always super helpful. It’s a win win! Thank you Ferguson Auburn team!

Dave came out and had to fix what Another company screwed up. The other A company didn’t finish the job, didn’t install properly at all. Dave got Navien on the phone so we could walk through all problems to get them corrected.

I hired Dave to remove old cast iron pipe and galvanized water lines in a remodel I was working on. His team was professional, prompt and did a great cleanup afterwards. I can highly recommend Dave.

Our water pipe in the garage froze and burst this afternoon. We called Pacific Northwest Plumbing and they were able to get here today and plugged the bad line so we have water now to the rest of our house. They were professional and very helpful not only fixing the problem, but explaining what happened to us. Thank you so much.

It’s been along time since I’ve seen the professionalism shown by the two gentlemen, who worked on my plumbing. They were conscientious. They were understanding of my lack of knowledge of what needed to be done. They were on time, took care of it, and it was very reasonable as far as I was concerned. I can now use my dishwasher and have a working ice and water dispenser I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dave was very friendly and courteous. He explored and explained the problem, was very knowledgeable. He fixed the issues with all our leaks and explained how we can protect this even better for future. He is my go-to guy from now on for all plumbing needs.

When I had a pipe burst, they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Joe was the plumber who showed up and he was super nice, knowledgeable and thoughtful about options. I was very pleased with his work and would have him out whenever I need a plumber.

My expert Plumber, David, called and asked if he could show up almost 3 hours early. I was home and said Yes. This freed up my day for other tasks. He was at my home within 15 minutes. I reviewed my problem with him again (black inky water was coming out of all the faucets—but it had only happened the previous weekend. He looked at the faucets, ran the water everywhere, checked out the hot water heater (determined it’s age) and came to the conclusion that with heavy rain the previous week along with possible gasket or bladder shedding, that could be the reason for the leak. Determining the cause of an inconsistent problem is always a challenge for plumbers, electricians or others working in the home; his recommendation: if it happens more consistently, call Pacific Northwest Plumbing again and they’ll start taking things apart. Right now, no need to do that! He was here about 20 minutes: Charge: None — Customer for a lifetime: Absolutely!

We were very pleased with the work that we had done by Pacific Northwest plumbing. 1st of all when we called after trying multiple other companies to get on the schedule which was a hassle, they answered the phone immediately and got us on the schedule for early the next day. Our call was because we weren't sure if we were crazy but we thought we heard a drip going on in a wall. They came and inspected and Dave the plumber determined that there was a leak in one of our walls which he immediately repaired. Also they did inspection on our overall plumbing in the house as a courtesy and he was able to prevent a future disaster but showing us where our water tank was starting to leak at the bottom. It was only leaking a little bit but you could see the rest and that clearly it would become a much larger problem soon. So we also had the water tank replaced which he showed up with the next day. 2 problems solved 2 days in a very fair Invoice from Pacific Northwest Plumbing at the end of The Visit. No matter what service is needed as a homeowner it's very difficult to get people that are clean professional on time and component and to get it at a fair price so we are very thankful. We can and will refer them to our family and friends!
