A friend of mine had a lift station problem created by another company. We found AAA Septic and Plumbing through a mutual friend. The picture is of the building.
Jaz and his team showed up on time and ready for action ( to include an appropriate size excavator. They weren't sure what the problem was ). I am a commercial plumber by trade and have been for over 40 years. I have installed and serviced many lift stations over the years. I'm mostly retired now.
I asked Jaz a series of questions. He had the right answer for each question. His price was very reasonable and his crew started work within the hour! The problem was fixed in a couple hours!
Jaz said " we have many pumps and other supplies in our warehouse so we can handle off hour problems. "
Make sure you give these guys a call if you have any septic or sewer problems!

When I called to get a quote, Kashmir was extremely helpful, professional and quick ! It has been my first time dealing with the septic and she made it a breeze! She was informative and quick to schedule a crew to come out. I was given a call with an arrival window which they came earlier than expected ! Which was awesome ! I was happy to see Ravi and his helper jump straight to work! Ravi is very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and informed me about care to our septic for the future. Update 3/5/24: Ravinder and team handled our service today after we had a backup. They were able to help us same day, it took maybe an hour, and were so nice and informative. He also said he could set up a reminder notification so we don’t wait so long. Thank you again!

Just had our yearly septic inspection and pumping done, plus a UV light repair—and I couldn’t be more impressed! The team showed up on time (which is rare these days!), pricing was totally reasonable, and their communication was excellent from start to finish.

We did run into a small wiring issue, but they came back promptly and took care of it without any hassle. The whole process was smooth and professional.

Moved into the house in 2006, septic was pumped before we closed on the house. In 2012, I called someone to pump my septic. Now, 2019, I called Jazz for pumping again. I told him where the lid was from where the guys in 2012 dug. He came with a map of my property, looked and looked and told me the lid was not there. After a short debate, he started digging and exposed the 2 lids of my tank. Turned out in 2012 the other guys exposed and pumped the pump chamber, not the tank. I remember they even mentioned that the 'tank' was unusually low for 6 years usage.
Needless to say that today the tank was almost full to capacity, but if I would have called again someone who would not pump it again or if Jazz would have listened to me instead of using his knowledge, not very long from today I would have had on overflowing septic tank.
Jazz has best prices, he installed risers on both lids, and did an inspection of the tank and site and advised me about potential hazards around my system (trees, shrubs, etc.).

This is the second time we have used AAA Septic Service of Auburn. And here’s the reason……the lady in the office is most pleasant and helpful. The crew is polite and get down to business.

I had a family dinner of over thirty people coming to my home and I the morning I noticed my toilet was not flushing .I called around and AAA Septic was the only one I could get to help me that day. The two men they had come out we very nice and did a great job ... It saved our family get together..

AAA septic and plumbing is a great service company. Their prices are reasonable and the people are respectful and courteous and do an awesome job. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my septic system serviced.

I was having an emergency and they came write out, found the reasmy septic alarm wnet off and fixed it. Theh also were able to get my tanks emptied on same day. Very curtious, very pleasant and knowledgable. I would highly recomend them.

We had the septic pumped and they also did an inspection! We called yesterday and they came this morning! Crew was amazing, very friendly and were done in about an hour! Loved the way they worked!!

This is the third time AAA Septic has provided service for us. The first was when our pump failed in 2020, and the service that originally pumped out the tanks ghosted us. We reached out to AAA, who came that day, told us what the problem was, and provided a reasonable quote for what turned out to be quite extensive services. They came back two years later to pump. This time our pump alarm hadn't gone off but we were seeing signs that we needed pumping. We called this morning, and they came out this afternoon, diagnosed the problem with the pump, resolved it and pumped out the tanks, all with about an hour.

Over three years since the last pump-out, and the price was virtually the same, other than an increased fee from the county.

I would recommend their service to everyone (and have). They are quick, reliable, honest, and priced reasonably.
